I have lived here since 2020, and I have lived very comfortably since! Peaceful quiet neighborhood and kept clean. Pretty pool and beautiful views! I love my home! Office staff is very nice; and our maintenance has always been extremely good to me- David has completed service requests I have submitted over the years- quickly, and in a super friendly manner! He always greets me if I see him around the community. Great guy with great customer service! He makes me feel like we are a part of a friendly community! Others as well- like Lisa (I believe her name is) is super knowledgeable and determined to help as best as possible and communicates very well as needed! The others are great as well! Grateful for the maintenance staff! Thank you!

Everyone in the front office is friendly and extremely professional. The maintenance staff has really impressed me, getting my work order done in a timely manner. The property is beautiful and on a nice side of town. I have had a wonderful experience with this apartment complex.

We had a great experience when we recently toured this beautiful Resort style Apartment complex. We were greeted by Dominique who had a warm smile and was very accommodating. She was very knowledgeable, stayed engaged answering our questions and highlighted all the great details of why we should move here. We absolutely fell in love with the pool, workout room as well as the spacious apartments. We could tell that management and staff really cared for this property based on how well this property is kept. The View at TPC is definitely top of my list!!

Leasing Agent Dominique Munoz has been AMAZING! Not only did she do everything she could to help me navigate some unforeseen challenges with my move to Texas from Ohio, but shes also been great about checking in regarding some maintenance requests Ive needed to submit recently. Working with her has been a wonderful experience all around, and I cant recommend her enough!Additionally, David Diaz was so helpful addressing a maintenance issue I had with my hot water heater recently. I returned home from a trip out of state late on a Thursday evening to discover I had no hot water, and David was at my door early the next morning to begin troubleshooting the issue. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem by lunchtime - which was an extra blessing, as I caught a terrible cold on my trip and was so relieved to be able to take a nice hot shower that afternoon. Thanks, David! Youre my hero!!

Below are pictures of the sunrise at The View at TPC. This apartment does have terrific views, but it is also a great place to call home! I first met the Manager of the complex when we were first looking at the apartment. Daisy was so kind, and she always asked how the apartment could be improved. She genuinely cares about each and every resident.Gabby, the Assistant Manager, is also extremely attentive and handled all of my many questions about leasing, the best ways to clean my appliances, and when we found a house, she helped make our move seamless and easy. She also was always there and ready to stop whatever she was doing to help me.David, who works with the maintenance team, was so dependable, kind, and would fix/clean anything . He caulked, he replaced my air filter every month, and what amazed me most was when my dryer wasn’t working, he stuck half of his body out of my third-story window to vacuum the dryer vent! Lisa and Angel were also part of the maintenance team working tirelessly to keep everything looking and working well.Every single staff member at this complex was friendly, respectful, and professional, as were the leasing agents. They always offered me coffee from the coffee bar, treats, and big smiles.With the edgeless pool, walking trails (in and around the property), and the nicest staff, and neighbors, my husband and I couldn’t have picked a better place!

I recently been looking at new properties to move to I have a friend that lives there and suggested looking into it. I been to the property numerous times and think its beautifully maintained and well kept. I ran into to some staff believe there names were Jonathan, Hector & Bart they were super helpful and very nice. I had questions they seemed more than happy to answer for me. I definitely say this property is one that Im considering as one of my top choices. The leasing girls at the office were super friendly as well. Place seems to have everything anyone could want.

The property is really nice it seems to be kept really well all the staff seems great especially the few people I ran into I believe the people in the leasing office her name is Kara I believe. the was 2 maintenance people one was named Bart, he was polite and professional and was apt to answer any questions I had. i wish i knew more people like him, I dont not remember the other persons name I think it began with H. I just started living here but so far the staff and maintenance have done everything to make this move as smooth as possible for me. Kara was so sweet and amazing with all the questions and concerns I had. David and Burt are a part of the maintenance team so as soon as I met them they welcomed me. I put in some service requests on separate occasions and Burt assured me how he could fix it with no problem at all. Same thing with David he came in and in no time at all fixed issues I was having with the washer and shower. I can already see just how much all the staff cares about the residents here. This truly is the best experience I’ve ever had moving into a new place. Thank you, everyone for making this an enjoyable experience for me.

