    I absolutely love living at The View! The community is well-maintained with great amenities. The staff are amazing! Nijah and Laura made my application and move-in process seamless and enjoyable and they continue to offer impeccable service on the daily, they really are incredible! I feel safe living here, which is a huge plus. The complex is quiet, neighbors are respectful, apartments themselves are beautiful with quality features and cozy atmosphere.

    It’s no secret that I’m Regional for another national multifamily management firm and because of that, I see things that most people traditionally don’t.With the over saturation of new developments in Austin, there’s an awful lot to choose from. I wanted peace and quiet with but still convenient. But the biggest thing I wanted was a safe area. I’m originally from Chicago and I fully understand how one block is great and the next is sketchy, so needless to say safety was a big thing for me. I don’t have to worry about that here. Dripping Springs is a wonderful area.In the end, all the luxury complexes have the exact same amenities. The one differentiator is the staff.Laura went the extra mile in showing me all the units that I was interested in and was very thoughtful in her approach. I found exactly what I was looking for and she made the process easy and clear cut. (As my time, like most people’s is incredibly limited.)When it came time for moving day, the entire staff was incredibly patient and answered every question and even offered to walk me to my new unit and welcome me properly.Overall, I’m very happy as their newest resident.

    Really enjoyed living here! The apartments are really high quality for a reasonable price. Great living environment for dogs too. Amazing amenities! I loved their pool and gym.The staff was unbelievably nice. They were always very accommodating with any issue I had and made living here very comfortable. Their manager Nijah always puts together great community events with catered food and entertainment. I will definitely miss those.

    We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience living at the View. We are well into our second year. It’s so incredibly convenient having a first class pool and fitness facility and the Sky Lounge is epic! Being able to go on the portal to have an air filter replaced or light bulbs replaced makes our lives so much easier. Many thanks to the View management!

    My experience here has been one of the best. I just came from another unfortunate experience at my last complex and had to break my lease. Then found The View Belterra which has been a game changer as their communication is transparent, helpful and consistent. The whole team have an impeccable customer service making your experience and home feel at ease. Their amenities are amazing and neighborhood is fantastic. I definitely recommend anyone to live here!     I recently moved back to Austin for work and have been exploring options for a new place to call home. The View at Belterra caught my attention, and I couldn’t be more excited about the possibilities—it feels like the perfect fit for this next chapter. The location in the Driftwood area is fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to great restaurants and even a nearby H-E-B. The leasing process is seamless, thanks to the amazing and kind front office staff, especially Nijah, who went above and beyond to find a layout and move-in date that worked perfectly for me. If you’re looking for upscale, luxury-style apartments with a supportive team, I highly recommend The View.

    We recently catered an event for The View at Belterra and worked alongside Laura, the Assistant Manager. We cant express how easy they were to work with as their staff were quick to respond, detail-oriented, and organized.Most importantly, their facilities were beautiful, clean, and new! The residents all seemed excited to be there, and it goes the extra mile that they desired to treat their residents and plan a special event for them!

    My wife and I are currently residing in The View at Belterra. After staying almost a year, the apartment itself exceeded all expectations and it is one of the best places we have lived. It is indeed one of the best communities to live-in and I couldnt be more impressed especially with the Sky Lounge. It is impeccably clean, with modern amenities and the different events organized by the management makes this community stand out. The layout is spacious and well-designed, providing both comfort and functionality.What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by Nijah, David and team. From the moment I inquired about leasing, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, guiding me through the process with professionalism and courtesy. Any maintenance requests were addressed promptly, with a level of attentiveness that truly reflects their commitment to our satisfaction.Nijah is very friendly, helpful and incredible with great communication for the events and things happening in the community. There are always some or the other events happening every month organized by Nijah and the team gives a special credit to them. Additionally, the amenities (gym, swimming pool,grill,indoor games) provided by the management are exceptional and very well maintained. Sky lounge is one of our favourites place in the apartment complex to get the best view where me and my wife spend some good time in the evening for the beautiful sunset.Proximity to the HEB,UPS,Dunkin donuts and some restaurants are close by and can be reached in less than 5 mins which makes our life more convenient and comfortable.Overall, it is a great community to live in and definitely we recommend this apartment complex. If youre looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to call home, look no further. Five stars all around!

