Lived at Oaks of Westchase from June 2013 to October 2014. All in all not a bad property, the staff that is presently in Office (Jennifer, Kristi, & Emily) are very professional and do ensure youre happy as a resident.My apartment did have visual foundation issues and for some reason my brand new air conditioning unit would always need service to ensure it was blowing cold air. My back patio door did not secure properly and was never repaired. The light in the kitchen needed to be replaced or rewired. My electricity bill was always expensive and I only used 2 lights in the whole apartment.*The renovations are absolutely beautiful, the pictures listed on the website are correct.*Neighbors are fine however I did encounter a horrible neighbor which lived on the 2nd floor *hence* I am on the first. This individual was blatantly rude and did not care about the other surrounding units. On numerous occasions I would inform the office however it did not seem to work.*If youre able, stay on the second floor to avoid noise issues* Living on the first floor youre able to hear every small noise which is from the property being built in 1982.The property does offer 2 laundry houses however HOLD your nose while in there. For some reason each area had a strong urine smell. One of the dryers works but does not heat.Maintenance Staff: They are trying there best to ensure the property is taken care of. They are new which means they can not fix preexisting problems. Some times they do forget minor request such as replacing light bulbs or air conditioning issues.This was my actual first apartment that I responsibly survived at. I had many ups and downs and the staff was always understanding and helped in any way possible. Many of the issues I have seen indicated on some websites I can not vouch for, I have never had an infestation or plumbing issues.If youre looking for a reasonable presentable, second chance property to live this is for you. The outside does not appeal to some however the inside renovations make up for it.

Absolutely love living here! The office staff is welcoming with any questions and concerns. Maintenance is ready at the drop of a dime with any issues that may need to be addressed and 0 problems with any residents since I’ve lived here. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay worry free definitely worth it!

The leasing staff are very proactive and that’s something you really look for when it comes to paying for a place to stay. They are very sweet and understanding. The unit itself is very nice as well as the surrounding environment . Any issues that I’ve had so far (which is very few) or thought I would have in the future have been taken cared of and addressed in a very timely professional and satisfying way. Living comfortably folks ❤️❤️❤️

Recently relocated to Houston and it has been great, even during COVID. First, I must say that the Property Manager Marqua was the BEST!! His professionalism was unmatched and he did an outstanding job of making me feel welcome and “at home.” The leasing agent was also kind, friendly, respectful, and helpful. Both were just simply amazing.The community itself is quiet and calm. The outdoor amenities and landscaping are so inviting. I would highly recommend this property. Safe environment. Stunning pool with BBQ area. Spacious, modern, and hip environment. Convenient locations to expressway and shopping/entertainment. Safe environment.

I loved the Staff before I even saw my place! Mrs.Nancy and Mrs.Taz are the loveliest of ladies. They made me feel comfortable and at ease while I asked questions about the property. Everything was just smooth! On top of that I love my apartment! I love the area. Its quiet, the place is friendly, the apartments are beautiful. If I ever have any questions or concerns the ladies are so helpful. Its one thing to have a beautiful place, and its another to have great staff as well! Im enjoying my apartment and thank you ladies for the good energy you bring !

I have live here for over 6 months now and I dont have any complains. Kristi and Emily are really nice, helpfull people. They are always there for what you need. Great location, good prices and great apartments!Update 5/28/15: They changed management company and now Im seriously thinking of moving out, the pool area is discusting and the gates are always open which means that anybody can enter the apartment complex.

I just moved in in March of 2019...My move in was a total nightmare due to the various changes in management. However, the current manager (Nancy) and Admin (Taz) has been sure to do everything they can to correct all the mistakes. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, which is very nice to come home to after a long day at work.

Been here for a few year no issues. Despite all these bad reviews these apartments have been good to me and my dog Pebbles... I know we had new management but the Staff that here is now is probably the friendliest since i been here and i been here for a few years.

Love this place! My best friend lives here & I visit them all the time, I love that its always so clean & that the ladies in the office are always welcoming! They are always smiling and laughing in there! My friend hasnt ever had any problems while living here, so good job!

Nancy is a BOMB manager , I loveeee her when I first moved in I told her what needed to be fixed & believe next day everything on the list was fixed. During the application process she was communicating & very helpful. Based on my experience I recommend my family member & he also had a great experience with Nancy! I give her 5 stars she is the BEST !!!!!

Five star rating because i love this community.Erica and Richard work very efficiently together . Work orders are completed quickly and there is also an officer that patrols the parking lot at night. Also the pics dont give the pool any justice its BEAUTIFUL.

I just Moved here the staff is excellent and attentive! Quick to respond to your inquiries. They take care of my packages when I am Not home and Fox their mistakes with no arguments! Got a great move in special! So far so good!

Im a new resident and I really like it. Maggie in the office was very helpful. Spacious floor plans. Parking can be a little iffy sometimes depending on the time but reserved parking is available.

At first I read a lot of bad comments and I was worried when I had already applied for an apartment but in reality before there was another manager who didnt fix anything but now if they give you everything very well they get everything done quickly and all the staff are very friendly I am very happy with everything in this place

Super good maintenance every time something breaks they come and repair it and if its an emergency they come quickly my toilet was damaged and was replaced the same day 😊
