    I moved to these apartments in 2021 and lived here for 2 years. Stacy has been the Property Manager during the time I have been living here. The only issue I had was dealing with extremely noisy neighbors. Otherwise, my experience has been great. I have enjoyed living in my apartment and in this community. It takes a lot to manage a large property and the day-to-day activities. Stacy and her team were always professional in their conversations and in addressing any concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to live in!

    I got approve for a upstairs apartment come to find out that the renters decided to renew the lease. So I was offer a downstairs unit with the same move in date and same rent fee. Im so in love with my new apartment I have been here going on two months. love that it have a attach garage. love my view where I can see the cars passing by very quiet as well I have not had a chance to check out the pool because its always close but the pool area is very nice cant wait to check it out. The one thing I have so say is maintenance seems to be a little slow when it come to a request.

    This place is definitely improving. The buildings are being painted, and the parks are being fixed up. Lighting upgrades would be great. 🤞 that it is coming in the near future!

    I haven’t even moved in yet, but just had to go ahead and give FIVE STARS for this leasing experience with Ms. Bailey!!!  Bailey is ABSOULETY AMAZING!!!  She has been so kind and patient as I debated between two different style floorplans.  I have NEVER experienced a smoother leasing process!  Bailey is on top of her game, especially when it comes to communication! She will ensure you have everything needed to complete the application and leasing process!  Bailey is also super attentive which is one of the main reasons I chose this property…I’m excited to move into a community with such a caring and attentive office staff!

    Very nice property. Maintenance comes in a timely matter regardless of being short staff. The front office is very pleasant. The property manager Stacy is the best property manager that this property ever had. The assistant manager Tyra has help me on multiple occasions with my balance. The two leasing agents are hands down the best! Very helpful! Nothing but smiling faces though out the property.

    Ive been here 6 months and I enjoy it. Its right in between my job and the city. From the beginning the staff was helpful. I was up against a deadline and needed to get in the apartment as soon as possible. The staff did everything they could to make it possible. I havent met my neighbors and you know what? Thats how I like it. They have cool events for the residents that are opportunities to meet neighbors which Ive attended. When something breaks, theyll get someone over to fix it. I have zero complaints. Thank you.

    I just did my final walk-through of my apartment and the manager asked me to leave a review of what I thought during my time here.Ive enjoyed living here (2 years) and am sad to leave but Im onto the next step of my life. My neighbors were all really nice and helpful. The apartment I lived in was clean and I dont remember ever having to call maintenance to come for anything. I paid my rent online which was nice.Finally, the walk-through went well, and was what I had expected it to be. Thanks again!

    I have lived here for almost a year now and I have to say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it here. The staff is second to none. Every time I walk in the office, they are smiling and are quick to greet me. The new manager is the Best. She came out her office to personally talk to me and take care of my issues. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and quick to fix any request.I would definitely recommend this property if youre looking for a place to call home. An awesome community with an awesome staff. Happy to call The Retreat@Steeplechase my home.

    My resident experience has been great. Very safe, quiet neighborhood. I was pleased to meet the leasing management people recently and they were very helpful in renewing my lease. Also my garage door malfunctioned and the maintenance people came and fixed it immediately. Thank you.

    Ive lived at this community for 3 years and love it here! The people inside the office are really cool and helpful. I moved here from Colorado Springs, CO, and while I miss the beauty of Colorado, I am more happy with my living situation here! The apartment I live in is really nice and I havent had any issues with maintenance like I had in the old place. The pools are clean and the weather out here allows me to enjoy them all summer long. Im getting married soon and will be moving to a house with my soon to be wife. Ill miss my apartment, the people at the office, and Ill miss having a pool for sure. Great place to live! I suggest checking it out!The people in the office know I love it here and asked me to leave a review so here it is. :) - Thank you for everything!

    Ive lived here since February and I love the property. An amazing office staff and maintenance. The amenities are great as well. I love the beautiful resort style pool area with the cabana and gazebo aesthics, two 24hr fit studios, the dog park, hardwood floors, upgraded appliances,washer and dryers, attached carports or garages. The prices and value of all of this is crazy good!! $$$

    So far, so good. I havent rented an apartment in over 20 years so I was confused and lost about how things worked. The office staff is great. Thomas worked with me during the Thanksgiving Holiday craziness. I had a lot of questions, concerns and was kind of scared if I wanted to make this commitment. I just started a new job in Houston and this would be my second home. Thomas was patient with me. Cheryl was as well. The staff is great. I had some needs when I first moved in that were attended to right away with no hesitation. Im still nervous about moving into an apartment, however, they have made me feel comfortable and are very patient and attentive and quick to respond to my many questions.

    I have been here 2 years and renewed my lease twice now. I love my apartment and this community feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. There are always free community activities. Maintenance is on top of any of my needs. I especially want to give a shot out to William Cassanova, in maintenance, he is always friendly and knows what he is doing!