    The property (in my opinion) is so attractive. The property is clean. The common areas are well-manicured. It could not be better located (for me) as the surrounding community is growing. I have consistently experienced the best support services with The View at Belterra apartments. The staff is very professional, friendly, and always helpful. The maintenance staff is accommodating. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request or sought an answer to a question, I have received a prompt response. Whether changing light bulbs, replacing a screw or showing me how to set up my AC, maintenance, and staff quickly and thoroughly ensured I had an optimal living environment. This is the end of year 3, and I couldnt be happier! I intend to continue renting. I strongly recommend their properties.

    I had high expectations when i moved in, and from the day I signed my lease Nijah and her team have surpassed them.In particular, Ubaldo who is a maintenance person is phenomenal and he deserves recognition for his positive attitude and for the great job he does.I also wanted to say that each time an issue came up, Nijah was on top of it and made sure that it was fixed immediately.I look forward to calling The View home for a long time to come.

    As a former resident, this was the first real home of my own! Everything from the amenities, the location, and to the staff is absolutely awesome! The staff at The View have always been very kind, patient, and incredibly helpful! One of the Managers, Nijah, is always involved with the community of residents here, especially when it comes to not just setting up special events for the community, but taking part in them as well! I am very happy to have been a resident here, and if given the opportunity - would come back in a heartbeat!

    I was invited to a Brunch and Mimosa Bar event held by the leasing office of this apartment. The food and beverages offered were amazing (I still dream about the croissants from that event). The engagement of the residence was also great. Many of them stopped by and I ended up meeting some great people. I could see a good community living in this complex. They also have a great team working in the leasing office. The place has an amazing pool and great sized gym. I especially adored that the complex has a top floor lounge for tenants to enjoy (great place to view fireworks when appropriate). I would highly recommend this place. If I find my next career opportunity to be in Austin, I will definitely consider this place for my next home.

    Great place to live . Only complaint I have is a crazy man who like to impede the flow of traffic to pull into his garage only to do it on purpose and he will scream and cuss if you go around him would say the complex could set some ground rules about parking lot etiquette

    We lived at the View for over 2 years and loved it there. The amenities are amazing made it feel like a luxury apartment complex. The leasing team when we first moved in were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. When management changed, we were lucky to have Nijah, David, and Paloma take over the role because the consistency of amazing management stayed between the crossover.

    We have loved living at the View all of the employees are wonderful but our favorite is Ubaldo the maintenance man. He works so hard and keeps the club area spotless at all times.     After living here for a year now, can truly say this is the best place we have lived. Nijah, Laura and the team are all amazing and you can tell they all actually care which is rare! The apartments themselves are beautiful, the amenities are nice and well taken care of, maintenance is always on top of stuff as soon as I ask, really everything you could ask for out of an apartment complex!There are minor issues like every place, but these are all normal apartment complex issues that just come with living in a complex and not a single family home. You cant expect absolute silence and perfect neighbors when you are living this close to others. Compared to other places I have lived these normal apartment situations are pretty minimal here.Overall this has been a great place to live, and we will happily be staying here as long as possible!!Shoutout to Ubaldo, Daniel, and Alan as well for always having a smile on their face and working hard to keep this place running behind the scenes!     Nijah and her team are the best! We were deciding between here and a place closer to town but the level of customer service here really sold us on these apartments. They went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect apartment, and even tried to help us find some information about the school my kid would be going to here because I was having a hard time finding it and that isnt even really their job thats just how thoughtful they are! Our apartment is beautiful, the view from our balcony is amazing, and they do a good job keeping all the communal areas clean! Love living here so far!!

    Ive been living at The View for the past 7 months! Brittney took me through the leasing process and it was super smooth. Both her and David in the office are beyond outstanding! I cant say enough great things about those two! The grounds are always well kept, the amenities are amazing, and they really go out of their way to provide luxurious details such as bottled water in the gym, and a fabulous gourmet coffee machine in the clubhouse. I like that the community itself is quiet and respectful. The units are fabulous with large picturesque windows and beautiful finishes throughout. The entire complex is gorgeous. I would say the only con for me is the lack of closet space, but they do have garages for an extra cost. An all around great experience!

When I was looking for a new place, I reached out to Lori and was so pleased to take a tour and see Grant, Aimee, and Jeremy again. I cant say enough good things about how incredible this team is to work with, especially for your home these days when you cant really leave your home safely. They even remembered my cat, and asked how hes been. I am SO excited to be a part of the community at The View at Belterra and I know I will be well-cared for by the team!

    I enjoyed the tour we had and it was building 1 and 2 the cleanest of the pool and the court and the hall ways very impressed , will definitely tell family members , will decide for me around January that’s when my lease ends . Thank you have a Blessed Day .
