I recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The unit is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Thank you Marissa :-)The amenities are fantastic: I love my cup of coffee on my way to work, the gym has great-well maintained equipment and I cannot wait to use the pool. The apt is quiet and safe, with great access to shops, restaurants, and just outdoor activities.

I moved into 6pines in August 2024; things didn’t start off so great. However… since there have been adjustments with the staff, there’s been a significant turnaround.The positive changes I’ve seen recently have been incredible. Since Marissa Garcia took on her role as leasing manager, the community has begun transforming for the better. I also want to call out the professionalism and kind nature of the other staff members like; Nicole & MiaI’ve dealt alot with Marissa/Nicole/Mia and they go above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard and valued. Their ability to communicate effectively and follow through with what they say sets them apart from others in similar roles.Professionalism, positivity, and proactive problem-solving make a huge difference… and they have all been a breath of fresh air. Marissa and her team treat every resident with respect and care, and it’s rare to find someone in this industry who genuinely prioritizes the well-being of the people living here.I highly recommend The Millennium Apartments, and a large part of that is because of Marissa and the fantastic team she leads. I moved here in January 2023 after selling my home and Marissa, Nicole and the entire office staff made the transition so easy and seamless. Marissa just handled my renewal process and worked with me to get me the best rate possible. Nicole and Mia are also a huge help whenever I need anything and are very attentive to the residents that live here. The property is well maintained and quick service whenever anything is needed done in the apartment.

Ive been leasing here at The Millennium Six Pines since August/2021. From the moment I signed with leasing agent Nicole its been a wonderful experience. The entire leasing staff here are truly are warm, considerate, kind and genuine people.Courtney, is very helpful and understanding. Shes out-going and I have enjoyed many talks with not only her, but most of the leasing staff. The community functions are always a nice way to meet neighbors you only see in passing.The maintenance staff are fast and do a thorough job. They follow-up immediately and will come right away during emergencies. I cannot say enough about the entire complex. Clean grounds, quiet breezeways and valley trash pickup are super convenient and time saving. I would highly recommend and continue to rent here if we were not relocating out of the city.We would love to thank Marisa, Nicole, Courtney and those we failed to mention. We thank you, too!

I truly truly love the location. My husband’s office is just 2 minutes and my daughter’s pre school is just 3 minutes away from the condominium. HEB, the Montgomery library, Waterway area is just at walking distance. Even the fine dining restaurants are just at walking distance which I again really like about the condominium.The office management is very friendly to us and resolves the issues immediately, if we have. They even plan monthly entertainment events and parties for us where we get to meet and greet all the other condominium people (neighbours). I really appreciate how they try to make each and every occasion (like Valentine Day, Easter etc.) special and memorable for us by their execution and also by giving us gift hampers.Another best part about the condominium is we can use the Clubhouse area for our personal events. I threw by daughter’s 3rd birthday bash over there where I invited all my friends. It gives you the feel of your own living area and looks great aesthetically too.The pool, gym and other amenities are awesome with high all the facilities one needs to make their life luxurious. It’s been 7 months I have relocated to The Woodlands and this is our first apartment which we will definitely not change unless we buy our own house here. One should never have a second thought for shifting here. I promise that the management will not disappoint you.!🫶🏻

Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. I’m still in shock whenever the monthly calendar comes out with all the community events… it’s always the coolest/yummiest/fun stuff going on.The communal areas are always so clean and pretty. The staff is so kind and helpful. Also, the location is unmatched!! I really can’t think of anything I’d change here.

The Millennium Six Pines team are great! They have a genuine, solution oriented approach to management. If there’s ever any maintenance issue, they fix it promptly. The staff are always kind, and considerate. They go out of their way for the residents here. The location is unbeatable! It’s walkable and close to every convenience. The facility has a great gym that overlooks the pool, (& it’s actually always empty!) Perfect space for highly motivated, busy working single student/professionals, who spend a lot of time working & studying.

Going on 3 years of living at MSP! The staff, both leasing and maintenance are amazing, the property is well kept, the resident events are always a great time and my favorite is how pet friendly the property is! There are events or prizes for our fur babies which I really love. What was meant to be a 1 year lease has turned into multiple years, love my home at MSP!

The area is obviously great but the apartment itself is wonderful as well, the full calendar of unique events the staff plan each month results in a very interactive and engaging community. I am absolutely in love with my new home and wouldnt change a thing. The privacy and environment are exactly what I was looking for when I moved here. I truly believe the positive energy in this place is everything, and Mrs. Courtney played a big part in that. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process, even if she was going through some tough times. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and especially recommend they speak with Ms. Courtney. She is an amazing seller who truly knows what shes doing and has a fantastic attitude. Her beautiful energy and respect towards me were something that I appreciated, Overall, I am thrilled with my decision to move here and grateful for Ms. Courtneys help.

