I’ve been at the Tides for almost a year now and I’ve had a great experience. Ms.Gina helped me with move in I’m so grateful to her she’s so sweet.. everyone in the office all the ladies always helps me with everything that I need. The entire team is great I love my home. All of my neighbors are friendly. I can only speak myself and my experience here and I’ve had a great experience so far. I love being so close to so many restaurants and shopping! I do plan to stay another year I would say come tour for yourself!

Eva is very nice and helpful. Toured with her 2 weeks ago and even tho it was very busy on a Saturday. She still made it her priority to introduce her self with a smile and help assist us. Looking forward to moving to this place. I love the new management. So far so good!! Gina is also nice. I have spoken to her a few times on the phone very pleasant!! If you’re looking for an apartment you should stop here!!

I cannot say enough great things about Eva at Tides at Midtown! From the very beginning of my apartment search, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions with care, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Unlike any other apartment Ive worked with or applied for, Eva got me approved and into my new home within 24-48 hours something that Ive never experienced before! Her efficiency, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability & if she didn’t know the answer to my question or concern, she took the initiative & went find the answer for me. It was real refreshing to see & make me feel comfortable with her. I hope she stay at Tides at Midtown for a long time. She’s great!

We did a tour and it was fairly nive, though we decided on something closer to work. However, we do want to mention how great Gina, the employee who gave us the tour was. Shes very friendly and hardworking. We were tempted to move there just because we liked her so much!

Nikol in the Leasing Office was such a great help. She helped me every step of the way. She was able to get me 2 weeks free of rent and got me moved in within a few days of me applying and being approved. She is heaven sent. I really really appreciate all her hard work.*****Update******Nikol is so amazing, not only did she get me moved in today 04/01 but i was about to get my Utilities turned on and get my internet transferred. It’s literally a one stop shop with her. I love love love my apartment and the staff at Tides at Midtown.

I moved in around a month ago. There were several maintenance issues with my apartment initially. However, my apartment was renovated in a hurry so I could move in, so I understand. Maintenance has been very considerate and has taken care of every single request I put in. Management, especially Nikol and their accountant, have been very helpful and kind regarding any issue I had. It seems as if the negative reviews were written before this new management was implemented. With all being said, I havent lived here for long. So do your own research before you move in anywhere.

This property management team remained outstanding even during their busiest period. There might have been a slight delay in response due to the volume of inquiries, but when they responded, the service was first-rate.Id like to mention Nikol Ballard, who was fantastic in making arrangements that fit perfectly with my needs. Her service felt very personal, and her support was unwavering. She even preemptively opened up work orders for maintenance before I asked. Nikol didnt just meet my expectations, she went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Truly impressive.

Everything was handled professionally and with a sense of urgency- thank you to Steve and Nikol )))There were a few things that needed to be addressed and are pending but other than that Steve was very helpful with my locks at move-in. Both him and Nikol went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get in the apartment after the lock malfunctioned at move in. Thank you Nikol and Steve! Other than that the community is nice, quiet, and the gym is nice too. I highly recommend to anyone looking to save and still have a nice place to live. Thank you Tides Staff!

I would like to share a positive experience I recently had with the new Property Manager, Cheanelle. First-- I want to acknowledge how nice the community is looking after a week after the new Management, The Robinson Group has taken over. I hope this will continue in the future and with the grounds up keeping as well.During the time the contractors were onsite painting the exterior of the building, they removed my patio furniture without my knowledge and was misplaced. I went to the office to discuss my concern and that was my first encounter with Cheanelle. She welcomed me with a big friendly smile and was very pleasant to speak with. I explained what occurred and while speaking with her, she was emailing the contractors to find a resolution. I left feeling reassured this will be taken care of and sure enough it was. The company replaced my furniture within a few days with no hassle. I appreciate her prompt response and not pushing me away. Lastly, I placed a maintenance request and they arrived the same day....which has never has happened the 3 yrs Ive been a residence.Looking forward to all the positive changes occurring to our community.Cynthia M.

I and my husband have moved in this apartment last December. Thank Noel! She was so helpful and attentive to every detail of our move-in procedure. It was quick and painless. Highly recommend working with her. We had some initial issues in our unit but the building maintenance staff took care of them in a timely manner. Overall a good experience so far!

I love The Chelsea! Everyone in the office is so friendly, helpful, and accommodating from the second I walked in to tour, Desiree and Carlos are amazing!! The application and move in process was transparent and easy. The building reminds me of a mini uptown, the amenities are great (gym, pool, dog park, courtyards). Maintenance is super friendly and efficient. The area is awesome, 5min away from Galleria and I actually feel safe walking around the block. My apt is gorgeous and so quiet, I never hear my neighbors or people in the hallway. The parking garage is secure and I never have an issue with parking. Absolutely love it!!

I love the Chelsea! Maria is the person that helped me during my transition to this apartment complex. She is the best!! Super attentive, charismatic and responsible with her job. She was always checking if we needed anything or had any questions or concerns. We were able to get the apartment sooner than expected due to her efficiency. The apartments are located in a great area close to Galleria mall and Addison. Highly recommended.