    What can I say. I just moved in last week and I just wanted to take a moment and thank all the office staff for being such a huge help throughout this whole process. I was able to get my application submitted and approved quickly then they let me have my pick of the apartments they had open for my move in date. I got a nice one really close to the pool which Im looking forward to checking out after it opens. Ive used the gym twice already and Id say its pretty functional and I love that I have one right in my building just down some stairs!Thanks again office peeps! :)

    I have lived at the retreat for a year and a half now and I absolutely love it here...the staff is very helpful and nice...the grounds are kept clean...during hurricane harvey, there were generators setup throughout the property so when the power went out, it was restored within 10 minutes!!! Our property did not flood either!!! Having my own garage and extremely large kitchen makes me feel as though I am living in a house instead of an apartment...I give this place 5 stars ✨

    Recently moved in, so far experience has been great. Maintenence comes on time, staff is super friendly (Maria, Gwen, Cheryl, Amanda). I have had no problem finding parking at all. Rarely see other residents, everyone minds thier own and no one bothers you. Its super quite and the interior of the apartments are lovely. Everything is kept clean, such a very nice community. So glad I chose these apartments!

    I recently moved into the apartment complex and I am very satisfied. Not only was the move in process smooth and quick, my apartment was very clean. Stephanie even walked it sent me on the day of move in. The neighborhood for what I see so far is quiet & for the most part the landscape & outside is kept up.

    I have been here for 7+ years now and this is the best management we have had. Not only now are there events and activities throughout the day such as wine tastings, aqua arobics, yoga and zumba but now they have security that patrol the complex throughout the days and nights. Every place will have some faults but if you talk to management they are pretty reasonable. The apartments and townhouses are being upgraded (counters, appliances, floors) which is why this place is kind of pricey. But hey you get what you pay for.

    Stopped by the office today to look at the two bed two bath and immediately feel in love with the apartments. The staff was so sweet! Gwen and Maria were so sweet and helpful. I am really thinking about making these apartments my new home.

    I’ve lived at the retreat for over a year now. The office spoils us, especially the little cute black girl. She’s the sweetest, solves all of the problems I have. Maintenance always tries their best to fix all work orders I put in. Anything in their power they make it happen, Danilo & William especially, they my homies. I plan to stay here until I am ready to buy my house, which is no time soon bcs this apt complex gives me a homey feeling. Thank you Retreat at Steeplechase.

    My experience here, so far is great! It’s a very quiet and friendly complex…also the office personnel (Tyra Thomas) was extremely helpful with everything I needed and ask for, I recently transferred to another unit, and she was very helpful and patient, she made sure everything went well with my move, anything that needed to be fixed or worked on, she got it done ASAP!

    Im due to move here in June, but after reading these reviews I dont know if this is a good decision. I loved what I saw when I visited but after I turned in my money for my application they no longer answered for me . Finally after constantly calling and emailing 2 weeks later I was approved. After reading the reviews about pest, crime, and no cameras I dont know.

    I moved to Texas from Chicago and let me say first that Texas Natives are wayyyyy better than Chicago lol I move to this apartment complex and fell in love with my townhome. I have a garage and washer & dryer set. Nicole and Alonzo have been nothing but nice since I moved to this complex. Looking forward to living here for a few yrs.

    I am not sure who would give them a bad rating, I tell you one thing this is a family property Ms.Amanada and her team keeps everything well maintained and always have some kind of events going on to support either the community children. Ms.amanada arranges thinned such as Trivias food drives and most importantly becomes very understanding with personal situations. Ms.lori and Ms.sherell are amazing and although Ms.tracey the office manager has pursued another job she left the position to the right person. I feel if you are complaining about things that apartments are bound to have such as children enjoying outside activities or responses from someone who is always busy you should lease a house and deal with a realtor. I highly doubt these ladies ignore anyone even with the minor issues I have had personally if I could not reach out to someone as soon as possible I was notified that I will be contacted at a later time. I get it some people only acknowledge self and dont understand their living in a community and though you are supposed to be teeated orderly in a timely manner its not as though they neglect us. Take into consideration that yes this is their job but before you there was someone else who called in reference to something else or someone who is moving in you cant expect perfection and even then I would say they are just that in a personal sense of things.Its a very nice property there are always going to be children they dont cause much disturbance its more of a walk around playing basketball with friends or having some sort of outside activities. Were not talking about children who are not supervised and destroy things.Neighbors are friendlySummertime is the best timeThe staff keeps there word and assure accuracy before doing so.No complaints other than bratty residents who didnt get what they want and all of a sudden want to belittle the property and/or management.I have been somewhere were people were uneducated uninterested not helpful rude ignorant etc.This is by far the furthest property from that.Rent here rent here rent here.You will not be disappointed.-Tequila Mims

    Lived here for 7 months and we love it! Its quite, clean, spacious. We love the attached garage for every unit. Whatever your looking for your sure to find it in this area. We were hesitant because of the negative thing people were saying, but we came loved it and stayed.

    I was in a 1 bed room here for a year. I am now moving into one of their town houses. I dont like how things keep breaking down but I do love the staff. I feel like sometimes when I call with request that they sound like im bothering them to do their job. other than that its ok. I like the events etc. but these apartments get broken in alot....
