The majority of the time this is a safe and quiet community. Some residents leave trash in the parking lots and scattered around the dumpsters, and others play loud music and smoke weed excessively, but for the most part, those who live here are considerate of each other. The maintenance and grounds teams work hard to make repairs quickly and keep the property clean. The office staff is friendly and easy to reach on the phone. This is an older apartment complex that wasnt always managed very well, but the company who owns the property now is doing a great job making improvements, such as repaving the parking lots and reroofing all the buildings in the past year. The location is a big plus with easy access to Greenville Avenue, and I-75 less than a mile away.

This by far has been the easiest move I’ve had, Ms. Pam was the most helpful and honest and compassionate person I’ve met at this profession. She started working with me in July diligently to submit my application, walked me through the application process when I had issues and directed me through everything. I mostly appreciate the time she took to call me back after I had called to check on my progress, I have been going to 4 different places at that time and she was the only person that showed me confidence in her property, and that she gets her job done right the first time. Its not always about the looks and amenities but being comfortable and spoken to in a way that makes you feel you’re making the right choice. I’ve lived at luxury properties with luxury prices and had been treated like trash and lived around filthy residents. This property is clean the groundskeeper is even on point, the kids in the area are very respectful and it’s very quiet. I haven’t gotten any maintenance completed yet although I did submit a request I expect I can contact the office and will be able to get the help I need. All in all I feel SAFE and protected.

I like living here for the most part. I love the location. I would like to see better communication between the office and residents. I understand they cant always do this. When I call and tell you what my problem is in my unit, I would like to heard. A good example is when the office heard me about the furnace, it took a couple of calls but once I got to the right person she did hear me. Other times I have to call them a couple of times to get on the maintenance list.

I have been here 20 plus years and it’s a nice community to live in. The apartment complex is quite everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The manger Keri and nice she there when you need her. Come check it out for yourself.

This was my first big move in, and my first apartment, so I was super anxious. Everyone in the leasing office is super sweet and professional. Ms. Pamela was my leasing agent and she helped me every step of the way. Some of my questions that I asked were probably a little silly lol but I was trying to make sure I was good to go! Any problems that I ran into (nothing to do with the property, it was on my end), they worked with me and I was able to get moved in on my anticipated move in date. No rescheduling on anything. It was smooth and easy. It’s so quiet and peaceful, which made the overall move so much better! I would definitely recommend these apartments to move into, especially if you are a first timer like me, or you’re looking for a place to call home :).

I lived here for couple of months and this apartment is so much better than valenceo @mildtown. They try to fix things in a timely manner, but they do get this done and fast. Their is roaches and there was bees but they fixed the bee problem. There trying to get rid of the roaches. They did fix the sink. I dont have worry about them complaining or not doing their job. They do a great job and thanks to Pamela for helping us get this apartment. Thanks to the maintenance, everybody here does a great job and I love this places. Thanks to everybody that made this complex a great place.

Very nice place to live. Office staff is very good and works with you with any issue and prompt. Just renewed lease. Very clean inside and out. Keep property very well kept and great location. Pamela is a very cool and proffesional. From first day i met her and still a great person to deal with. The whole Staff is very accommodating. That is why i have renewed my lease. Great location too. I have to post about the quality of the leasing agent Pamela gives. She is beyond incredible at making sure youre knowledgeable and comfortable when touring, applying and moving. The way she is teaching the interns is fantastic. The management and Pamela have been nothing but stellar since moving in. For the location size and amenities this cant be beat. Especially in todays market! If you need a good place to stay and wanna know the in and outs of your complex dont go anywhere else but here. Pamela gives you exactly what is needed when moving. The positive note and professional service she delivers in unmatched. If I could give a 10/10 I would. Highly recommend moving here when you want a good place to stay.

Moved into this apartment over a month now and its been great so far. Soraya is very effective at her work and she did carefully put me through all I needed to do throughout the application and move-in process. ... being the first time I would be renting an apartment all by myself! There has also been prompt response to any complaints Ive had. More so, this environment is clean, calm, and close to major malls, stores, train station and highways. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!Having lived here for 13 months now, I see the need to review my rating. Interestingly, Ive renewed my rent and I still retain my 5 star for this apartment. The staff are courteous and respectful, maintenance is prompt and done well to ensure satisfaction, environment is often very neat ( even though people tend to leave their dirt around the dumpster rather than throwing it in), those responsible for cleaning up the surrounding have often been up to the task. The environment is reasonably safe and quiet. Honestly, Ive enjoyed my stay all the way and I still do!

We lived at Venue for about year when we had to leave our one bedroom due to our toddler having grown out of our apartment, per Texas law. Repairs were always punctual. Our apartment was in good condition without any issues. The amenities were nice as well, with the gym and pool. Parking was hectic, but it is not the worst. The property is right on a bus line and 3/4 of a mile from Dart rail. It is fairly walkable with the Sopac Trail nearby, and easy access to shopping centers. It is pretty quiet, too. The complex does spray for pests upon request, which unfortunately the apartments can get buggy. Cleanliness and prevention is a must, but not all the neighbors care, which contributes to the issue. We had a good experience here.

So far, so great. Today is my second day in these apartments and all of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Soroya actually surprised my boyfriend and I by going up and out of her way to make sure our apartment was perfect down to every little detail before we moved in. Seems they used to have a cockroach problem, I havent seen any yet, and I think the new Lincoln management is really trying to get these apartments fixed up nice. Will update by the end of my lease

Carrie was by far the best , i loved the people in the office and how helpful they were the maintenance guys actually helped me and my husband when our car wouldnt start i really thought that was so nice of them they did not have to do that. Carrie was really good always helpful and was quick to respond to us. Always found parking i never had any problems with cars or anything. I really loved it here and enjoyed my time being here. Carrie does a really good job and we are so thankful for always helping us.

I had a great experience with The Venue at Greenville. Cindy and Adrian in the office are great and made my move in very easy. My disposal stopped working and they had maintenance fix it right away. I love my new place and I dont have any issues with bugs. Just like any place you move into, one has to take precautions for bugs, wash dishes and take out trash daily. The location is convenient and near everything.

Plus the apartment was Super Affordable I would recommend anyone to live here!!! There was nothing to complain about thought my whole year and a half stay here.

I have stayed here for about a year now & I never had an issue with pest like most apartments, ( I do have the upgraded model) the office management is super nice and understanding during COVID, I have never been bothered with random lease violations even though I had something on my balcony that should have been taken down, it’s usually always quiet especially at night, I have no complaints other than ( Do Not Move To The 3rd Floor) Lol it is extremely hot during the summer months. My neighbors are pretty nice and everyone speaks to each other in passing. The only issue I have had recently is that my car was broke into about two months ago and then my cousin’s car was parked here at my house while he was visiting and his car was broke into in the daytime. There has also been other people who stay in the apartments whose cars have also got broke into. They should have security patrolling more during the day and night time because no one should have to come out of there home to find their doors and trunk wide open and there belongings missing. I have lived here peacefully until that happened and I have decided to move, hopefully they will get this issue under control and maybe install more cameras around the complex so that people can feel safe.

The office staff is very welcoming! Adrian is always cheerful and ready to help with an questions you may have. Cindy is also very helpful! The maintenance staff is timely as well. Very quiet community with a pool thats open year round.

At first I had problems with communication but now everything is great. So happy we chose to live here. The office is always friendly and nice. Sometimes there is a lot of trash in the parking lot but they have people cleaning it up often. Very good at getting things fixed quickly also
