    Very nice. My husband and I are young soon to be new parents and because of us being so young we needed to find somewhere affordable and nice enough to raise our child for atleast his first year!     My mother and I came in for a tour around 5pm, and we absolutely enjoyed the experience of this tour. Q did a fantastic job at explaining our options and gave us a great tour of the property and amenities. She even stayed about 30 minutes after the office closed to work with us, and we just knew this was the place for us! I move into my apartment in November and couldnt be more excited! Dailee was also extremely helpful with the application process! Thanks Timberlinks! I cant wait to call you home!

    A very well maintained looking complex. Staff was very cordial. Aaron Hicks was very informative on the phone. In person he was polite. I enjoyed my tour immensely. I believe I will enjoy living at Timberlinks at Denton. I moved in on July 21, 2023.So far I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at Timberlinks. The residents are friendly and helpful. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless and smelt freshly cleaned. Parking is adequate. The grounds are well maintained. I think I found a home.

    My wife and I dropped in without an appointment to view the property. Q appeared to be the only staff member in the office that day and she was pretty busy. She did a great job explaining what our options were and showing us around the community. I don’t believe I’ve ever met a staff member at an apartment complex with a better attitude. We knew right away that the Timberlinks was going to be for us. We move to our new apartment in November. Thanks Q!

    I highly recommend this apartment complex for those looking to rent. It has the feeling of seclusion and its generally a quiet living space. Not only do they have incredible amenities but the staff (Michelle, Q, Dailee) are all wonderful to work with. Even when I had an issue, it was fixed within a respectable timeframe.

    I visited a person, in this Giant complex. It was well manicured & looked like a lovely enormous complex, golf course and all! The kitchen was completely open to the dining and living areas. If, I was looking at apartments, I would definitely check this complex out!

    I have a great experience at this apartment complex, environment is clean and calm, no security threats. Payment platform is seamless, the gulf course adds a great beauty to the environment, work order is resolved typically within 48hrs, I wish it could be a little earlier.Overall its a great place to live.

    I loved the vaulted ceilings on the first floor, and that the gym had more equipment than your average apartment complex gym. The pool was nice, too. I never used the golf course. There was limited parking. The walls were pretty thin, I could usually hear my neighbors alarms in the morning, but not more than that. Decent sized bedrooms.

    For all the reviews that complain about the fees, those fees are not unexpected. If you do your part and read the lease you will see what they are for. It’s a simple as not signing if you don’t agree with them. Very nice for the price. We also really liked the monthly pricing per lease length..that was new to us and very convenient. I’m ecstatic that my precious fur baby was welcomed(with a fee, respectively), I am even more impressed with the useage of the golf course for the price we pay per month. For us, moving 15 hours to a new state was overwhelming but we are so so happy we picked Timberlinks!! I run a business and Brittany in the leasing office is always so helpful!! She coordinates dates for me to come in to the office to present my products! She always stays on top of things and is very very sweet! The office staff is awesome and they all work very hard to make sure everything is addressed and taken care of! Excellent place to live, we just signed another year on!

    I have lived here for a year now and I have to say Im pretty impressed. I am renewing my lease for another year and may even renew again after that. I had some issues with the internet when I first moved in but they have upgraded since then and all is working great!Paul and the other leasing agents have been more than helpful during my stay here. Every work order I have submitted was taken care of promptly and I really do feel like this is more like a community than just a place to live.They are under new management and I have seen some changes but nothing drastic. Definitely a complex I will be looking at staying at for a while.

    My A/C went out and it is 110 degrees out. When I called they werent sure if the part would come in time. I have cats and was so worried they would get overheated and hurt due to the heat. In a panic I went home to see if I would need to take my cats to work.On my way I got a call that they got the part, but wasnt sure how soon they would get to it due to other A/C issues. By the time I got home it seemed like they had already fixed it. Temperature was going down. They had to have prioritized it based on my predicament. It showed they cared. Then, they double checked to make sure I knew it was done and had some peace of mind.Thank you Timberlinks team hopefully no more issues!!!

    Going on my 3rd year living here. Everything has been really great, we’ve had things stop working and every time that they do they are quick to fix them ( water heater, ac leaking, light switches, bathroom vent fan, and master ceiling fan) sometimes they do have to wait for the item to come. That’s understandable. Also rent is super easy to pay online using the portal. Everyone seems to mind in the neighborhood. They only thing I could suggest if there was a kids park/play area, but it’s great (:

    After having some horrible issues with another apartment complex, my roommate and I decided to check out Timberlinks. I must say, I absolutely love it. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful.Upon moving in, we had an issue with the key lock on our door and couldnt get in the apartment. Paul (who is super awesome and works in the office) came back to the apartment complex to help us after hours even though he didnt have to. The maintenance is really fast. The complex is clean (which is rare these days). We have had a stress free experience because they are so prompt and thorough.My roommate already recommended a friend to move here as well. Thats how much we like it.A++

    Living here has been great! The pool is really well kept and never over packed. The gym is easy to access and has great equipment. Its always very quiet and calm and every one weve met has been friendly! Any problems weve had the office is quick to address. Would highly recommend moving here!

