I have been for over 8 years. As I am preparing to move into a house, it’s kind of bitter-sweet. One thing about the Management & Staff here, is that they truly care about their residents. Anything that I ever needed they’ve ALWAYS helped out with & they made sure all maintenance request was completed accurately & immediately (after hours too). Mrs. Erika, Ms. Liliana and Miss Angelina, not to the maintenance staff are sooooo amazing. They’re like family too! They will go above & beyond for their tenants. I’m going to miss them dearly!

UPDATED 4/5/18I am moving out now, not because I am unhappy on the property, but because of babysitting and work conflicts, so I’m very sad. This was an awesome property for my son and I. The maintenance personnel were top notch and the office staff were the most professional around. Erika T, words can’t express how appreciative I am for the care you put into running your property. I will miss your professionalism and kind heart. Keep doing what you do well. Those residents need your influence there.The management team is great and the maintenance guys are responsive and thorough. I love it here and so does my 7 year old son. I work in the daytime and never have trouble with noise at night. Its a small, well maintained property. Im very blessed to be here!

Erika always been helpful since i moved in 2years ago. Love the Maintenance team always prompt for my work orders. Miguel & Lawrence take care of my apartment from big to small complaints. Management is pretty good as well no major issues they have work with me through difficult times. They have community events for residents to show their appreciation. This complex is like most family environments with kids playing and running around. Sometimes its a bit much but kids will be kids. I had some of the best and worst neighbors. Overall I enjoyed my stay only reason moving due to be on 3rd floor and expecting.

So far so good. I moved in 2018 new to Mckinney period Im still here in 2019 and as if 2020. Erika, she is the best ! Anything that has been done from bad to good she is the one landlord/ mgr to talk with.When I firat moved in i had a terrible time no organization and each apt i never got to see what the inside would look like before actually moving. I have great outstanding neighbors that help within the peaceful community itself. Its not to far from my daughter school and I had a terrible time with the neighbors. Sometimes you have to do whats needed for you in any apartment on that note. As far as maintenance a setup request is available for all tenants. With that i have had no issues maybe have to remind them time to time. I require a peaceful,respectful and understanding environment for my living as well as my daughter living. I have not experienced no inspects unlike other places,noise or drugs on my side of the apartments at Tuscany. Trash is always emptied may see a few raccoons🤣. You have full access to everything right in the middle on 175.Other than that no complaints. I love Erika full respect and that all needed as people to be treated at any location is communication and understanding. To anyone new welcome to a nice area,no drama, and great play to stay without hassles or respect to the community at Tuscany @Wilson Creek!🙂

OMG my experience has been nothing but AMAZING 😍. The office staff really cares for people and their families 💔 Lilly and manager Erika has the HEART of gold. I just moved in my beautiful 2 bedroom and they have a tenant for Life. I relocated from Fort Worth and moving here was the greatest decision made. This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The office and maintenance staff are amazing human beings - Angelina, Erika, and Lily made moving in as painless as possible, and they are ALWAYS super nice, attentive, and responsive any time I communicate with them. Lawrence and Miguel are good guys that actually care about the condition of the communities and the units.The community is quiet and peaceful, and there are lots of kids playing outside during the day on my side of the complex. Its a great place to live if you have children. My apartment is MUCH NICER than the one I was paying hundreds more for in Plano. I live on the second floor and rarely hear any neighbors, upstairs or same floor. The walls and floors/ceilings here seem to suppress sound really well.Location is phenomenal - walking distance to Towne Lake, the movie theater, Taco Bell, Whataburger, CVS, RaceTrac, hwy 75, etc.Cant recommend this place enough, move here and save some money and improve your life.

I lived there for 3 years and with Erica and Priscilla things were very comfortable. The two women are incredible and easy to work with. If you want some honesty and caring those are the two that wil give it. They made my living there worth it and never had to worry about anything with them. Whatever they said they were going to do they did it. So I just wanted everyone to know how amazing they are.

This is my first time getting an Appartment, I moved in 2017 and since then I dont have any issues with my appartment. When things around the appartment needs fixing, the fixing is done on time. The complex is very peaceful and neat if at all is dirty due to some leafs falling they always come to clear it .the staff is very friendly and respectful, especially the maintenance staff. Overall they are good and the price is affordable compared to other appartments. I like it.

Hi. We have been renting at the Tuscany at Wilson Creek for over 8 years and The mgmt company that has it now really is amazing. The women in the office. A+ employees. Very friendly and professionals. As long as you as a tenant read your TAA lease and treat this property as if it was your mothers front yard. You wouldnt leave trash all in her driveway would you? Its common sense for the tenants that have been here a long time. The property is well maintained fresh clear pool for summer. Flowers everywhere. Maintaince has their hands full but they to get to you. Make wherever you love your home if even for a year and dont litter respect the property. As they do you. Plus its close to the square and 75 . Thank you so much. And again, I would like to say THANK YOU to the women in the front office. Its always nice to hear a happy and understanding voice! ❤❤❤❤❤
