I had an amazing experience! I have just relocated to Midland and wanted to find a great place to live, with great amenities.I set an appointment on 27 FEB, for 28 FEB at 2pm. I showed up at 1:45p. VALERIE (CRUZ) was phenomenal. She asked (verified) some information about my needs, wants, and move in dates. Once we completed that, she showed me around the property and showed me 2 styles or floor plans. I was very impressed with the site (pool, clubhouse, gym, and extra amenities. I chose to select my apartment.We filled out the credit application and I submitted the documents required ASAP. I received approval within 30 minutes.I am very glad I chose the WALL STREET LOFTS. I love the atmosphere and it is very close to my job. They also have an outside company that will provide furniture for a small fee. I could not be happier about the decision.Thank you, VALERIE and the team for a near perfect first impression.

I just wish I would’ve found this place sooner. Melissa is amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and was the nicest property manager I had met. She made my moving process so simple. Maintenance is always super fast, and greets me with a kind smile no matter what I need. The Wall Street Lofts are kept beautiful and smelling great! Also it is conveniently, located to several shops and dining areas and just minutes from anywhere else you want to go! If you’re looking for your new home, I highly recommend Wall Street lofts!

Wow! It’s all I can say I’ve been a resident at Wall Street Lofts for 2 years and I’m so happy here. Every time I have an interaction with Melissa the manager I have a smile on my face because all my concerns get addressed. I do miss the previous maintenance team that left but my apartment is beautiful, the building is beautiful, and the area is great.

Wall Street Lofts in Midland Texas is a great place to live. Friendly, safe environment and it is close to great food in the downtown area. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help any way they can. We lost our beloved Shih tzu of 15 years just recently and Melissa was so supportive and gave me a photo frame to remember our Shih tzu. Thank you for such a great place to live Wall Street Lofts!

Wow! What a find in Midland, TX. The location is great, right in the heart of downtown Midland. I am within walking distance to the nightlife, restaurants, Centennial Park and the events center. The modern amenities are an added plus, the clubhouse is well stocked and somewhere Id actually like to hang out. Afternoons and evenings at the pool in the central courtyard, make me feel like Ive left Midland for the day and have been transported to a swanky metro-area high rise. The manager, Melissa (I think), is always friendly, helpful and takes care of any concerns right away. They have activities so you can meet your neighbors and find friends within the community. The show unit I was shown was tastefully decorated and gave me a vision to what my unit could look like, all the units are unique and it allows me to add my own flare. I love the closet space and modern finishes, and Im excited to host my friends and family to show off my home in downtown Midland, so glad I found the Wall Street Lofts!

When I first moved in during the summer I was worried because my unit had a handful of issues but the maintenance staff was ready to handle any issue and quick! I love that the complex is in the middle of downtown with walking distance to my favorite restaurants, dog friendly and 5 minutes from work. I also love the community engagement. Pick this place if you live in Midland!

I have been a resident for over a year and let me tell you, there is no were else you would want to live! Melissa the manager is very helpful and kind, there maintenance personal are quick and ready to get the job done! residence have there own parking garage that you can only enter with a clicker fob, very quite neighbors and location is prefect, park right across the street and food nearby everywhere!

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldnt be happier. It is always clean, the club house is fantastic, and the close proximity to restaurants and the Centennial Park makes it an ideal place to stay. As an added bonus, it is walking distance to public library.

If you are in search of an apartment that meets all your needs and is located in the best part of Midland, look no further! The Lofts has been a fantastic experience for me and my dog. Melissa is the head manager, and runs a fantastic environment to live in. She made my move in better than any other apartment I have lived in. It is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they love pets! Year round they have different offers to residents-Hot Dog Friday in the summer time, Chili in the winter, and snacks in the kitchen commons EVERY day! I love grabbing a cup of coffee as I walk out the door for work!They offer a great selection of floor plans with pool and downtown views, either is fantastic. I have a downtown view and West TX puts on a show at sundown, no other apartment can offer what the Lofts can! Did I mention free 1GB of internet??? Come be a neighbor!

Wall Street Lofts is a great place to live. Very convenient to downtown restaurants. The building is very well kept and very clean. Very solid construction I never hear any neighbors, walls are very thick! Electric bills are very low and parking is covered and is very convenient to each floor.

Water was backing up into my sink from the dishwasher on Sunday night. After I reported the issue Monday morning, maintenance met me within the hour, drained my dishwasher, and troubleshot to fix my garbage disposal on the spot. It literally took 2 minutes to fix my problem 😊! Definitely appreciate Melissa and everyone at Wall Street Lofts! They’re very kind and take really good care of the residents.

My fiancé & I signed a one-year lease with Wall Street Lofts. We really enjoyed sitting on our balcony & soaking in those downtown views.Shortly after moving in, we experienced a couple of issues with our unit. The maintenance team always worked fast & was very responsive when something came up.I think a big perk of moving into the building is experiencing the downtown market & the energy the area provides in general.Bottom line, the team in the building was very helpful to us even after we decided to move.

I really enjoy living at Wall Street Luxury Apartments. The building provides great amenities such as gym facility and valet garbage service. It is clean and well maintained and it is quiet building. The apartment is modern with washer and dryer included. I love the pool and easy parking. The location is great close to all main roads! And the new management is very welcoming and professional and helpful.

Found my dream job in Midland and had to move across the state quickly. They were SO HELPFUL and accommodating! And they truly are luxury apartments with exceptional amenities. The whole building is well-maintained and tastefully decorated. My apartment is adorable! The parking options are fantastic! AND…you can pay with an app! Walkability for downtown Midland is superb — lots of cool restaurants and bars in super close proximity. I love this place and highly recommend!

Clean, good condition, good community. Apartment is so close to park, restaurant, stores, salon. The pool area, gym, and shared area is clean water, snack, coffee available. Pet friendly. Sadly No hot tub. Manager and Workers are friendly and efficient with their job. If something was broken in the apartment, put in a request and they would send Juan and his team in and things get fix pretty fast in hours, a day or two. Rent price is fair and good in negotiating terms. Thank you keep up the good work.

Beautiful city vibe getaway from the desert landscape. Along with the gorgeous inside & amenities, Wall Street lofts is surrounded by bars, barbers, & boutiques. Its our little escape from the rough West Texas scenery- and the staff have been nothing but helpful from our moving process to any issues. The office keeps the the lounge stocked and always has small events/activities which I look forward to joining! Thank you for our new HOME!

I have really enjoyed my experience at Wall Street Lofts so far. Carrie, our manager, has been great and always willing to help. I agree with the previous post, she definitely needs an assistant. I dont know how she manages to do it all by herself. I have even found her in the office working at midnight! Its obvious she does all she can to help and accommodate the residents. The only reason for the 4 stars is the price. I feel the apartments are so overpriced for Midland Texas, but I LOVE my apartment and the experience at Wall Street.

Lived here twice. Love the experience. The 24 hour commons area is a rarity here. The ease to the pool from the common area is amazing. Our apartment bathrooms are the largest I have ever seen. Balconies are a tad smallish, but that is probably just on me! The feel of a secure enclosed building is reminiscent of larger city communities. Elevator is a plus for those who require it and I believe the only community with one in the Permian basin. Still wish they would upsize the refrigerator but other than that, our home is amazing! Management is willing to accommodate most any need. Maintenance is spot on!