    Pros- Great leasing office- beautiful views- cozy apartments- very nice gym and pool- maintenance team is kind and fastCons- the deposit is large but they have other ways to pay it which is nice.- And I believe there is a landfill nearbyBut overall this is a very nice apartment complex and I would highly recommend it to friends!

    I went to the 9 hole golf course and had a great day with a group of friends. We stopped into the Apartment office to find our way to get information and the staff was so eager to help us and we got to see their pool area which was very nice as well. I bought a new golf shirt that was on sale too! I told my daughter she should move here since she plays golf and the place is so quiet and very clean and everyone was so nice. Plus the cost to play was not expensive and included a cart. Loved it!

    So far my roommate and I have lived here a month and Im very happy. Its so peaceful outside and lots of room to walk my dog. They have a cute little dog park that I go to very often which my dog finds little friends to play with. All the neighbors around me are very welcoming and I really feel like I can call this place home. There is a great pool with a few grills to have a little cookout. They also have an awesome gym that I go to on a daily basis. There is never a wait for any machine and the open windows throw in some great nature lighting. They also have a golf course through the complex which is pretty neat. We live in the 2 by 2 apartment and its very spacious. We love the granite countertops because they are so easy to clean. The management is very welcoming and brings a very positive vibe to this place as well. My leasing agent was Paul McColley and he made it quick and easy to find an apartment here. We even had a small issue with the leasing process, but he found a way to make sure we moved in as quick as possible. This is a great place to call home and if you have a dog he/she will love it as well.

    I have lived here for two years and love it. I always feel safe at night, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance always helps me promptly when I have had issues. The amenities are great; the pool is spacious, the working center is convenient, the multipurpose room is great to have people over, and my dog loves the dog park.

    We have loved living here & plan on renewing our lease. One of the most affordable places in Denton & is so nice for what you’re paying. Plus the staff here is GREAT, and I don’t mean just the front office. Today I was lucky enough to meet the maintenance staff members, I happened to be home when the stopped by. Marcus, Betty, and David are the most friendly people I’ve ever met! They easily could have come in, done the work, and said nothing to me (as most apartments I have lived at have done) BUT instead they were so sweet and talkative. They went out of their way to meet all my needs and get the job done without waking my little one. When else has a maintenance worker made you smile and laugh? We plan on keeping this place as our home for a while(:

    Nice & quiet place to live, for the most part! Grounds could be kept up a little better, maintenance needs to clean up after themselves, lol, but they DO get the work done in a timely manner. Ive been here for years, in the same apartment, its very quiet on the backside facing the golf course, I cant speak for the apts facing the parking lot. When Texas went through the deep freeze in February of this year, our complex did not lose power, like so many others I heard about. (I think its because were close to 2 hospitals, tbh). The internet is generally good to ok here, but when its down, its a pain. If youre looking for something like Fios speeds, forget it. Evidently, theyre locked into a forever-plan with this tiny company, so buyer beware. Great neighbors, in general, but I dont think they use the pool like so many neighboring people, not from this complex, but everyone has the code to get in, so i just dont go up there. The staff is great, and friendly, but you will probably have to walk to the office if you need something, they do not normally answer the phone. I dont golf, but they have a decent course, and a pro shop & beer girls, from what Ive heard. Oh, & they have a gym and a sauna and a jacuzzi, i think--but the AC in the gym has never worked for more than a couple months, to my knowledge. OVERALL, it is a very nice place to live, with decent people, that are normally very quiet, and respectful. This is a pet friendly community with a dog park, and most people DO clean up after their animals, but as with any other community, youll find there are those few that never do, unfortunately.     My boyfriend and I just moved to Timberlinks and have had a wonderful experience so far! The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us into an apartment on short notice. Tiffany, Paul, and Jason were all so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed when we moved in. Tiffany even called us the day after we moved in to make sure everything went well. The upgrades in the apartment are very nice and there is so much closet space! The views of the golf course make it nice and relaxing to sit out on the patio. We havent been here long, but it already feels like home!

