Nice apartment complex. Its close to pretty much everything in the west side which is convenient. Special shoutout to Dorothy Harris for helping me out with a package situation Ive been dealing with for the past month. I called the leasing office a few times prior but never got a follow up, but this last attempt Dorothy got it handled pretty quickly.

Excellent place to live. +year now in a 2 bed 2 bath apt, super spacious and maintenance aways available. Free access to the Elmont resort is great plus. If you are looking for a place in Montecillo i would recommend to ask for Bianca, she was super helpful.

I’ve really enjoyed the time I’ve lived here. Alexis did a great job in getting me situated quickly into my apartment. Anytime I’ve ever needed any maintenance or assistance they are quick to respond. I would highly recommend.

Ive had a great stay living here. It is indeed pricey, but the location is central to my going in and out. Maintenance is very responsive and everything works about 85-88% of the time. The apartment tenants are pretty good, sometimes there is noise from the nearby establishments or maybe neighbors, but a nice call to your friendly non-emergency line can will quickly solve your problems

I’ve been living here for almost a year and Montecillo is awesome! They have a lot of amazing restaurants and bars around. Our favorite are places are tinman and malolam, amazing food and environment! Bianca in malolam is amazing!! Had a great evening!!

I am beyond grateful to the front office staff at The Venue. I recently adopted a dog with severe separation anxiety and the staff has been incredibly helpful in communicating with me and checking in on my pup. I truly appreciate the support. I want to specially thank Yaya and Michelle, who have been very understanding and have kept the balance in keeping with the demands of my neighbors as well as my satisfaction living at the Venue. Seriously, I am beyond grateful.

The venue a montecillo has made me feel like home since the very first time I stepped into the leasing office. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and will keep up with your inquiry with out being annoying. They will answer any question you have, and respond to it in the best way. Paperwork is made easy thanks to their online page. Like I said all staff is super friendly, Jaime in particular was the one who take care of us. She really knows what she is doing and always greets you with a smile. She will remember your name right away and quickly attend you with any questions that you have. Up to right now I have not had any issue with this place. Floor plans are excellent, all the amenities and hallways are sparking clean and the maintenance team will help you right away.

My overall experience of living at The Venue has been very positive. Ive lived here for about 9 months and during that time, I only have a one gripe– I get more street and hallway noise than what Id normally care for. Your mileage may vary though depending on your unit/building. Other than this nuisance, the rest of my experience has been very positive. Maintenance has been responsive. Theyre quick to repair things and they perform quality work (i.e. they havent had to return to re-fix things). The front office staff has been excellent in their customer service and hasnt lost any of my packages. In a similar vein, the packages that have been delivered to my door step, have not walked away which was not the case in a previous complex that I lived at. Finally, my neighbors in my building have all been overwhelmingly calm (not a lot of partiers here) and it feels safe. So all in all, despite the noise this complex has been a safe, peaceful, and convenient place with loads of amenities and great service.

I had a very pleasant experience since I went to inquire about the apartments months before I was planning to move in. All paperwork was done over the internet and the telephone. The staff was always helpful. The location is extremely convenient. I wont say everything is extremely perfect because nothing is; especially when you are sharing common spaces with other tenants. Any maintenance issue was taken care of accordingly. I lived by the Malolam building, and the level of noise was never an issue for us. Safety was never an issue. Grounds and pool were well kept. Its only been a week since I moved out and my deposit was processed. Again, I have to emphasize that the office staff was always nice!

I have had a pleasant experience living in The Venue at Montecillo. Absolutely no riff-raff and all working class professionals for the most part. I have never had a noisy neighbor nor have I ever had a neighbor who complained if I were to be noisy. Although it may be pricey to some people, they do a good job of filtering out the nonsense from a business perspective to create a comfortable living environment for tenants. The management is friendly and prompt with any complaints or disagreements, and they are astute in their resolve for all matters.Furthermore, it is central to a vibrant diverse locale of restaurants, lounges, and etc... This has created a very convenient, pleasant, and comfortable living experience.