Been here for about 2 months and I’m just happy that we finally have a decent and friendly office staff. Malik is one of a kind and always keep a smile on his face which is something that’s very important for me . Any time I enter the office I feel welcomed. The new manager Chantelle is very sweet and fast acting, what a gem. My work order was completed the same day I put the order in which haven’t happened since u been here, so I’m excited about the new management change and ready to see what the future has.

Ive lived at The Chelsea for two years and have had such a pleasant experience. Its located right between Montfort and the tollway so theres easy access to everything, but since Southern Blvd doesnt get much traffic its more private than a lot of the surrounding apartment complexes. The units use the space really well, making everything feel more open and as if theres an extra 100 square feet of space.Desiree was incredibly helpful with my initial lease and recently switching to a 2-bedroom. She answered all of my questions and did an awesome job making the process smooth and stress-free. Ive had similar experiences with every staff member here and the manager, Carlos, is not the stereotypical landlord. You can tell he cares about his tenants and their overall happiness with their living situation.

I love Michael and Noel and Michelle are very attentive and answer service requests timely, the staff here is very friendly and takes good care of the grounds considering how messy some tenants can be. the dog park was an issue for a few months but Michelle and her team put a plan in place and executed the plan very well, their are now cameras catching the irresponsible dog owners whom decide not to pick up their dogs feces and also those who allow their dog to jump the wall into the park are finally being fined. the parking can be a little tricky but it is not as bad as some of these reviews would lead you to believe. If you have a huge car or truck and try to park in a tiny compact car spot and your car gets damaged, whos fault is that, dummy! Lets see what else - I have lived here for almost a year and will be renewing my lease. I love my neighbors and we all have a great time hanging by the pool and cooking out together when we can. The only knock in the pool area is the grill. It really needs to be replaced and be hard wired to natural gas instead of propane, but hey if thats all I have to complain about thats not much. Did I mention MICHAEL (the fat guy, some ugly person called him that) is the most attentive and awesome leasing consultant (inside joke) you could ask for. Noel is an amazing Assistant and takes all of her calls and duties seriously and responds to requests immediately. Michelle (WOW) what an inspirational leader she has shown herself to be. The way she strategically makes decisions and tactfully responds to requests is awesome. I have seen her pull her team in and get them focused on the weeks tasks and execute, execute, execute!!! So enough fluff, I really love that my family and I chose to live here until I decide where Im going to buy a home. This is where my family and I feel most comfortable!!

I’ve been reading a ton of these reviews and can’t figure out why anyone would write horrible reviews about this place. I have had a great experience. My apartment is beautiful and I never have had any problems. My neighbor was kinda annoying but he moved a few weeks after I moved in, so no problem there. Super close to shopping and kick ass food. I can’t complain... I’m thinking a lot of the bad reviews are probably from people who were evicted, but that’s only my opinion. I mean damn.. why else would you be so ticked off in a review about where you chose to live.As far as maintenance... any problems I had were fixed ASAP. Front office is always very friendly and welcoming.Hands down best place I’ve lived so far!

I understand that most reviews are written when angry but I wanted to shout out the management team DeAnna and Lance for going the extra mile for me. Managment is professional, respectful and patient. DeAnna and Lance is who I have mostly worked with; I would highly recommend them. I have greatly enjoyed my stay here. Extremely close to nightlife, and food places. 20min from down town.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here since August 16Maintenance is quick and responsive and friendly, the groundskeeper is positive and upbeat everyday no matter if its 7am or 6pm he always asks how my day is going. The office team is always receptive of any matters I may need to discuss no matter who is there. Everyone that works here has become more of a friend. I often go into the leasing office just to say hi and chat or grab a coffee! I dont currently have any issues with my apartment or the grounds but anything in the past was addressed in a timely fashion. Parking may be tight on your particular garage floor of your apartment but spaces are plentiful and there are stairways/elevators to make getting around easier. I enjoy the safety of the gated community and the keyfob access to the floors. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

I moved to Southern Villas in January 2015. The whole staff is very professional and friendly ! They have automatic gates which makes me feel safe. Neighbors are friendly. They have a nice swimming pool. I would recommend this place for any friend.Update (2019):The new staff are so kind and humble, they are open for new ideas and innovations, they started a Yoga class this week (September), I attended the class with other residents and it was great.

The property manager, Carlos, is amazing and extremely professional as well as the rest of the staff. The complex is beautiful, in a superb location, and well maintained. I have had poor experiences with the employees in the office, however, would just like to say that Brandy is amazing. I had an issue getting my car out of the parking space due to another car blocking it, and I was at my wits end trying to back out of the spot without hitting the other car. I went to the office to see if someone could call the car owner to move their car, and Brandy was more than willing to help with my predicament. Brandy was extremely personable, kind and determined when helped me retrieve my car out of the space. She even went the extra mile to inspect my car in the garage and assisted me in backing out! Thank you Brandy!!