My sister is a resident at these apartments & everytime I visit the whole property is immaculate. Hector the porter does an amazing job maintaining cleanliness, and keeping up amenities. UHMAZING pool super fun amenities like bi-weekly food trucks, monthly events, nice gym, and super cute / chic gathering area with hammock, grills and space to run around. I am a new resident at TPC and I could not be more happy with the service that I have received. There were some small things that I’ve had to submit work orders for. Once the orders were submitted I received service the next day. Both times David has been my maintenance technician and has gotten the job done. He is very nice, thorough, quick and respectful. I truly appreciate him and his hard work.

Maintenance : I had multiple and minor service requests, like light bulbs that were out, but what got really nerve wrecking was returning from a long weekend that the bottom half of my refrigerator froze all my food. I submitted my request and Davi, David, helped me fix not 1 but 4 different things. He is super knowledgeable with our complex appliances and was quick to fix everything same day, and answered all my questions. He even followed up with me when I saw him in passing to make sure everything was okay.Complex: After living here for about 8 months I am Happy to say that I’m glad I chose this complex. I hope to stay here for as long as I can, the complex is quiet and I feel safe with my daughter in the surrounding neighborhood. Management does a great job at enforcing the rules and they bring a lot to the community, like food trucks, yoga, and resident events at least once a month. Which is more than any other complex I’ve lived at. Thank youuu all are taking care of our place.

Hello, everyone!Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m a resident here currently on my 2nd year lease because of great service we have here at The View at TPC. My boyfriend put a work order in for 3 issues the night before and the very next day, David Diaz- maintenance man came to help fix all the issues! It was literally less than 5 minutes! David was very respectful, very polite, and knowledgeable in what needed to be done. I truly appreciate the urgency that David showed and addressed all my concerns. I had the opportunity to move to San Antonio over 3 months ago and was able to find an apartment through the View at TPC. So far I havent had any issues and the staff always seems consistent and present all over the property. Maintenance is available 7 days a week even down to helping with the birds who love my porch 🤣 I seem to always run into Bart Rosher and the porter Hector Bedoya who are willing to take the time to make sure everything is taken care of when someone needs help around the property even if its just a resident who they happen to run into on their way around the property to the next project. Thanks guys!

I had a situation with my dryer, I submitted a work order, but I didnt hear anything from the staff or maintenance the next day. I stopped by the office and spoke with Kara. She advised me there was water break and maintenance was working on the leak as it was deemed an emergency, which was understandible.Kara texted maintenace while I was in the office with her and assured me I would hear from her or maintenance would come look at the dryer the same day. David and Hector showed up about an hour later, diagnoised the dryer, cleaned a blockage in the vent and brought me a replacement dryer that works great.Everyone memeber of the staff Ive interacted with has been professional, attentative and polite. Unfortunately, this amazing staff has to deal with the selfish inconsiderate tenants who constantly flout the rules. They leave their trashcans out all day, or leave trash bags on the pavement next to the trashcans, even after the staff has politely advised all tenants MULTIPLE times not to do both!!

I just finished my lease at The View and it was such a bittersweet feeling leaving the place I called home for 13 months. The staff always work so hard to make this place feel like a little slice of heaven. Any maintenance issue that I had was always dealt with immediately and taken care of right away (thank you David!). You can tell that everyone here is working together as a team/family to make sure they keep their tenants happy and satisfied. The pool was always kept clean and every morning the landscapers were working hard to keep everything nice and prestine. I regularly used the gym and it was always organized and clean. You also can’t beat the amazing location, close by many restaurants, shops, and groceries stores. I always felt safe living here as a single mom. I really can’t say enough about my experience at The View and if it wasn’t for me moving in with my fiance, I would have EASILY signed another 13 month lease. We will miss all the amazing staff, Daisy, Gabby, Hector, David, Lisa! Keep being awesome.

I recently moved into Cortland View at the end of October 2021 and I could not have picked a better spot; I have nothing but good things to say about this beautiful community! The views are amazing, the location is great (so many stores and restaurants in the area), and the staff is like no other! I’ve lived in apartments in the past that did not care and took their time to fix or get back to me about whatever was broken/needed, but the staff here is quick to respond and help when needed! Lesley in particular is the best leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She reached out to me about an issue, that I was fine with living with (like I’ve had to before), that I had brought up in casual conversation! The genuine care she had to make sure we were living comfortably when it was obviously on me to submit a maintenance request or reach out directly was something I hadn’t experienced before. Be sure to ask for her when you visit and join the community! I promise NO ONE will be disappointed with the views, units, nor the staff. I mean who can beat this?

