I moved here and found the residents and neighbors to be super friendly and the front office staff is always helpful. We love the dog park. It’s hard not to notice the maintenance team. They are always around the property keeping things maintained and cleaned.

The Property Manager Brianna has been very curtious and helpful when called on. Shes knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. The complex itself is nice and for the most part quiet, is very clean, and maintained daily. The maintenance crew are also a breeze to work with. The prices are also better than the average. Over all, a very solid 4/5.

I have lived at Towne Oaks II since 2005. It is convenient to IH35 and US183 and rent is affordable. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is exceptional. It has 2 laundry rooms, a pool and fitness center. Brianna is a wonderful assistant manager. They just recently added a grassy area for dogs to run off leash. Check it out.

Pros : other residents are lovely ! Leasing office workers are very nice.Great location . Provide covered parking for 1 car . Cheap rentCons:Washers and dryers broken because so many use them , but the office tries to fix quickly/ Limited visitor parking. And limited resident parking / Careful parking on the street.All said I love the community vibe and the residents are really nice .

As a resident living here for 2 years I can say that this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! The over all look of the complex is wonderful! It’s so well kept and taken care of. Even tho area can be a little crazy, the safety and security of this complex definitely makes me feel safe, and I can’t begin to express how helpful and awesome the staff is here! The maintenance staff always does what they do well and Ms Karla who works in the front office is sooo wonderful, helpful and caring towards all her residents! She’s the best! The manager did an awesome job bringing her in! To put this in a shorter version, I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Front desk manager, Karla Hurtado, gave me an excellent tour of the property and gave me all the information I need to rent with them. She was very enthusiastic and just super fun to be around. She gave me a good understanding on how this all works. I could see myself renting here!! Great property, clean, great amenities! What else can you ask for

Best place in Austin. I lived here for 3 years and it is an excellent place to live. Terrific location, quiet, spacious, inexpensive, excellent staff and neighbors, no one living above or below you. If youre renting in Austin, this is the place. Ive lived in several apartments in Austin this one by far the best. I loved living here, I wish I didnt have to move.
