I’ve lived at The Upton at Longhorn Quarry for about three years now, and it’s been an amazing experience. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff really goes above and beyond. Jasmine in the leasing office deserves a special shoutout she’s always so kind and thoughtful. She’s not just there to help with apartment stuff; she goes out of her way to make me, my wife, and even our dogs feel welcome. She’s always ready with pets, treats, and toys for the pups, and she checks in to see how we’re doing, which really makes the place feel like home.The whole leasing team and maintenance team is also fantastic super quick and reliable anytime something needs to be fixed. The pool is always clean, the gym is great, and the tea and Starbucks machine are such a nice touch. I also love the billiards room, which is a great space to unwind.The location is another huge plus. It’s close to I-35 and Wurzbach Parkway, so it’s easy to get anywhere without fighting traffic. If you’re looking for a place with a great community feel, awesome amenities, and people who truly care, I can’t recommend The Upton enough!

The ultimate tip to anyone wanting to live here is to watch your resident statements, and document when you submit things. All of the annoying experiences stemmed from the account, autopay stopped working once, and a policy change not mentioned after I had submitted proof of renters insurance correctly the first time. Otherwise, I enjoyed my time here at The Upton. It’s quiet, great location, and very nice units. Key FOBs die often, and the gates usually get busted. I actually had a bike stolen from my second floor balcony, yet they were nice enough to not disturb my plants, so that was a plus. The pool could use a lot of TLC. Maintenance guys are great, managers and front desk are very calm and polite. May come back here in the future.

Bumped to 4 starts. Looks like they are now enforcing noise violations, unsure if there was a change in staff that affected this. However, I havent had to deal with bass/noise coming from my neighbor in quite awhile.+++++++++++01/20 - dropped from 5 to 2 stars - noise is a definite issue, if you end up with a noisy neighbor good luck. Ive been speaking with the complex for literally MONTHS. The only neighbor is below me and I actually pay extra to have fewer neighbors. Hear thumping from bass from all hours. Awesome that their setup is in the bedroom so good luck on decent sleep when they get going.+++++++++++Old post: from application to move in, everything went smoothly. Apartment office is helpful and responsive to inquiries. Hannah & Alex were great!Ive been helped by others in the office with the same awesome service. Thanks guys!

I recently conducted a community tour and experienced exceptional customer service from the team, particularly from Jana, whom I believe is the property manager. Jana’s assistance was invaluable, showcasing her deep knowledge and professionalism throughout the tour. She effectively addressed every question I had, leaving me thoroughly impressed with her competence and dedication.It’s evident that when someone demonstrates genuine care and compassion for both the community and the team, it greatly enhances the overall experience. The community’s amenities, including two dog parks and a Starbucks coffee bar, are noteworthy additions that I believe my pet and I will greatly enjoy. The stunning pool further adds to the appeal.However, I must emphasize that Jana’s exceptional service was the key factor that influenced my decision to choose this community. Despite having toured other properties in the past, my interaction with her and the overall experience I had during the tour solidified my desire to make this community my future home. I eagerly anticipate moving in soon!

Going on 2yrs here and my only complaint is the stairways need to be steam/spray cleaned. You can smell the cat/dog urine as soon as you hit the stairway. This is the resident’s fault for not cleaning up after their pets but it’s also the Manager’s job to keep our buildings from looking & smelling terrible. I don’t even invite people over, the stench is horrible. Pet owners need to be regulated more.

I have not moved in yet, but will be in about 10 days!! (Excited). I just want to write a little something to express how GREAT the staff is at Upton! From the moment I strolled in on a Sunday afternoon, bringing my parents along to help me make the right decision, Hannah (property manager) was there to help! She explained everything in detail, showed us everything the property had to offer, and much more. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome and it felt right! Thank you Hannah and staff for such a great experience. I, myself are in the customer service business, and am super picky...but this was definitely a great experience. Thank you Hannah for always going the extra mile to make a great experience. I am sure you are the reason of the success of this property.

This is by far a lot better than what and where I was at before.I really enjoy the valet trash pick ups.The location is off the beaten path, which is good because not a lot of noise from other places around me; houses or complex’s near me.Two highlights are: Starbucks and the gas station are literally at the gates of the complex.If anyone is concerned about living on a 1st floor apartment I would recommend you do it if you work second shift. Because by the time you leave, everyone is coming home.When you arrive just about everyone is asleep.This is my 2nd apartment in a downstairs building, and I enjoy it a lot because the ceilings are high, and it’s rare that I hear noise from my neighbors. Maybe it’s because they’re asleep when I’m awake. When I’m asleep they’re awake and I still don’t hear them. All I know is that they have a pet maybe a cat..who seems to have a good time while its owner is gone, lol 😂 silly pet if they have a 🐈 .Also, if you want a place that’s a update from your standard apartment this is a good one; this place is linked to a company that at end of your lease can help you build credit for buying a home. Helps you and future loan officers know that you can afford a home.Floors are wood like planks.. tile floors in restroom. Large kitchen island and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer in all units huge plus: they’re full size stackable.If I don’t move this year I’ll for sure renew my lease till I am ready to move out.I don’t have any complaints about this place.. better than the last place I was living at.My opinion for a 690 sqft Apartment (prelude of a tiny house) the amount is justified with the amenities that one gets to live here: $1290.00 is a good deal.Staff is very helpful and understanding. I’ve been here a moment, but it’s not a permanent solution. Just a stepping stone to where I am going to be in a few months.