The staff is super nice, the gym and pool are very clean and this place is amazing for storm watching. The location of these apartments are gorgeous and surrounded by trees. We would definitely consider moving here.

I have to say that maintenance has been completing their work orders pretty quickly. My AC was not cooling and David worked on resolving the issue pretty quickly. The view has an excellent location. The apartments are very modern with modern facilities including a jacuzzi. My one bedroom apartment has a big balcony with excellent view of the surroundings. The swimming pool is fantastic and there is a nice green area. I was able to apply and move in on the second day. The staff are very friendly and ready always to help.Gabie, Leslie and Kara are always greeting me with a smile, listen carefully to me and help immediately. They are always offering coffee and water and on Valentines day they had champagne and chocolate for the tenants. When I moved in the apartment it was very clean and sanitized. The maintenance staff came with me in the and explained how everything works. Minor repairs were needed and David the maintenance person helped right away.It is a real pleasure to live here and the staff provide exceptional care. I must say my stay at the property was nothing but a wonderful experience. Any issues I had at my place , the few I did was quickly resolved from management to maintenance. Unfortunately I had to move only because I was finally able to buy a home. But I definitely was torn between leaving and my new home. Daisy Salazar was an awesome property manager always was so pleasant in the office and on the phone. A manager with her qualities and attentiveness made my living there a very worry free and enjoyable stay. Again I almost reconsidered my move. I’m not even sure where to begin! My husband and I needed to move-in quickly and Gaby basically moved Heaven and earth to get us into an apartment within a few days! She was so helpful, caring and professional. We rented an apartment in the past at a different complex in town and had a horrible experience, so I was dreading moving back to an apartment. But my experience with Cortland has been nothing short of an easy and amazing experience! The unit is absolutely beautiful, the maintenance team is wonderful, and Gaby is a gem! We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Cortland and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a beautiful place to call home!

I have lived here for a few years and I am extremely happy. The staff is warm and caring from Daisy the manager to the service guys. They are the best. Everything is fixed quickly. The landscape is always trimmed and clean. Theres food truck days and the staff is always coming up with great social events. The pool is always gorgeous and the gym is perfectly clean and sanitized.

Great community and apartments.I ran into a few problems living here.The first problem was my apartments condition was a dirty upon move in. It was not up to the standards of the cleaning list given on move out. I suspect this was an anomaly though and not common. I suggest asking for the cleaning list and making sure your apartment is up to the cleaning lists standard.The water pressure was low for a few months but eventually this was resolved. Water pressure should be great now.The light when turning left into TPC Parkway can get stuck sometimes. This is not in Cortlands control though.Still a great experience. Be aware that it will take time to get onto 281 from here.

Overall, after a month and a half living here, Id give a big thumbs up. The apartments are large, have great finishes (who doesnt love a convection oven!) and maintained well. The buildings, including elevators and parking are kept remarkably clean, the grounds are beautiful, and maintenance is top notch. Biggest pros: huge floorpans, spacious patios, pretty views, EXCELLENT value money wise. Biggest cons: not very sound proof. Security seems pretty good, even with the gates always open due to the system being replaced. At night, you regularly see the Cortland Car driving around with its little orange light on which is nice. Daisy Salazar, the Community Manager, is extremely experienced, apparently knows everyone in the Texas property management and real estate profession and has a tight knit team who is ride or die for her, so that translates to an extremely well run and pleasant community for her residents. The management team has been wonderful and responsive to any concerns weve had, and again, I credit Daisys leadership for that. Also, the communication through texts and email about events/notices/alerts is excellent, and their social media game is on point, so residents are kept well informed and always know what is going on in the community.

I love it here so much! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Been here for years and the new Cortland company has really made me happier than the other previous companies. Everyone is professional and friendly. Not to mention the revamp improvements to the property (apartments and amenity areas) look even better than before. Maintenance is always ready to go to help with anything promptly. Shoutout to David! He really helped me take care of a few things. Saw he won employee of the month which that shows. So ya, here I prefer to rent for years, far overriding the option of buying somewhere else. My best friend knows if I were to buy a house that would be at the same level of my taste, it would have to be $750k+ easy, and nah I don’t need to do that right now. I’m here.

