    I absolutely love living at The Overlook at the Rim! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making sure residents feel right at home. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect—close to everything you need. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

    I have been looking at all the apartments in the area, and most have poor customer service, the reviews are not great, and the properties are not well kept up. I went to the Overlook and have had a great experience with all the staff, but specifically Christian. They are attentive and responsive, the amenities and property are great, and it is quiet and clean. Believe the reviews!

    Absolutely love it here! Everything is so clean, maintenance staff is very quick and helpful, everyone in the leasing office is so nice. Yoga by the pool is a huge bonus, love that idea! And the food trucks at night - so convenient. Very glad I picked The Overlook!!

    What a beautiful experience I had in these apartments. From the moment I came in, I was greeted and taken care of by everyone. I went it there work with Christian he heard what I wanted and took me to take a tour in the apartments and it only took to tours for me to decide for the second apartment. I filled out the application right at the leasing office provided everything they needed and was approved right away. The transition was so smooth and I love that apartment has that hill country view. You will not be disappointed. Everyone here will take care of you. Don’t look anywhere else.

    The property itself is stunning. But the staff made the experience even better! Not only did Marina give a great tour, but the entire staff made it a point to interact with me and my partner. We will be back to lease in January!

    Love living here. However, the trash service picks up the trash way before 8 .. which causes people to miss trash pick up. I miss it every other day because they come way too early without any way of knowing when they will come..

    Overall, my wife and I have been so very satisfied with everything about the apartment. It is well built, in a great community and it feels very safe. There are so many local things to do, and the management office regularly has food trucks and other events for the residents. I would absolutely recommend staying here.Not only that, the maintenance teams are excellent. Had an issue with my AC, and I put in a service request at 10 pm the day before. Did not expect to hear back for a while, yet the very next day at 2pm, maintenance was at my door to fix the problem with my AC. Within an hour, everything worked great and they were finished. Very great maintenance service.Again, I cannot recommend staying in this community enough, and my wife and I are so happy to have this as our new home.

    I recently moved in and couldnt be happier! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring that everything in the apartment is in top condition. The grounds are also maintained which is a huge plus!

    The Overlook at The Rim has been a dream come true for my fiance and I!! We worked with both Christian and Alex, and both leasing specialists have been a breath of fresh air in the game of apartment hunting. The views are insane, the pool is gorgeous, and all of the other amenities are top of the line.Christian and Alex took the time to show us multiple apartments on more than one occasion. They were diligent in their communication, and always had a smile on their face! After touring and discussing best options, my fiance and I finally found our new home. This wouldnt have been possible without the enormous patience and help from Overlook staff. Everyone is so inviting and genuine.The Overlook is definitely worth checking out. We cant wait to move in!!Update: Rickie and Robert with maintenance are amazing!! We love living here & the maintenance request to actual problem solving took less than 24 hours.

    I went to The Overlook at The Rim looking for a new community in which to move my family. I met with Olajuwon Williams. His professionalism and attention to mine and my husband’s needs was unmatched. He listened to what we wanted and were looking for and provided the perfect unit that matched our needs. He gave us a tour and had answers to all of our questions. We are excited to move in and become a part of this community knowing that Mr. Williams will be there to take care of all our needs.

    I looked at all the decent properties in the area. Overlook is the best for location, price, size and its brand new. I’m the first to live in my unit, I’ve been here 1 month and I absolutely love it! The staff is great, very helpful especially the manager Olajuwon.

    Just moved in and loving it so far! Christian, Alex, Marissa, and Olajuwon made the process easy and worked with us on getting everything right with the move-in. The property seems to be well kept and the club house is awesome. Can’t wait til the pool opens. We looked all around San Antonio to find a place and were hesitant on all of them. But when we toured OL with Christian we fell in love with the community and the area.

    I had a great experience with Marissa while looking for an apartment for my mom! She answered all of our questions and gave us a beautiful tour. She really went above and beyond to help us out as my mom is moving from out of state. When we first walked in there were others in the office that didn’t pay attention to us and we were going to leave but then Marissa saved the day and kept us from leaving. My mom will be signing a lease as soon as she’s ready to make the move to Texas. Thank you so much Marissa! I wish all of your staff was more like her.

    I’ve had the pleasure of viewing this apartment community and working with the leasing agent Christian. The community and apartment itself is beautiful and in a great area. The real star of the show is Christian himself. From when I first showed up to receive information, to the tour(s), and to finalizing a lease he has been amazing every step of the way. He was very helpful, informative, flexible, and always had positive energy. I would highly recommend anyone to check out this community and when you do to work with him.

    Living at the Overlook at The Rim has been the best experience. From the look of the property, to the maintenence team; I could not have asked for a better place to live. Our maintenence team is the best! They take pride in responding to the needs of the residents on a daily basis. Each member that is apart of the maintenence team is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and down to earth. They make your problem a priority and care about the needs of the tenants. You all are an awesome team!!

    I have been living here for over 2 months and everyone has been amazing.     I have been working with Christian to move into this property and he has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Hes very responsive following up with e-mail communication and proactive in keeping me updated. When I was still in the process of deciding which floor plan I wanted, his colleagues also went above and beyond to assist in my decision.Although Im sure there are many people interested in this property and touring it, the level of service provided made me feel like the only person they were focused on.I would recommend taking a look at this property. They have been nothing but helpful, responsive and flexible. The unobstructed Hill Country views are also quite unique for an apartment in the city.

    I’d highly recommend the Overlook at the Rim. The units are nice, views are great, and the amenities are awesome! If you’re in the medical field, it has excellent proximity to the medical center (15 minutes). Most important though is the staff. The property manager, Olajuwon Williams, has been so helpful. He’s responded to all my questions, followed up throughout the process, and even showed the unit to me twice! He’s gone above and behind! I don’t typically write reviews but felt I should given how great this experience has been. Thanks again, Olajuwon!
