    The Museum Tower is a TRUE luxury building in Houston, unlike several that advertise as that, but do not uphold to the standards of luxury. I recently moved into Museum Tower from a popular “luxury” building in River Oaks that was an absolute nightmare. The Museum Tower has been such an amazing relief to live in. Dayna, Daniel, and Morgan are very professional, personal, and very accommodating. They are genuinely there to please you which is rare for most apartment buildings, you can tell they care about their residents. The concierge team also are all wonderful, help, and are quick to learn your apartment number, they know when I have packages before I even know they’re delivered! This building may be considered older compared to other high rises, but they keep it modern, are renovating to keep residents clearly happy in the long run, and it’s always clean-again which is rare in most apartment buildings. This building staff truly aims to please the residents and I can tell they actually care about their job and building. Yes I am a resident, no this isn’t a paid review- when you come from a nightmare of a building to a place like this, it’s a paradise. Thank you Museum Tower Team!

    I lived in Houston for 6 1/2 years while I finished my career and lived in the Museum Tower Apartments which was a fantastic experience .Its location adjacent to the wonderful Houston Museum of Fine Arts is excellent and convenient for access to the entire city . The living MT spaces are first class with great parking and ancillary facilities and the best concierge service and management staff (M. Connell) ever .I am disappointed to retire to my home in Seattle and leave behind all my friends on the MT concierge team .They are an absolutely wonderful and diverse group of colleagues who are available to support just about anything you need as a Museum Tower resident .Thanks so much , Best Wishes and Happy Holidays to the Museum Tower Apartments and especially their concierge team and office staff .Ernest U Conrad III MD

    Amazing staff, smooth move in. The full concierge is a God Send! Building is extremely quiet which is a breath of fresh air since I moved here from NYC

    Ive lived here for the past 3+ years. I love the location, the oversize floor plans but what makes this place a quality living is the professionalism, care and safety the management and the supporting staff provides to the residents. The management is very accommodating, fair and realistic. They care deeply about the residents and everyones comfort. The 24 hour concierge is a plus. Valet parking and assigned parking is super nice to have. The premises (indoor/gym/cafe lounge and outdoor/pool deck, etc) are continuously spotless. The tower has a real homey feel where residents alike appreciate their privacy and comfort. I highly recommend apartment hunters to come and visit and see for yourself.

    I have been living in different apt complexes for over 15 years....Museum Tower is the best of the best EVER!! The staff is top tier!!! The maintenance top tier! All staff has been here like 10 yrs plus so they all are masters at their role...they are sooo good they act like they were born to serve you...I love them! The office is so professional and keep u updated on everything...moving here was the best decision ever!!! Patrick, samantha, Dayna the concierge Glen, Simon all of them AAMMAZING!!! Im telling u this team is out this world impressive just absolutely stellar! They make my day better when i come home.. I put a maintenance ticket in and the maintenance man was at my door within 45 minutes! Im never moving!711

    The Museum Tower is an amazing building, the apartment is beautiful, our neighbors are nice, the location is great. Beyond that, the management and staff at the leasing office and front desk are EXCEPTIONAL!! They care deeply for the property and their residents, and it shows in every interaction! We absolutely love our new home and community!

    I am writing this Review to Thank Ed Thompson who became The Museum Tower New Property Manager for a Month Now. What Ed Thompson did in just One Month is Beyond Astonishing. We had ongoing issues with the Elevators, Exit Garage Door and Pool etc. But as soon as Ed took the Helm as The Museum Tower Property Manager All of these issues were Gone with a Blink of an Eye. It is just Really Remarkable what Ed Accomplished in such a short time because it seemed that these issues will stay forever, but then Ed Successfully and Miraculously fixed it All. I am Really Thankful to him for taking care of it All at once and I am also Really Thankful to him for his Outstanding Professionalism and Exceptional Work Ethics. Ed will Surely do All what it takes to make The Museum Tower Special in every way and for that I am Really Grateful. Ed is Truly the Best of the Best.Thank you Ed.

    Location. Location. Location.The Museum Tower, located in Houston’s Museum District, offers oversized rooms with 12’ open ceilings, which are reminiscent of industrial lofts in New York City. 18’ balconies and floor to ceiling windows provide stunning panoramic views.Amenities include 24-hour valet and concierge service, fitness center, and heated pool. The maintenance team and management staff offer prompt courteous service.The neighborhood, while lacking trendy restaurants, compensates with numerous parks and museums, including The Museum of Fine Arts, The Contemporary Arts Museum, and The Museum of Natural Science. The Menil Collection and the Rothko Chapel are nearby.Hermann Park, the Zoo, and the Texas Medical Center are minutes away.I am proud to call The Museum Tower my home. I feel welcome, safe, and secure in my cozy 18th floor apartment. I can’t think of a better place to hunker down.

    The best apartment building in Houston! The staff is seriously the best and they go above and beyond! They really are a huge asset to the building!! Everyone in the building is really friendly!! I recently moved out of state and I will miss the Museum tower! I would move back into the Museum Tower if I find myself back in Houston!!!

    I lived at the Museum Tower for almost two years, and it’s been an absolute dream. Delaney and the entire staff are magicians, the building is beautiful, and the people are all around great. The absolute best in apartment living.

    Just wow!! This building and management team re-defines above and beyond. The property is an urban oasis in the best part of town -- second to none, there is no detail overlooked and most importantly, they truly take care of their residents. My family could not be happier!