These are great apartments in a really great location! The owners and staff are very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. I love the way they always keep the facilities clean and monitor the pool areas to ensure that only tenants and their guests are permitted. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and exceeded my expectations, therefore I have renewed my lease. I highly recommend this beautiful, modern and safe community! Gesuina Setzu

Ive stayed in my fair share of apartments. This has easily been my favorite. Rent for my studio was high $900 (higher end for El Paso but with some of the best amenities in the city). The actual rooms are well made and modern. I lived on the top floor and had pretty great views to the west. Fantastic amenities within walking distance. Generally a younger professional crowd. Its noisy on the weekends but there are several bars across the street, so expect that. Parking becomes a gladiatorial sport on the weekends as well. Watch out for the drunks stumbling from Malolam.Overall, Id definitely do it again if I was living in El Paso.

I resided at the Venue from Sep-16 to Dec-17.The service from the leasing office personnel is exceptional. Any issues that I had with my apartment were addressed in a rapid manner. Any issues on the building itself that were reported or spotted received similar attention. Security was my main concern when I moved to El Paso and the Venue exceeded my expectations. Residents respected each others property, ie: I left my phone on top of my car overnight and it was there the following morning. FedEx left a package outside my door while I traveled for 2 weeks, upon my return, the package was where Fed Ex left it.As I mentioned above, I traveled often and never had issues with my car being parked even when I sometimes left it unlocked by accident.The maintenance personnel were always actively repairing or cleaning.To re-emphasize the exceptional service from the office personnel, due to my constant travels, I would often:-forget to lock my door on the way out and the office personnel would ensure its security with a phone call-have furniture/parcel deliveries and the office personnel would ensure that these items made it into my apartment.I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Highly recommend. I have lived in over half a dozen apartments over the last 10 years, and The Venue is far and away the best. The physical complex itself is pretty sweet (modern with a good location), but thats not the reason im writing this review. Long story short, its the staff my roommate and I have lived here going on 3 years. They dont try and nickel and dime you like other apartment complexes ive lived in, and plain and simple know how to treat their tenants. I dont care what anyone says, no matter where you live, things are going to break or stuff is going to go wrong. All you can really ask for is that whoever is in charge listens to your concerns and at the end of the day does what is right. The Venue, in that regard has never let us down.

Hands down best apartment complex to live in El Paso. If youre a student looking for a place to live at, look no further. From my experience, neighbors are quiet and considerate! Alot of the residents that I observed who lived at this apartment complex are medical students, medical residents, some UTEP collegiate sport students, military, young professionals, and a few families. The staff is incredible and make you feel at home right from the start. Theyre always on top of the maintenance requests. The staff knows you by first name, and remember the things you talk to them about. So it was nice when you went into the office and they would ask you about how school was going and how work was going. I loved my experience at the Venue, and would definitely lease again with them if another opportunity rises in El Paso! Also the shopping area center around is super convenient. You even have Alamo Drafthouse right across the street. Venue, youre the best and keep up the good work!

So, I live in the main building in a 2 bedroom with my daughter. I never have had or given any noise complaints. There is a bar right across the road that I can hear their music just a little on the weekends but thats because my balcony faces the direction of the music. My other neighbors across from me told me they dont hear it at all. It doesnt bother me though bc it is not too loud. These apartments are in a great area. There are restaurants, bars, daycares, schools, churches, and a hospital right down the road which is convenient. The quality inside the apartment is nice and youd have to just come and check it out for yourself. Because honestly, I couldnt believe some of these reviews I saw. I love the Staff here and they are all very friendly. They know almost everyone by name and Ive lived here for almost a year and have had no problems. It seems like some of these reviews are bc of something personal. Maintenance has come to my apartment before; within 10 min, to change batteries in my smoke detector. They will ask for permission to enter upon your request if you are gone and if you are needing anything from them. Also, they will leave a courtesy letter for you. They have worked with me on one matter and went out of their way to help me. The neighbors hear are friendly and some just work and keep to themselves, with friendly his and byes...and I honestly enjoy my experience here, in El Paso, much better than I would have anywhere else. Happy Thanksgiving to all and If your really want to find things out for yourself, Id advise you ask people, who really do live here, questions for yourself. Maybe swing by and check out the place, look at the policies and ask people you see walking around here any other questions you may have. You will be glad you did when it comes to making a sure decision. God Bless. Ps, I actually found my church by a few of my neighbors here who are in the young adults group at Coronado Baptist Church right down the Rd. Theres a plus. :)

This place is great! Awesome amenities and the staff is super helpful. I loved the look of the apartment and the storage space in the kitchen was great! The size of the bathrooms were large. I never had issues with parking or safety issues. I would recommend.
