***Edit 7/25/24***Changing from 1 star to 4 because the manager Ashlyn reached out promptly and corrected the mistake.Straight up lied to my face about how much it was going to cost me to break my lease. Was told I was going to be charged for 2 months extra, was sent a bill for 3x the amount I was told.Very shady business practice. They had lost my renters insurance three times after I physically handed it to them in person.A new group of staff gets rotated in about every 2-3 months, so no one there takes responsibility for any mistakes.

Overall happy with my choice to live here for the last 4 years. Quiet community, good neighbors and I enjoy the pool not being overcrowded. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond as well. Will probably continue to renew at this point.

Its been really nice living here for the past 18 months. The new management team including such wonderful staff like Lisa and Marshawn have been very friendly and easy to work worth. This community has it quirks but who doesnt? I would easily recommend others to live here as the apartment are clean and the pool is well kept. The fellow residents do make it a pleasure to stay. But alas I had to move because of work. 9/10 would recommend.

I’ve lived at the Oaks at Techridge since 2014, and my experience here has been great!! I found the Oaks after weeks of frustration with the Austin market, and I was relieved to find a complex that had everything on my list!! The apartments are really nice and spacious, and my guests always comment on how great they look. I moved into the Oaks right before I started graduate school, and I have not had any issues with noise. The office staff has been really accommodating and pleasant throughout my time here. The maintenance staff, especially Edin, is also amazing, which is a huge sticking point for me. They respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues within 24 hours-though I’ve never seen it take that long. Compared to others apartments I’ve lived in, the front office and maintenance staff are second to none, and the fact that they pride themselves on overall resident satisfaction is shown through their work. The pool and grounds area are very well-maintained. Parking is open and there’s no separate section for visitors, which is a plus for me because visitor parking can sometimes be a hassle. The area is also really safe; there are several stores nearby, and a few parks within 5 miles. The Oaks has been a great place to call home!!

2022 Edit 2: I CHANGED MY RATING TO 5 STARS. I wanted to leave an updated review since I just signed my 3rd renewal. The transition to a new resident portal has been challenging, but the staff has been so kind, patient, and forthcoming with any and all changes. They are making sure no one is punished for something out of their control. They have answered all of my calls over the past two months leading up to renewing. The staff has changed since I first moved in back in 2018, but I honestly think it was for the better because everyone from management to maintenance has been on top of it all and extremely professional. They cannot make a miracle happen, but they will try their best to make your experience as pleasant as they can. My neighbors are great, the place has really cleaned up, and the parking situation is great. There is no tag system, but you can get a covered spot or garage if you want to reserve a spot. Otherwise, there are usually plenty or open spots. They are very reasonable and will answer all of your questions. The complex is mostly families and young professionals just trying to make a living without bothering others, and I really appreciate that. The new management and staff have really transformed this place - its not just a roof over your head, its a home.2019 Edit 1: I have to add the staff is really attentive and helpful. I toured (only for the second time) and signed the same day. If they werent super helpful and if this place wasnt how it is, I wouldnt have signed so quickly.Also, the parking thing is not a deal breaker. They gave us 2 months warning and Im 90% happy with it, as parking was pretty bad before. I also yhink it helps with noise and safety, especially with all of the families here.Original - Do recommend. Depends on who your neighbors are, but mostly quiet and clean. 👍 Maintenance is really fast and aim to really fix the issue. Pool is nice and clean. I like it a lot here.

Excellent Experience so FarGreat staff with excellent professionalism, most especially Jasmine who directed handled our leasing and made things easier for us since its our first home here after relocating from Dallas about six days earlier.Daniela Lopez, our realtor agent did an impeccable job to find us this tranquil, clean and well maintained community. Its the quietude of the community that made me and my family fell in love with the apartment since we have an 8-months old baby. She can have some sanity without any loude noise or music in cars or just anytime.Well see how it goes since its our first month stay here. For our experience so far, I recommend The Oaks At TechRidge to make it your new home.

I lived here for three years and it was absolutely fantastic! The maintenance staff is absolutely on point! I’ve never had issues resolved so quickly. They’re always super polite and courteous. Neighbors were never noisy or rude. I never worried about packages being stolen which was an added bonus. The only complaint I would have is the inconsistency of the parking situation which they have been addressing the past couple of months. Other than that excellent place to live!

I love living here. The apartments are really nice and modern the pool set up is really nice too. The location, though it is far away from Austins downtown area, is very close to anything you need like grocery stores, shops and a couple restaurants, also a convenient location next to I-35. The managers/ assistant managers are very helpful. The shared areas like gym and pool are always very clean and well kept. The only complaint I would have is the walls are very thin and neighbors who recently moved in are kinda loud. But overall its been a positive experience living here, I would recommend it.