Overall, was definitely our best apartment experience yet. Enough to make us rent with the same management company in DFW. But you’d somewhat expect that with the price. Move in was a bit rocky as we were told multiple times a washer/dryer was included in the rent cost but then they tried to add it into our bill at move in. Can’t stand sneaky stuff like that but they did end up covering the fee. Loveee the maintenance crew. They fix things correctly. When we had a leak in the bathroom, they repaired and took out half the sheet rock and put new in so I never had to stress about mold especially with a newborn. They cleaned out dryer vents(never had a complex do that). We had an oversized patio and faced out to TPC. It was beautiful and the best part. Property is nice but wish others picked up after their pets better. All cortland properties are smoke free but that doesn’t mean people don’t. So be aware of that. There had been fire alarm issues in building two after the recent freeze for about 2 weeks which really sucked especially with a baby. But they did get it fixed and we didn’t have further issues. Move out wasn’t bad either. No surprise charges on the final bill. We really did enjoy living here and would’ve stayed had we not moved to a new city.

So I’ve been living here since January 2020 and when I came here I was greeted by this maintenance worker named Robert he’s one of the best workers I met! Every time I see him he always says hi or goodmorning and sometimes we chat for a bit he’s a good man.Every time I see him I always see him working outside and he makes the breezeways and hallways in my building really clean and look in good shape oh and especially the elevators too. He always keep the pool area really clean and in order, like the pool is and feels clean;every time I would go swim. the grills are clean every time I try to use them. He is really respectful and kind to me every time I see him he always be working hard and help keeping the apts in shape. The whole complex is nice even to go for a walk and see the views it’s always calm and quiet most of the time I go out. The workers at the main office are really good people too they always help me out with good service when I come In and ask questions etc. it’s a really good place to live at really, I recommend it it’s really nice here 🙌🏽

By far the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff has been so welcoming since the day I arrived. The office (Ivy, Marian, Alexis, and Daisy) have all been amazing help since I first moved in 3 years ago. From packages being delivered, work orders placed, and even weekly events such as food truck days... I always receive a text, keeping me updated and in the loop.During the snowstorm in February, my apartment along with so many others fell to the accidental fire. Its been a long journey coming back from that, but I have to say... I could not have done it without the help and support of so many people, especially the office. From clothes, food, blankets, kitchenware, and any other basic necessities, Cortland had my back and went out of their way to help. They communicate with me regularly, keep me updated, and generally just check in and offer their support.I could not ask for a better team in the office. I had been apartment hunting in the San Antonio Area and the staff at Cortland View TPC have been by far the most TRANSPARENT, nicest and super knowledgeable leasing agents ever. Let me tell you one thing, most of these other apartment complexes that you call and ask to give you information/pricing over the phone will not give you any information via telephone or email thats already a mega red flag, im telling you from personal experience go elsewhere. On the other hand before I went in to view the apartments and amenities that Cortland View at TPC had to offer they provided me with the exact same information they had given me over the phone. These people have their best interest in you, I promise. After almost getting scammed from my money and almost manipulated from other apartment complexes to sign with them because its the best rate in town it really came down to this apartment complex being the ABSOLUTE BEST at everything! Not only is the entire complex breathtaking but for the location, value, in house gym and plenty of other amazing amenities you wont ever want to leave the property. For the gym lovers the gym this place has for its residents is so big and has many machines to use that ive never seen elsewhere. If you go in ask for LUIS RAMIREZ. Any of the staff is helpful and polite but Luis is one of a kind. I appreciate all of his time and patience he had with me and I thank him for the wonderful service. Even if you just go and look they will treat you so well and will not pressure you into anything you arent comfortable with. If I could give over 10 stars I would!! I cannot wait to make Cortland View at TPC my new home.

