I want to take a moment to update my review. I truly wish I could give more than five stars! Rachel and her team offer amazing service and are some of the kindest people youll meet. Its always nice to walk into the leasing office and have them remember you by name.The maintenance team is quick to fix any problems that come up, which I really appreciate. They even take the time to interact with my dogs, and that means a lot to me. If youre on the lookout for a new place to live, I highly recommend checking out The Townhomes at Woodmill Creek. You wont be disappointed!

I wanted to wait until I had lived here a while before I left a review. My son and I moved in 5 months ago and we love it! Our townhome and the the property are beautifully kept. Ive had one minor maintenance issue and it was addressed the same day. There are often fun activities for residents at the leasing office to celebrate one holiday or another. Kyle was the leasing agent who initially helped me and he was great, but the entire staff has been nothing but nice and extremely helpful!

Edit: My wife and I are too uncomfortable. After suffering through tenant harassment, I feel like it’s fair that we no longer want to live here. The solution is simply to stifle our complaint saying it hasn’t recurred. After talking to the corporate office, they said to leave a review, that it didn’t matter to them. I’m consulting a lawyer.Updated months later:The manager for the office is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to work with on an issue like this. They did help to resolve the problem and after some (what I’m sure was corporate bureaucracy) the problematic person was corrected. Now the employee is no longer on the team and the replacement is just as pleasant and positive as the manager. Now my only complaint is all the stairs in the townhomes 😅 jk lol

These townhomes are absolutely gorgeous and the property is so well-maintained! The online pictures aren’t able to capture the full beauty of this property, you have to see it in person-and ask for Lauren! My recent experience with the tour, team and the leasing process was phenomenal. Huge shoutout to Lauren, she is just amazing!! Her warm and friendly personality won me over immediately. She is very professional and knowledgeable. It is apparent that she loves what she does because hosting potential residents and showing these townhomes in the extreme heat of the day without hesitation AND with a smile says everything! I an so appreciative that Lauren made this process such a breeze with step-by-step guidelines and follow-up phone calls-I definitely felt supported from start to finish. So thank you, Lauren, for the best leasing experience I have ever had-you are truly an asset to your company. Thanks to Kyle as well for a friendly and efficient experience with the application turnover-- I am so excited to be able to start my new journey with such an amazing team and community!

I have been living in this community for over 2 years now. This was our refuge during and after COVID. We also experienced the infamous freeze storm of winter 2021 here, we never lost power or experienced any flood.The units are very comfortable, well maintained, the kitchens are well equipped, overall it feels like a home.Management, staff definitely stands out from other communities. Rachel, the community manager, along with Kyle and Courtney had been very professional, the maintenance crew is also outstanding. They truly go the extra mile to keep the property safe, functional, well taken care.I would definitely recommend this community. I have lived in several communities and this one is by far the best I have experienced.

Lauren Wilson was AHHMAZING!She stayed after closing to show my family the property. Although her shift was over, she took her time to show off the beautiful property and went into detailed explanations for anything we asked. She asked questions and made recommendations based off of our needs. She was knowledgeable about the area and was even able to answer questions I had about local schools. After a 6 hour drive and holding a cranky toddler, Lauren accepted us onto the property with a huge smile and made the entire experience amazing!

My husband and I transitioned back to the states from South Korea and decided to make Houston our home. We looked at many townhomes and apartments and this one suited our needs the best. Lauren was amazing with providing detail information of the area and showing us several different units. The location is perfect for couples and families as well. The staff including maintenance are all friendly and helpful!

When i first saw the property, it was love at first site. The team are one of a kind. Friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Ive lived here with my family for closed to 5 years. If you need a safe place to call home, look no further. The Best.. And the manager Rachel is one of the sweetest people Ive ever met. My kids loves her.You should definitely try them out. 101% Recommended .

This is a beautiful place and exactly as shown on the pictures. I´ve recently made a tour and Lauren was so kind and helpful and showed everything important. Liked this place from the beginning! I have recently signed a renewal lease for my 4th year as a resident and love it here. Yes, it truly is a quiet, well appointed and beautifully maintained property, but my primary reason is because of Rachel (property manager) and her staff. From Rachel (Kourtney and Kyle) to Jose (maintenance supervisor) my questions and needs are always met with professionalism, friendliness and kindness. ALL of these people make The Townhomes at Woodmill Creek what they are and make me feel like Im part of a community.MS

Love it here! The dog park and puppy playgroup is by far my favorite (happy dog, happy life). The gym is fantastic, it looks (and smells) brand new! The pool is gorgeous and I’ve met a bunch of neighbors out there, everyone is so nice!! Definitely a great community no matter what point you’re at in life, all the neighbors are super nice and respectful. Glad to have found the Townhomes!

My daughter and I were shopping for a townhome close to her school and we found Windmill Creek! Lauren greeted us with a smile. Despite the raging temperatures she was willing to walk and show us the property, very knowledgeable and answered every question we had! Given the opportunity, Townhomes at Woodmill Creek we will soon call home!

I very much liked staying in this community, its clean, quiet and has all the amenities that a good apartment community should have. The office staff, and the maintenance staff are all very friendly helpful. The offices response to maintenance work is very prompt to say the least. Recently we bought a home and will not be renewing our lease, but would definitely recommend anyone.Although I would like to caution that, if for any reason (unforeseen situations) you need to get out of your lease without paying a two month rent as penalty (like in our case it would have been ideal if we could get out of the lease couple of months early without paying the penalty - which would have been a great help considering the rent), you may be out of luck.I understand getting out of a lease early would have been completely my choice but there are instances where the community administration might be able to work something out (although its solely the administrations choice to do so) but in this case it was not so.... none at all. A little understanding from the management especially the fact that peoples situations change all the time would have been much appreciated.However i would like to add the management was never rude or disrespectful about it. I will give them that.

My husband and I moved in summer of 2020 (we never visited the property, just looked at the virtual tours ) and we have resigned for another year. We have loved the community around here, even with the other complexes near! Very dog friendly and neighborly community. Front office staff has changed and are doing a very good job. Maintenance team is wonderful too!

The townhomes are beautiful inside and out! What I really love is the sense of community I feel here. I wasnt expecting this considering its townhomes, but the team does a great job creating a wonderful atmosphere. The location is great for me, and I LOVE the pool area and private cabanas! Cortney has been outstanding as far as customer service and excellent communication. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

I love my home. It is the perfect size for us. I love my private back yard and patio! The finishes in the kitchen and bath are modern and beautiful. I like the extra storage closets on the 1st floor and oversized closets in the Master. The staff made moving to Houston from out of state easy. They have been responsive to any issues that arise - the property is well maintained.

Wow, our experience has been just the opposite as the one I just read. The property is great, no problems here. The workmanship of our unit is impeccable. Any problems? Just go to your portal, address your issue, boom the issues are addressed and repaired.Now, about the crew here at Woodmill Creek, they are second to none. Friendly, willing to help, address issues with a smile and take care of the problem. Always friendly and approachable. Great team!

It is a very nice luxurious apartment complex. If you dont like noise, I recommend this complex to live. They love animals and have a small park for pets. Those who work in the office are very friendly and always make you feel very good 👏🏼.