Great walking ability, it is super close to the waterway and safe. I walk every Thursday night to Goose’s Acre for bingo and never felt unsafe. The staff at Millenium Six Pines is super friendly and maintenance is really quick in fixing things.

The Millennium Six Pines is a great community to live at. We’ve enjoyed our stay here very much. Management communicates effectively and consistently maintains the community’s curb appeal. They host great events and have a stellar leasing professional named Marissa!! Marissa is such an asset to this property in every way. Marissa is so attentive, caring, and helpful to her residents! Marissa truly goes above and beyond in any situation. The maintenance team is efficient and professional when fulfilling my work orders. The area surrounding the complex and all it’s amenities make it the best place to live at in The Woodlands.

I lived here for 1 year. Overall, it was a good experience. Great location, the unit was in stellar condition at move-in (spotless and well-maintained), and the maintenance team does a good job maintaining the property/grounds. The other tenants were respectful, and I never had any issue noise (could hear my upstairs neighbor, but no more so than normal for communal living situations), etc.. My only concern with the complex (and the reason for 4 stars vs 5) was the security. I personally never had any issues, but the crime in the parking garage was unsettling (and no solutions were implemented by management), and a lot of the external doors did not close and/or lock properly, meaning anyone off the street could easily get inside. Additional small negatives: the apartment recently transitioned away from ParcelPending lockers to Fetch (not sure if this is required to sign up for or not) and also implemented a digital key rather than a physical fob, which did not have a smooth roll out. Pet rent is also very high (I believe it was $35/month) and not justified (dog park is terrible--I dont think anyone even uses it).

Ive lived at the property for almost two years now and I enjoy living here. The location is great walking distance to many places and the area is very safe. Nichole is my favorite leasing agent at the property for many reasons! I moved here from out of state with short notice to find a place and she helped me with the leasing process and showed me different apartments to help me find the right one on a very short time frame. She has a great outgoing personality, very knowledgeable on the properties, and always willing to help with anything. I definitely recommend living here and using Nichole as your leasing agent!

Love the location, its a cute apartment and so close to everything! We moved in last week... but there are ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! They come out of the sink drain, the gaps in walls, the closets, they hide inside the dishwasher AND they get in the oven while we cook. Its horrific, they come out at all hours of the day (not just at night). We were wondering why we got such a great deal and now we know. Just to give you an idea, this apartment complex has exterminators come EVERY TUESDAY and all of their leasing agents happen to know everything there is to know about tree roaches for some reason. They definitely hid this information from us when we were looking here, we want to make sure everyone knows before they sign!!!~UPDATE~After posting this review, the manager of the complex (Kelli) promptly got in touch with us and had the pest exterminator come in. That, along with keeping the apartment clean (not leaving crumbs/dishes out for the night), has worked to get rid of our roach problem. We now see only one roach per month and are very grateful for their help. We love our home and its location!!

The Millennium Six Pines is amazing. I looked at a lot of different apartments in the Woodlands and feel confident saying that the Millennium has the best balance of location, amenities, and price. Its within walking distance of two theaters, restaurants and bars, and shopping. You cant say that about a lot of places in the suburbs. The floor plans are nice, and what you would expect in a luxury building- high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, etc. But the best thing is the thick concrete construction and ample insulation. I have lived here for 8 months and have never heard my neighbors. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and really get to know the residents. I havent had too many maintenance issues but theyve always been addressed same-day. They go out of their way to make living here an experience. Weekly happy hour social gatherings, food trucks, and events out as well as things like pool parties and bbqs.

Nice apartment complex. The units facing the pool can be dark and gloomy due to lack of natural sunlight. The building is designed like a courtyard so if you like lots of natural light like me better get an apartmemt that faces out to the street. Pool is cute and gym is decent. Theres a weekly event for tenants to get together which is great to get to know your neighbors.

As a twenty-one-year-old old young professional, I am looking forward to moving to the Woodlands! However, from multiple reviews of residences that I have seen, and looked over, whether they be luxury, or cost-efficient, the common denominator that I keep seeing is, roach issues. People, it is the Woodlands, there are trees EVERYwhere, roaches love, and I mean, LOVE trees& wooded areas- Hence the name, THE WOODLANDS!😂 Its not a concrete City like Houston or Dallas, Little Critters are going to be a commonality. Go dab peppermint oil along your baseboards, or Just squish them! calm down😂😂 I will say however, looking at the photographs, and the majority of the reviews on here, I would absolutely love living in downtown Woodlands! and this place looks PERFECT for my demographic!