I’ve been living at these apartments since December 2019 and ever since I moved in the maintenance workers are really welcoming and helpful they try their best to get the work orders in and done as fast as possible and also doing a good job with it as well they keep the apartments in very good shape especially the pool it looks amazing really and kept really clean as well every time they see me when I’m out and about they greet me and say hi which is really kind and I appreciate it a lot . The main office workers are really helpful and kind when I come in and ask them questions etc. their office is so relaxing to just chill there as well. And I also know that sometimes they do take a long time to fix things like work orders or other things but they get the job done, I don’t really complain about that stuff and I totally understand because it takes time to get their supplies or whatever shipped and it takes a minute to do that and it’s completely understandable plus I know that there’s other work orders or problems they need to fix that was there before me ( I also used to work as a maintenance worker for other companies so I get what they go through) I think that some people that live here (had a bad opinion about this place*) don’t really try to have a different perspective or put their feet into the workers shoes and try to understand how much hard work they put into this place.The people that live here are really quiet but they’re really friendly people once you get to know them. It’s a peaceful and quiet place to live and stay at. Even the hallways and stairs throughout the buildings are really clean, oh and the view of this place is amazing you can see everything from your own balcony and it’s a beautiful view to just chill outside and relax even at nighttime it’s amazing plus it gets so quiet I really love it. It’s a good place to live and I genuinely enjoy it here🙌🏽

My husband and I have lived in these apartments for over a year and I dont think we can put into words how amazing the cortland community is. Everything is so well kept and clean, maintenance is absolutely amazing and fast to answer any service requests. The leasing agents and property management are always professional and helpful in doing anything they can to ensure that everyone is happy within the community. We really cant rave enough about this community.

Just amazing!I want to personally thank the Community Manager Carolina for always assisting me in EVERY concern, situation and comments. I mean very prompt in service. I’ve been here 3 years now and I must say this is the best service from a Property Manager I’ve had. She was able to assist me every step of the way. Even the regional Dana was great with making sure I was assisted during Covid. Definitely an upgrade in management!Minor concern - the gate gives me the blues but sometimes you can’t prevent the guests nor tenants from hitting it and mover are always blocking certain areas but other that, everything is great. :)

I recently moved in and everyone is so kind and helpful. Ivy and Daisy were very prompt in answering any questions I had in regards to moving in and the process along the way! Maintenance is fairly quick in responding to any problems or issues that you’re having. I love that this complex enjoys helping out small businesses and creating fundraisers. Also, the view you get from your patio and driving around the area are very beautiful!

Hi! I would just like to thank this property for everything they have done for me and my son post fire that happened on 18 Feb 2021. Their amazing maintenance team really stepped up and saved the day. Joe has always been super courteous and dependable to me. He was able to get my baby water when the fire erupted so that I could feed my son during the storm. He was always prompt with fixing whatever I needed done in my apartment, especially when I was pregnant. I’ve never seen a better maintenance team. Me and my baby are incredibly thankful to this property, and is a nice place to live. Incredible view, nice amenities, and courteous staff. The fire was unfortunately a product of the storm that occurred, however, you will not find a more dependable and down to earth staff.

This property is truly breathtaking and Leslie sanchez isanchez is friendly personable and a great representative. Hopefully me and my family can live at this place for a very long time as the amenities are great, The floor plants are awesome and spacious, And the price point is way more affordable than any other luxury apartment Ive had the pleasure to view. Looking for a new place, I came across this amazing and beautiful complex. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mrs. Cruz and her staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Houston was happy to give me a tour of the property and provided me with information and answered any questions I had about the property. Living in my current complex where parking has been an issue, I was pleased to know there is plenty of parking for residents. I also liked how well kept and up to date the amenities were, especially the pool and gym. I can’t wait to move in come March!

Omg what else can I say the property is always beautiful and clean and the staff always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service! Daisy and her staff definitely outdid themselves during one of our most trying times not only the Texas storm but the fire that caused several of the residents to not only lose their home but all of their belongings!!! Daisy and her staff quickly got on the phones and called in for reinforcements asking for help those residents in need and leaving no stone unturned!! If youve ever been a renter, then you understand the importance and value of service call response and maintenance requests. I have lived here for six months now and have experienced first hand how the Cortland View maintenance system and team respond to problems in your apartment. My most recent experience was when recently my air conditioner died. Of course, I submitted a request for help and I was contacted promptly. As it turns out, my air conditioner needed a replacement part, which had to be ordered. Immediately, the maintenance team brought me a portable air cooling unit, which was more than adequate to cool my bedroom, so that I could sleep. The maintenance team called me often, to keep me updated on the status of the repairs and it wasnt long before the part came in and they installed it and I was back in business. As in the past with previous service calls, I was impressed with their response time, care and concern and professionalism. The team, led by Robert, know what they are doing and they do it well! The other team members, Joe and David and Ramon, are all PROs...in every sense!! Ive lived in several rental complexes before this one, but the Cortland View TPC Parkway maintenance team tops them all! Kudos to them!!Another bit of praise for a person who makes Cortland be the go to place to live: Brandon Schoelkoph. I have called on Brandon solve my T.V. issues/problems and he has always been stellar with his technical knowledge and skills. Not only that, he responds like theres not even one minute left to make my equipment work like new. Its obvious that he truly enjoys helping people who are technically challenged, like me. Hes invaluable and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true expert!

