    I’ve been living here for the past few years and it’s truly been a gift to be a part of this little community. I myself am a property manager and can say that Angela from the front office is actually the best property manager I’ve ever encountered. If you’ve lived in Apartments before you know how difficult it might be to get the attention of the front office, but she is always on point and never misses, huge kudos to her for having such a big heart for her community. You can really tell that it means a lot to her which intern means a lot to us. Maintenance is also the fastest I’ve ever seen and I continually recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a place near the heart of Austin. Affordable and Adorable. 🥰

    This is one of the better apartments in the Austin area. Their affordable, clean, old, helpful, and kind. I have lived there for about 2 years. It is a gated community there is no washer dryer hook up in the apartments. However, they do have coin operated washer and dryers around the complex. I enjoy living at this apartment because its setup more like a neighborhood. There is no fenced in dog park arrange, but plenty of green space to walk your dog. My dog is a none aggressive breed and weighs about 70lbs. Neighbors here can put up Christmas decorations and treat it like a neighborhood. Once a year the complex throws a resident appreciation party at the pool. Their they provide free bar b questions cater from Bill Millers. At this party I have meet several cool neighbors. There are stray cats roaming the neighborhood therefore we have not had a pest problem. However, because of the trees in the area and the age of the complex in the summer you may see a bug once in a while. Overall, I enjoy living at Towne Oaks I.

    I’ve lived here for nearly 6 years and these places are a really good price. The office gals are great! The maintenance team is on it... if you need something fixed or have any type of issue theyre there within a day. They are older apartments , but really well kept and the other tenants are all very good at keeping down noise and making the place have an overall safe feeling.

    I lived at Towne Oask for 3 years before buying a home. The grounds are very well kept and maintenance is one of a kind. Isidoro and his team always took care of any maintenance requests that same day or the following. This is the only apartment community I refer relatives and friends to. I loved it there!

    I lived at Towne Oaks 1 for the last 6 years until I recently moved into my first house in Austin. I loved everything about this community, the quaint property, nice pools, property management company and the maintenance staff were all wonderful people. This is the sort of small apartment community where everyone knows your name and is very dog friendly. You will love living here!

    My wife and I loved this place! The neighborhood is very tranquil and the front office is always so nice. The maintenance is by far the best part of this place; we didn’t have many issues but when we needed something fixed, they got it done ASAP. If we hadn’t bought a house we would still be living here!

    I will write about both Pros and cons and leave an opinion toward the end of this review. Pros: 24 hour maintenance. During the day they are usually at your house with in an hour of a call. Usually when called its less than 20 min. The maintenance team works really hard and always goes above and beyond. Unlike most other places this team is friendly and smiles and answers questions to help the residents be more knowledgeable. They fix things right and fast and take their time with explanations if asked. Office staff is very friendly. When asked to do a little extra like placing a package in side your home instead of out on the porch they do not hesitate. Within 15 min. my requests were completed and with gentle care not just thrown around. The Maintenance team after hours responds within a 2 hours no matter how big the emergency is. With security patrols and clean pools and extremely well kept property its a wonder this place is a huge secret. The maintenance guys even helped my wife move couches in to the house bc she was stuck. That is not in their job description. They always do these things with a smile. So lots of pros. Neighbors are great and covered parking with towing enforced. very close by laundry facilities and trash bins. Well kept dog park and benches and community center as well. we have lived there for about two years and have not had any problems. Bus stop very close by for many buses. They do give aways and bar b ques catered and community get-togethers that happen every few months to get to know your neighbors and alot of people attend.Cons. its a hard turn when you first enter. its secluded (not so much of a con). The nearest park or good shopping center is a little out of walking distance.All in all I love the place. My wife does. Our family and friends love the place when they visit. Every one really knows your name from the get go. I would not live any where else in Austin plus the prices are unbeatable. SO MUCH SPACE.No I do not work for them they did not ask me to write this review The only affiliation I have with the complex is that I live there. nothing else.Thank you Towne Oaks Staff. from Jason

    Awesome place to live. Grounds are clean - people actually pick up after their pets. Quite. Staff was really nice. Would have stayed if I didnt purchase a house. Would recommend!

    I been here about a year no bugs it great community great stuff the people been writing reviews about bugs I will tell them stop picking up furniture from trash cans ,it’s old complex but it’s way better then other places

    The best place I have ever lived, quiet, friendly people, excellent work team, mainly maintenance and office staff. I have been living here for 2 years and it is the best place in Austin, I assure you. If I could stay 5 more years I would do it without lasting 😁😁😁