Amazing staff and even better apartments! First word I want to use to describe this property is CLEAN! Its super clean throughout the entire property, breezeways, common areas, the gym, the pool, the dog park, parking areas, just all around super clean - you dont find that in a lot of properties! Next is the staff - I was helped by Ann Marie, a leasing agent there! She was super friendly, very patient with all of my questions, took the time to walk me through different scenarios for the type of apartment I was needing and walked me to each of them, and the management staff were very respectful and professional to me! All of my concerns/questions were answered and I cannot wait to move into my new apartment! Speaking of, the apartments were made smartly and the amenities you will have compared to other properties are second to none - the pool area is like a freaking resort and the gym is state of the art with crossfit pieces you can use, which I love! The Bear highly recommends this place! Go check them out!

I love the fact that they take feedback seriously and strive to make every situation correct. I’ve had a recent brush with unfortunate circumstances with concerns surrounding packages and they took the necessary precaution to secure my package from being stolen. I appreciate the upkeep and effort she and her team are doing to make living here worthwhile.

In the office, Torique has been a big help even before moving in all the way up to now. My wife and I are seniors, both Calvin and Torique have gone over and above to insure we are well taken care of - TOTAL QUAILTY SERVICE - Love it here thank you T!

Ive been here almost a year. Best apartments Ive ever lived, hands down.The club house and pool are really pretty. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. Very nice kitchens, and to top that, you live off Wurzbach Pkwy, a modern wonder of San Antonio. Theres an officer in-house, that brings us peace of mind. Very happy of living here.

My wife and I have enjoyed our experience living at this complex. I’ve reached out to the front office numerous times regarding concerns and upgrades and they’ve responded promptly and respectfully. There has been a lot of chaos that has gone on with residents and non residents since coronavirus lockdown and I feel that the office and utility workers have adapted and made many adjustments to accommodate everyone. Some complain on how long things take, but I feel that the staff here are doing a good job. I want to especially point out Justin who works with the maintenance crew. He takes care of things promptly and in a professional manner!

She was extremely prompt, answered all my questions, and 10 thousand calls with patience and joy! Best looking apartments I have seen. Everything is brand new and the pool looks like you are at a resort on vacation. The rooms are very nice with great appliances. Everything is very clean and the gym is nice as well. Love that it has Starbucks and a nice pool table. I have yet to see how the people living at the complex are. I do see on instagram they do social events in the lobby at times so it seems like a social complex which is great!

We were at the Upton from December to May for an ICU nursing course and I have to say, being in these apartments made the course easier. Scott Rohrbach and Kayla Walton communicated well and helped me with my move in/move out needs, and even helped a friend of mine switch apartment complexes due to unpleasant neighbors at another site. I was very pleased and if I was to be stationed in San Antonio, I’d probably live in this complex. Thank you!

I really enjoy living at Upton Longhorn Quarry. The apartments are spacious and roomy. The amenities are nice, like garbage pick up from outside your front door, an exercise room, a swimming pool and not having any problems or delays with service requests when required being handled in a timely manner.I love the fact management has additional security for the property.If youre looking for a nice and comfortable place to live you might want to check out Upton at Longhorn Quarry Apartments!You might be pleasantly surprised at what you find.

I was a tenant of the Upton Apartments at the Longhorn Quarry. My lease started in October of 2019 and have been living there since that time. I would like to point out that I came to the Uptons before COVID and have experienced the pre and post experience.The apartments are amazingly located with almost all the great places in SA 15 mins or less away. Amazing restaurants and eateries are located less than 5 mins. Rush hour does effect your approach to the apartments, however if you learn the pattern, the delay is minimal. My worst delay was an accident closing the 410 off ramp for Thousand Oaks and I was delayed 15 mins.The apartment office personal put a great deal of effort in listening to my exact needs and showing me the floor plan I needed. I HATE claustrophobic apartment floor plans, and Uptons does not suffer that. High ceiling plans and open living spaces let me setup and start entertaining immediately and support 10 people for Thanksgiving comfortably.Amenities are amazing, however, understand while the COVID panic is still reverberating, the front office is subject to corporate policy. The apartment contracts, like any contract, needs to be taken seriously, but Lacy and Gabby worked with me on ANYTHING I needed. They have opened most amenities, some with restrictions, hopefully they can return the amenities to us unrestricted at some point, but you will not be disappointed.The apartment had higher than average quality appliances, amazing internet from Specturm, AC and heating bills were tiny, like 70 dollars a month during the highest period. Water is included and trash service makes it easy to manage trash. My balcony view is amazing, and ALL of my neighbors are very nice.With the Valero and Starbucks right outside the gate, walking for some refreshments or a snack is easy and comfortable.The apartment life isn’t for everyone, but if you know what apartment life is like, the Uptons feels closer to your own home then a lot of places in the greater San Antonio are, while being a good bargain for your dollar.

This place is very military friendly, I’ve had multiple issues with my orders changed due to COVID and Lacey was very helpful in accommodating me so that I wldnt have to move into another smaller apt for 90days. She was so helpful and her response time via email great. I know they get a lot of slack since the last management group left, but they really have been trying to keep us satisfied even through the COVID mess. They had movie nights, giveaways and food trucks stop by. I’ve been here 2.5 years and it’s still a great place to live.

We decided to make the decision and we definitely made the best decision to move here!! The application process was swift and easy to understand and was able to get into an apartment that weekend. Bethanie helped us even after moving in with our questions and concerns. She made sure that we were taken care of and was very personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Everyone here is super nice and the apartment is quite. It is a super cozy and pleasant place. It has everything you need to feel totally calm and in harmony. Their workers are super attentive and maintain good treatment with their tenants, especially Karen, who speaks Spanish and is super willing to help them, as is Jazmín, who only speaks English, but she takes care of you, takes care of you, and understands you. 😁😁😁
