Had a tour with the Haley! She’s the bomb. Great rates. Looking for a great place to live while in between selling my house from a different city to maybe buying one here (not with the current interest rate!) She is very welcoming, professional and cheerful which helps when you’re in a stressful moving decision-making state. The only reason I’m not staying is the security. But otherwise, better space and rate for your money. (I had better offer with a newer place.)

I have been living here for about 10 months now. It has been an awesome experience living here. I have live in different apartments for 15 years so far, but I have never had a better experience than living here at the Michael at Presidio. The office people know you by your name, they are very responsive to any requests or maintenance issues; I had to get my bath tubs unclogged multiple times, and if I put an order for maintenance, they come in almost right away (or within the same day) to resolve the issue. In addition, all the community activities are refreshing and conducive to meeting new people. The Wednesday gym activity is one of my favorites, and this consistent group exercise program has been motivating me to stay healthier. The outdoor landscape is also beautiful, and it allows you to stroll around on good weather days. I was worried at first as a lady, because it is not a gated community, but it is literally the safest place to live in Austin. I go out for a walk at night, but there are so many neighbors walking at night too, so it feels safe. Love x 1000 and kudos to the office staff! :)

We moved in recently and so far, everything has been amazing. The office staff are friendly and personable. Starr has been such a great resource for all of our many questions and musings. The residents that weve met have been so welcoming! It really feels like a community here and a breath of fresh air compared to where we came from. The property is well kept, clean, and inviting. I can see parking becoming an issue at some point, but havent been here long enough to know for sure. The dog park is a bit small but the fencing is secure, there are tables and seating for the humans, and some activities for the pups. The best part is that its completely shaded. I have not used the pool but it is beautiful and the area seems clean every time I walk by. Im really looking forward to my time here and exploring the property with my dog. Its a very dog friendly community and there are lots of pups to meet. Thank you to the staff! Your hard work really shows and is so appreciated. They do a lot of events during the month for residents. I cant wait to participate!

I had the pleasure of living at The Michael’s for three years, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, the community felt warm, welcoming, and well-maintained. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer all the comforts youd want in a home.The standout, though, is the incredible staff. Hayley, Katy, Patricia, and Starr went above and beyond to make sure every resident felt cared for. Whether it was addressing maintenance requests promptly, organizing fun community events, or just greeting everyone with a smile, they made living at The Michael’s feel special.The location was also a huge plus—convenient to everything I needed while still offering a peaceful, quiet environment. I’m grateful for the memories I made there and the outstanding team that made it all possible. Thank you, Hayley, Katy, Patricia, and Starr, for your hard work and kindness. I have loved my 2 years at the Michael. The staff has been AWESOME and has gone far and beyond to make my experience great. The management is willing to work with you and they set up lots of fun activities for the residents. ALL of my service requests have been handled quickly and they ALWAYS got treats for your pups! I have been living here for 16 months. Nice and clean complex. I was satisfied with living here. Nice staffs, clean area, clean apartment and good services. The only issue that I experienced sometimes, after rainy days I saw small insects came in the bathrooms but maybe sometimes in a while. But overall, I recommend here for leaving if you decided to move here.

My girlfriend and I moved across the country to The Michael and resided here for 1 year. The application process, and pretty much everything prior to the actual move-in-date was very easy. The staff was incredibly organized and helpful when it came to communicating what information we needed to provide and answering questions. As far as the duration of our stay I truly have zero complaints. The community is super friendly, the amenities are great, and the staff does a great job of making you feel welcomed, putting on events each month, and overall taking care of you. Maintenance requests were always done fast, and the maintenance staff is great too. Not only do they do an awesome job with your needs, but also making campus look and function to perfection. Parking is super accessible and never once was a problem for me. A huge benefit I was passionate about is location. Lakeline provides plenty of food & drink options, grocery stores, gyms, and much more. The freeway is super accessible as well, making it easy to get anywhere you need to in Austin. There is also a Hilton and a Marriott hotel right across a street which made it convenient for when we had friends/fam from back home come visit us. On the other side of campus across the street there is a tram that can get you downtown in about 45 minutes, tickets are cheap and its a clean, safe, and easy way to get there while avoiding traffic - something I wish I wouldve utilized more tbh! There is a ton of walking space and beautiful scenery around and on campus. Ive seen some comments regarding this, but we had a unit facing the highway in building 10 - the noise from the freeway is probably louder than other areas, but never once would we have considered it an issue or something that bothered us. If I had to nit pick, the only compliment Id comment on is residents not picking up there dog poop. With that being said, that is NOT a reflection on The Michael and its staff. There is plenty of stations around campus with free bags and they constantly were communicating with the community to pick up dog poop, as well as keep them on a leash. Its ultimately up to dog owners to have respect for their neighbors and clean up after their fur pup. All in all, truly had a 5 star stay here - if not for my work situation, I wouldve signed another year or more lease in a heartbeat. Im in the process of moving out, and as anticipated the staff have been rockstars with helping us. Anyone considering living here I highly recommend you look more into it!

Love, love, love! So beautiful inside and out! Feels like youre staying at a resort with the beautiful cabinets, balconies, views - the landscaping, the pool, the fitness room are all quite luxurious and altogether lovely. Haley went over and above from day one when we looked to lease here. She is precious and helpful and so sweet and its part of the reason we came back and chose The Michael. She made the process completely painless and always has gone over and above. They also have fun community events which add to the charm and overall feel of the place. Five stars from me!