Excellent property. Staff super friendly, and knowledgeable! Luxurious living at an unbeatable price. Located in the Stone oak area away from roads which makes it really quite. They have a fantastic gym, an amazing lounge and a beautiful infinity pool! Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood but what sets this place apart is the staff. I went through some challenges with my personal life and Alexis reached out to me to provide some leads on resources that enabled me to get back on my feet. This made me feel valued as more than just a “resident”. While some places might have told me tough luck the staff here went above and beyond to help me keep my home during a time that like many during the pandemic faced a incredible amount of upheaval and changes. I’ve lived here going on 4 years and I absolutely love the amenities and the view. Maintenance is above and beyond the most efficient and quickest I’ve ever experienced in a apartment complex. 5 stars isn’t enough. Highly recommend this place !!!

I have been living at Cortland for a few years now and I can honestly say that it has been every bit worth it. It is a beautiful complex, with a modern feel and amazing views and awesome staff.I was recently part of the building 6 fire, and the winter storm that effected all residents. Through the experience, I was overwhelmed with the care and kindness of the apartment. The poor employees put in countless hours to ensure all residents were safe, and put into a good situation. I was receiving calls from them everyday making sure we were okay, donations, and all types of support. You can really judge a place based on tough situations like these and Cortland pushed through it and truly proved to me the quality of the service.Huge shoutout to Ivy, Maryen, Daisy, and Alexis. All of these awesome peeps have been nothing but helpful for as long as Ive lived here. Anytime I have any questions or need anything, they are right there and happy to help me out. Such great people who truly care about the individuals who live in the complex.

Giving this 5 stars because of Melissa in the front office. She has always been incredible to us. From the leasing stage to everyday inquiries, she is the one to go to to get things done. She is always ready to help in any way, and will follow through in what she says she will do.The property is beautiful and we love the amenities, however the new loudspeaker with an alarm message going off like a prison yard announcement at all hours of the night is not our favorite. There is a WHOLE lot I want to say about this place but Ill keep it short. I was one of the victims of the bldg. 6 apt. fire and the Manager Daisy and her staff were amazing with their overwhelming help and support through the whole incident. This is not to say that they all were already great with helping me with anything I needed before the incident! The place is very clean and I havent had any problems with maintenance or anything like that. In fact, maintenance usually handled any issue I did have within a day or two of me putting in the work order. The only thing I can say to be fair about is that gnats can be a little bit bothersome during the summer months, but just put in a work order and theyll have them taken care of. My experience has been pretty good here so far, besides the bldg. fire which those things happen sometimes and I was one of the unfortunate to get caught in it this time. But I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place in San Antonio.

I recently moved in and I desperately needed internet, which I rely on heavily for work. Thankfully, Brandon with AT&T was there to help! He did an amazing job helping me sign-up and getting everything taken care of as soon as possible. In fact, the equipment for my install arrived on a day that I had to work late, but it didnt matter. I texted Brandon and he responded right away. His customer service is excellent, and he certainly knows his stuff. If you move in to this apartment, you have to go with Brandon!

Let me start by saying I moved here at Pure View @ TPC a year ago from Ohio. I rented this place site unseen based on pictures. Turns out it was terrific luck. This place is amazing! Beautiful scenery, an awesome Infinity pool, the best fitness center I’ve seen in any apartment complex and the most capable, professional and courteous staff you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting. This is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The whole TPC team from the management down have been so friendly, courteous and professional. The biggest thing to me is how helpful they were when the fire left me and my family with nothing but what we had on our backs. They wasted no time getting the Red Cross involved. They made sure that every resident in the building had a place to go to and worked long hours getting donations that helped us tremendously. Two months later they are still calling me to make sure that me and my family are good and have everything we need. This TPC team is awesome and I will be forever grateful for everything they have done for me and my family. I am happy with my decision to move here and I am looking forward to another great year here!!!!