Services up to date, there are always stalls, quiet neighborhood, maintenance up to date, I have not yet been able to use the pool area but it looks very nice. Small gym but its fine for me. Laundry I dont like because others mistakenly open the dryers and they stop working and it takes longer than necessary in the laundry. A small park for children is needed.

I have been living here now going on 5 years. I cant believe it. I am a life long Austinite and have lived in several different properties all over Austin. I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is so convenient to everything but the most important thing is that the whole property company here is awesome. Great front office and maintenance guys. Best part though, my neighbors! I have made the best friends. We all ook out for each other and share dinners all the time. Awesome place to live.

Gabby Heltzel was so good. She made everything easy with setting up the internet at The Oaks. Literally with a little info, she worked her stuff to make sure I didnt have the hassel. PS. Dont use the updater app to get the internet, it gives you trouble.

I really enjoyed my time here. Tatty was great while showing me around and helping me sign my lease. It was super quiet all the time, I never heard any of my neighbors. Complex was really clean and I didnt have issues with bugs which was a big deal for me. I never had to call maintenance throughout my lease since everything worked as it should. Every once in awhile I was greeted by a little skunk when returning home from work, he occasionally wanders around but he never bothered me. After a few nights of seeing him I decided to call him Pepe le pew, cool little guy if you ever see him.

The Oaks @ Tech Ridge has provided consistent and courteous service and maintenance since it last changed ownership. The repairs are done quickly by competent professional maintenance staff members and the leasing agents and management are friendly and easy to deal with, especially Amber, the manager. Both the apartments and amenities are excellent. The grounds are well maintained and clean with ample pet stations and weekly landscaping. If I had to give any criticism it would be the poor upkeep of the gym and the insufficient amount of parking, neither of which cause a tremendous inconvenience. The 5 stars are still well deserved.

So far this apartment has been great. It was easy to fill out application and approval process was a breeze. First apartment complex that actually showed the apartment we would be renting not one like it or the model. Lindsey was amazing even though she said she had just started working here. There’s enough parking spots for us. Only problem is I miss my nest thermostat I had at my other place and that I have to use att internet. Other than that I’m thrilled to be a part of this community.

Maintenance and office staff are professional and excellent. I feel safe and comfortable here. However, I am having a lot of anxiety about the new parking permits. I have 2 to 3 caregivers that come by to visit and help me.Is there any other way to address the parking for guests besides going online and ordering a pass . They are normally coming when the office is closed . If at all possible, I would like to have 2 extra permits in addition to the ones for me and my daughter. Please advise because it would be heartbreaking for someone to come to help me and then they either cannot find a space and/or have their cars towed.Please advise.

I moved here about three most ago now. I love this place. It is amazing! Staff is very helpful and maintenance is wonderful. Love the pool. However, is very difficult to cook out since only one grill works. Also, T.V. outside (swimming pool area) does not work. Gym is fantastic and wifi is available and love the business center. The most I enjoy at this place is the peace that I feel walking around and sitting in my balcony. This is AWESOME! Love it.

I just moved in last weekend, but so far my kids and I are loving our new place. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is very convenient. I visited about eight complexes before deciding on this one, and the front office staff was so far above the quality of any of the others, it helped make my decision much easier. I think we have found a great place to call home.

I just moved in. The front office staff (Tatty, Justin, Amber) went above and beyond trying to get me in quickly so I could move items in over the weekend. I am glad to hear the courtesy officer didnt allow people in the pool that didnt live in the complex (as mentioned in a previous review). Im sure visitors are allowed, accompanied by residents. If the resident is not present and you dont live there, you are basically utilizing amenities that you are not paying for. Glad to know the courtesy officer is aware of who lives on property and inquiring if unsure. This is a plus in my book!

For the time I have been here it has been a good exp. I like the new staff better than the prior staff. Great pool, and the few times I had maintenance issues they were corrected quickly. The parking is a bit off, to many compact car parking spots. But over all my experience has been a good one.

Living at the Oaks at Techridge is a peaceful experience. The grounds are well maintained, the staffected courteous, and the units are up to date and very comfortable. I feel safe here. I love the convenience of the location. There is shopping within walking distance and easy access to I-35 and Loop 1. I love being able to relax on my patio and prepare for a new day or unwind in the evening. I would recommend The Oaks @Techridge to anyone looking for an apartment.

Love this place. Had my boyfriend come down for the weekend and he was impressed. The only thing we are sad about is there is only one usable grill so its very hard to ever get to use it. Also the outdoor TV does not work. Other then that this place is quiet, beautiful and so far away from the college crowd.

All the staff is friendly and super helpful. The only thing that would make it even better is if there was a consistent notification of packages being delivered. Sometimes I get an email but 7/10 times I dont and I just know to go in because the package has told me it was delivered and it isnt at my front door or in the package mail space. Thats all really.
