    We lived here for 5 years. This is one of the best apartment communities in Arlington. Chrystal Davis is the best community manager. She is always ready to help you.If you are looking for an apartment in Arlington, then go for this.

    The manager, Chrystal, at the Oaks Apartment of Arlington was absolutely the friendliest and most professional person I have been around in a very long time. She was genuine and really went above and beyond helping me find my new home. I give The Oaks 10 Stars to their Manager Chrystal, and Brave, in the maintenance department. The Owners of the property should take notice and give proper recognition to Chrystal for a job well done.

    I’m giving it an 5 star , been looking at these apartments for a while and took an leap of faith one night and got approved Chrystal has been AMAZING through the whole process it wasn’t long pretty fast compared to others. Didn’t look at the apartment until 3 days before move in and i absolutely love it ! any questions were answered quickly. I can’t wait until Move in day !!!!

    I’ve been about 2 months now I love the property! The manger Krstal is the best! She was so helpful and patient with me during my move in progress, she gets all your issues taken care of in perfect timing! Maintenance and work orders are also done very quickly! Gated and quiet community as well!

    Since new management has taken over here with Edgar and Marco this community has done a complete turnaround from previous management the both of them are very helpful and courteous and have been doing a great job on helping people stay within the guidelines of this community.If you need help with anything they are eager and willing to help if they can, to make sure this community is a safe and clean place to live.keep it up guys ,thanks; Donald Reeves.

    When I say this is the best community I could have chose! The manager Chrystal goes above and beyond to make sure your move in is smooth and she walks the property daily making sure everything is up to par. If you need a nice, quiet place to live this is the best place for you!

    I stopped by to tour these apartments with my oldest. It will be her first apartment and Crystal, the manager, was very professional and patient. The property presented well and she answered all of our questions. This property is high on our top choices list.

    I have been living on the property of The Oaks of Arlington for 3 months and the property manager is very nice and professional along with her maintenance guy Roger everything that needs to be done I have never had any problems she send someone right out and for as the property it’s very quiet and clean never had any problems

    Before I moved from Oaks of Arlington I had been living there for atleast 5 years. The best 5 years at this place. Kim (manager) is on top of everything she does and will go out of her way to help you. She is wonderful! Roy (maintenance) is not only an exceptional worker but person. He does not waste time at all and always completes his job thoroughly. As for the place you will not find a better rental place in North Arlington. Safe, quiet and clean. Never had any issues with neighbors nor staff. I was so sad to leave but with a growing family space was needed. Other than that so happy to have spent my newlywed days here. Will surely be in my memories :) Thanks to everyone at Oaks!

    The Oaks of Arlington is a beautiful community. The property is quiet and always clean. Management is very welcoming and answers all questions without hesitation and maintenance responds to requests very quickly. Overall, this is a great community to reside in.

    I was going crazy trying to find my daughter a place to live. She had waited until the last minute to find a place and asked me to help. I spent so much time looking at amenities, rent price, safety, and reviews I nearly lost my mind. Then I came across this little gem! Its a very cute smaller complex and they dont try to squeeze every penny out of you. The manager, Kim, was so awesome! Worked with my daughter, answered any questions and got her into her new home in record time! She made the process so easy. The apartment is very clean, not a roach in site (which was a big deal for my daughter who is horrified of them lol)! The neighbors seem to be quiet and respectful. She hasnt been there long but so far is really liking it. Its right near tons of entertainment so perfect for young adults! I think people tend to stay here a while so youre lucky if you happen to find an apartment for rent here. We got lucky! And for the one star review who said they wouldnt work with someone who had evictions.....I was a leasing agent back in the 90s, anyone with an eviction on their credit wont get into ANY apartment complex! You cant have evictions on your credit. No one will lease to you. That is a stand rule for all apartment complexes and always has been.....unless you are looking at some type of second chance complex and chances are those places will be a dump. Your best bet is to call the collection agency and settle with them so it gets deleted from your credit.....or wait another 3 years and it will fall off your credit. But you cant give someone a bad review because they wont lease to someone who has evictions. Thats ridiculous!

    This is the perfect apartment. The staff was great never really had a welcoming experience when it came to tours and this is what I got from Chrystal when I received my tour. All my questions I had were answered and now I’m a resident. I love my new place

    This is great place to live. The maintenance staff is excellent and very efficient. When they fix anything it is truly fixed properly. The Leanne manager and staff are very friendly and care about their residents.

    I have lived here 6 months and the staff has been great. Every small issue was taken care of immediately. I recommend checking it out, but its a smaller complex so there is usually a wait for units.

    Worth every penny. Kimberly and Tameka are fantastic. Roy is the best. They will take care of you quickly. Safe neighborhood. Highest of recommendations!

    Awesome place to live very quiet and Kim the complex manager is the best maintaining the complex and insuring the renters needs are met, Also the maintenance (Roy) is excellent fixing the issues in the complex. Thanks Kim and Roy you guys rock!!!!