    First, let me start by saying I work in the student housing industry. I have lived at Timberlinks for 2 years now. It has been a very good experience. Before move in, we got to see our actual apartment before move in and it was made ready very well. Staff has been friendly and accommodating from our first visit to view apartments. Clubhouse is nicely decorated and maintained well with a nice game room for entertainment, a big gym and a nice patio. Pool and hot tub are maintained very well, the grills work well, and there is alot of pool furniture. Very quiet with alot of open spaces along where I live (Building 17). Maintenance has been prompt and has resolved problems quickly. Apartment was newly renovated, I believe, and the renovation was done well and looks very good. Stainless appliances and granite countertops make the kitchen that much nicer.Overall, has been a very pleasant apartment experience and I would recommend to others.

    Lived here for 4 years and have been a part of several changes. The newest company has been the best to work with in terms of customer service and communication. Most of the updates have been much appreciated (not a fan of the dog area, but that is personal preference more than unappreciative update).Pay your bills on time, communicate if you have any issues within your apartment, and have reasonable expectations for getting maintenance requests fulfilled and you will be very happy here. Plumbing and HVAC are taken care of immediately. Everything else is not life and death.Also, offering a bottle of water to the maintenance staff goes a long way, especially on hot days. Just a friendly tip.

    I have been living at the Timberlinks for almost two months, and I have had a better experience with the community and staff here than anywhere else I have lived or considered living. I was in a rush to find a place over the holidays and the staff went above and beyond to help me with every single process (even suggesting cheap moving coplmpanies) in order for me to move in. Although, this is a highly animal friendly community, a lot of residents do not clean up after their fur babies. However, the staff does more than their best to keep the grounds looking beautiful, and to hold pet owners, who are not particularly considerate, accountable for their pets. ALSO, this is the ONLY community in the area that allowed me and my husly to move here (huskies are typically a restricted breed). The business center, up at the main office, is quite convenient for me being a college student, whom cannot afford her own printer. It is a bummer that the business center closes down with the office at 5:30pm on the weekdays, and over the weekends as well (but with different hours) but every place has their perks and quirks. Maintenance is timely and helpful. I had an issue with my dryer, and upon fiddling with the circuit breaker in the pantry, he noticed that the drywall above the door didnt exist. Within twenty minutes, my door had its pretty little hat. I do have to admit I was a little weary about the fact my apartment is in clear view of the Denton garbage dump, but it isnt much of a hindrance honestly. There are days when there is this strong north wind, sending a strong, bitter odor that permeates the air around the complex, but truthfully it isnt anything the complex can control. Like I said perks and quirks.

    After recently relocating to Denton, we needed a short-term lease until our house closed escrow. The staff at Timberlink were so helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to go over our different rental options with us and after exploring their beautiful apartment complex we rented their executive suite. We could not have been happier and was actually a little sad when our house closed and we had to leave. The apartments are in a great, convenient location. The pool was always clean and clear, the weight room had everything we needed and my husband loved having the golf course right at our back yard. Everything about this complex and its staff deserve five stars!

    Absolutely the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at in Denton. The staff has always been helpful and fair, and have worked with me to make sure I’m happy with my home. The community is very quiet, and seems to be generally young families. The floor plans are great spaces for what you pay compared to the other places in Denton.This complex is close enough to i35 to jump right on, but far enough to not hear the noise. It is so quiet here. And while it might be near the waste site for Denton, I have maybe only smelt it twice in my 6 months of living here; way more often do I smell the bread factory across the street.Definitely recommend checking this place out.

    My wife and I came from a 1 bd 1 ba apt across town and are SO PLEASED with the cleanliness of the grounds. Its a freakin golf course so its beautiful year round. Quiet Neighbors as well! Very pleased with our upgrade to an upgraded 2bed 2bath with a baby on the way. Golf is free for residents as well. Affordable, Clean and great family environment.

    I love living here! The atmosphere, the people, the scenery it’s all so wonderful. I’ve moved within these apartments at least 3 times in the past year and a half that I’ve lived here. The staff was always courteous, accommodating and are all around genuinely great people. The amenities offered are much better than most other apartments in the area, like the in-unit washer and dryers. The only discrepancy I’ve had was with the internet; however, management has recently added better internet connections, and higher internet speeds are now available. I’d recommend living here to anyone looking to be surrounded by an outstanding community, beautiful landscapes, and an affordable and comfortable place to call home. It truly is the best place to live in Denton!

    Love living here, only complaint was a neighbor named Savana that would yell and scream vulgarities at other residents and lie about issues with her neighbors.. she is now gone and its back to being peaceful and beautiful, love the manager Angela, and The maintenance staff is fast and thorough, David is great

    I love it at Timberlinks! The staff is always friendly, I use the gym all the time and all the neighbors are welcoming. I feel safe as a woman walking at night from my car into my apartment.
