    I’ve had an amazing experience at this apartment complex! I moved in last month and everything has been top-notch. The amenities are fantastic, and the maintenance team is always quick and efficient whenever I need something. What truly makes this place stand out is the front desk team. They are always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything. They go above and beyond to make sure I feel at home. Aj has been amazing from from the 1st time we toured the property. We called with several questions before we even moved in and he was always so helpful and a joy to talk to. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it’s clear that management truly cares about the residents. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here! Highly recommend!

    I scheduled a tour for a two bedroom apartment at the Reserve Baybrook. Faith, the rental agent, was waiting for me when I arrived. She asked if I wanted coffee or a water before the tour. She showed me the amenities first.... very impressive..multiple workout areas, awesome pool and the simulation room was a game changer. The whole building was very clean and orderly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Her boss Heather even came out and introduced herself and asked how the tour went. All in all a very positive experience... so far the best property I have seen. Thank you Reserve!

    My experience was AMAZING to say the least! Ms. Tatiana was THE BEST tour guide! She even gave us a ride in her vehicle to view the additional apartment homes! We are super excited to join the community in the future, as well as the amazing opportunities that were offered to us by Ms. Tatiana! This is going to be an amazing experience for everyone in the community!

    The staff here is incredible. Tiyana assisted us with our move in and was so very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Even after we signed our lease and have moved in, the customer service level from Tiyana, and the rest of the staff has been exemplary. Doesnt matter what the issue is, or how small the problem. The office staff, maintenance and management will treat you with kindness and respect, and handle your problem fast and professionally. Yes, the parking can be dicey sometimes, but that is part of apartment living. There is never a moment when the entire complex is full. You may have to park a little ways from your door, but you will always be able to get inside the gate. If you doordash, you will probably have to meet your dasher at the front lobby, and if you have a pet they will need to learn to potty on mulch or gravel as the grass is extremely limited and a far walk for most of the complex, but these are smalls concessions to make for what I feel like is an upgraded living experience. A lot of these reviews mention bugs, noise, and dirty hallways... I have experienced none of these. I am very happy with my move and recommend the reserve for anyone who would like a different living experience.

    I absolutely love living at here. The staff here are incredible (Aj, Heather & Tiyana )– always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home.The amenities are second to none. Whether it’s the [gym, pool, clubhouse – everything is well-maintained and adds so much value to living here. It feels like a resort every day!Safety is also a top priority, and it shows. From the secure entry points to the well-lit common areas, I always feel comfortable, whether I’m home alone or out late.I’m so grateful to call this place home – it’s a wonderful community and an amazing place to live!

    An absolutely incredible office staff. Aj was able to answer all my questions and his hospitality was amazing making me feel right at home. Tiyana and Heather have such a keen eye on attention to detail and manage such a clean, safe, friendly complex where no issue is left unresolved and get answers and solutions immediately. Love the Reserve at Baybrook 10/10 felt right at home from the first visit.

    The Reserve at Baybrook is my new home and I wanted to share my move in experience. This property truly is a hidden gem, it’s so cozy and makes for a beautiful home. The amenities are top-notch and the location is so convenient and awesome! But the best part? The amazing staff let me start with the INCREDIBLE maintenance team! Each and every one of them are always moving and working hard to make this the premier spot in Friendswood to live!! Smiles on their faces every time you see them it def gives you a sense of comfort, we had help from Keneth who was so friendly and ready willing and able to help us with our needs Thank you Keneth 🤩. AJ in the office is always willing to lend a helping hand and is so kind and patient. And lets talk about Tiyana and Heather in management - they are the epitome of efficiency and made the move-in process a breeze, they were quick to respond and took the stress out of moving which we all know can be a lot. Cant say enough good things about this place. If youre looking for a new home, definitely check out The Reserve at Baybrook. Trust me, you wont regret it! 🏠💕

    I just recently toured this property and it is absolutely stunning. AJ assisted me and his hospitality was beyond amazing. He was very personable and knowledgeable, it definitely stood out among the other options around the area. I also appreciated AJ’s patience with all the questions I had.     We moved out from the Reserve two weeks ago and sad we left. New management came in and we jumped to conclusions and bounced before giving them a chance. Tiyana made the move out seamless and even did a walk through with me. Communication for the last month has been amazing! Their maintenance staff Reynaldo is also one of the best we’ve ever met! If you move here Tiyana, Reynaldo, and AJ are your people. We met AJ the day of our walk through and only sad we didn’t meet him sooner!

    Ive lived here since December 22, everything is brand new, wonderful neighbors. Shelly, Tiffany, and Patricia are a wonderful and helpful management team. The maintenance engineer, Ray is great. Always fast and willing to help.

    Staff was extremely helpful with the entire process start to finish. From the application to the walk through tour of each unit I was able to get every question answer specifically & thoroughly.     I am thoroughly impressed with my living experience at this apartment complex. The aesthetics are pleasing, and the amenities offered are top-tier, covering all possible needs.However, what truly makes this place stand out is the management and maintenance staff. They are incredibly prompt and responsive, always addressing any issues quickly and efficiently. One noteworthy incident was their effective resolution of a persistent guest parking issue we were facing, which has made our life here much more convenient.This truly is a well-managed complex that cares about its residents. Id give it more than five stars if I could! Id recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a new home.

    We have been staying here for a little more than 5 months and we just recently transferred to a 2 bed room we love it here. The residents are very friendly and the management is awesome. Shelly took care of us and she is such a nice person. The golf simulator is super cool.

    Update: I am thrilled with the recent changes made by the apartment complex management. They responded swiftly to residents concerns about the lack of guest parking. Now, with the new rules for guest parking, the living experience here has vastly improved. The managements dedication to resident satisfaction is commendable, and I highly recommend this property to others.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This property, despite boasting impressive amenities and a great location, has a significant drawback - it lacks guest parking. Even with such a large community, there are only three spots allocated for guest cars, which are consistently occupied. This situation is highly inconvenient for residents and their guests.The managements response to this issue is unsatisfactory. They have instructed residents to park guest cars off the property, either on the south and west sides of the building where security is questionable, or in a mall parking lot where guests have to walk a considerable distance, regardless of weather conditions or the time of day/night. This arrangement can be particularly burdensome for guests with children or a lot of belongings to carry. Also, residents are unsure of the potential risks and consequences of leaving their cars at the mall overnight. This uncertainty adds to the dissatisfaction with the managements approach to addressing the guest parking problem.The lack of a reasonable solution from the management is concerning. It seems they are attempting to avoid addressing the problem rather than providing a proper resolution. This situation leaves residents and their guests at a significant disadvantage, potentially risking the safety and security of their vehicles.

    The Reserve is by far the best in the area! The apartment has great amenities and is absolutely gorgeous! Most importantly though, the management/leasing team at this complex is truly *extraordinary*.     I just signed a lease with your guys and I have to say that Patricias warm welcome and sense of urgency really convinced me that I had made the right choice. Despite other offers in the area, I felt like Patricia truly cared about me and went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my decision very easy, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience, Shelly and Tiffany also answered some of my questions and were super helpful. The housekeeper, has the property looking like they just opened yesterday! If your looking for a place to lease come here you will not regret it.