I just recently moved in and I a have to say that Starr brown is absolutely amazing. She is the one who initially showed me the apartment, and toured me around the premise. She was so helpful and attentive in answering my questions and providing me the information I needed to make a decision on where I should move. The apartment itself is stunning, and also the management was really helpful as well, but I have to say that Haley the other sales associate was quite rude and made it seem like I was bothering her when I needed information about the apartment when I called multiple times. Which almost made me choose a different place to live because of the treatment. I do understand we all have bad days but with working in sales myself, I don’t think that’s the best way to talk to clients multiple times that are interested in moving into your complex. I’m extremely grateful for the management and Starr for being super helpful in helping me call this place my home.

Everyone in the office has been incredible and super helpful, but I want to give a special shoutout to Starr for going above-and-beyond in making the leasing process smooth and easy and for having such a positive and kind-hearted attitude! The apartments themselves are stunning, spacious, and really at terrific prices for all that’s included in them, and lots of parking is available. It’s a beautiful area and a cozy community, yet still close enough to easily access the main roads. All in all, wow! There are back to back car break ins, not just into one car but multiple cars and on consecutive days(this is recurring for the past few months ). there are not even cameras or safety measures in place. Management doesnt seem bothered at all and just responds that theft is everywhere. This really feels like a very unsafe place to live. Given the terrible and unsafe condition here, when we requested for a lease termination they want you to pay the 2 months termination fee(yes its in the contract when we signed the lease, but you also assured for a safe place). what is more frustrating is the way the respond/manage and handle the situation. I would request for anyone to think twice before leasing here.Post Review Feedback:Special mention to Katy Karim(Community Manager). She is very helpful and responsive. She did her best to help manage the situation.

Living at the Michael has been wonderful! The apartments are clean, modern, and spacious located next to convenient public transportation. The maintenance team is awesome! Jason, Rafael, and Austin always fix anything that I need in a timely manner while Michael and Franklin work hard to keep the grounds nice and clean!The office staff is also really great! If I ever have a question theyre quick to respond. I also appreciate their communication on getting the parking lot repaved, it looks so much better and was so easy to know where to go on the days they were repaving. Cornelius, Randi, and Melinda are always great to chat with on the phone. The amenities are kept clean and the pool is beautiful!They are a little pricey, but you get what you paid for, and theyre nothing compared to the overpriced place across the street. Also, the parking is free and theres plenty of it, which is a huge plus! I cant imagine having to pay for parking at my apartment as my only option. Living at the Michael has been a treat and I cant wait to renew my lease!

Melinda and the entire leasing office were amazing off the bat! From the initial tour of the property to the application process the leasing team was very informative, honest; and communication was great. Overall they were very helpful.One of the main things my fiancé and I look for is how the leasing office communicates, because with apartment living if something goes wrong with the unit or with your rent, you want a leasing office that communicates well.The property is not bad. It looked like the property is well maintained from what we saw driving around. It had the things we personally looked for with amenities and being close to local stores we usually go to. The gym is fairly small, but it is expected for apartment living.Overall it is a nice place to live

We love it here. We are so happy to have a first floor apartment with a yard for our pup and so close to all of the amenities. We work from home and are very busy with our own business so having community events has been wonderful and was a huge draw for us. All of the neighbors weve met so far have been very nice and friendly. We love that we have the dog park, pool and gym as well as such a beautiful grounds where we can get space and get out of the house to avoid being too cooped up. Our lifestyle already is worlds better than where we were living before and we couldnt be happier.

I recently moved in to the Michael. I LOVE my apartment! Tons of storage, hands down, the cleanest apartment I have ever moved in to. Nice, spacious bathroom and closet. The grounds are lovely and very clean. Plenty of parking. Moving is very, very stressful and thats why I want to give a BIG thank you to Cornelius, Melinda and Jennifer in the leasing office for always being there to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had, effectively and efficiently. They were great!

I’ve been here for three months and I’ll list my pros and cons for this complex.Pros:Nice community in a very convenient area. Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away.It’s a gorgeous and walkable complex. So if you have a dog or you just want to take a walk it’s a great place for that.This neighborhood has awesome events with a monthly wine tasting and dog trainers that come out.The apartments are nice with high ceilings and doors making the apartment feel nice and spacious.The staff is amazing. Love the staff. Any time I have a problem they’re always eager to help.Train station is a 10 minute walk away which is convenient if you work downtown.Cons:The walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors dogs above me at all times. Sometimes well into the night.Parking can be hit or miss. There’s enough spaces but if you leave at a bad time you’ll be parking pretty far away from where you live. As far as I know there’s no visitors parking so on weekends parking can be crazy. There are options for garages though if you’re interested.Overall it’s a great place to live. I would highly recommend it to someone looking for a place to live.

Our Labrador loves coming to the office to get frozen yogurt and a treat, and visiting with Norbert.The location of the community is super convenient with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and a quick commute to downtown Austin.

Ive loved my stay at The Michael! Ill be moving out of state soon, otherwise Id be signing another lease.Ive worked with Madison, Melinda, and Cornelius on various occasions and theyre all top tier staff.Madison is *always* present at any of the events the community plans. They dont always work out (sometimes food trucks cancel last minute) but she always makes up for it in some way. Ive brought my dog by the leasing office during one of the free artisan coffee days, and she offered some doggie ice cream and continues to keep them in stock whenever a pupper comes to visit. She does a great job encouraging a welcoming community in the neighborhood and really makes this place feel like home.Melinda helped me when I first move in, personally inspected the apartment prior to my move in and ensured everything was in tip top shape day one. I had a welcome package waiting for me on the kitchen island, and it was personalized (including items for both my dog and cat). About a day later I had a yellow jacket nest form on my balcony, and she made sure I was on the pest control schedule of priority places to visit to resolve the issue. Melinda is an incredibly reliable resource, and continues to make sure you feel valued even after signing your lease.Cornelius is one of the managers of the property and hes exceptional. I was confused about a charge that showed up on my portal and wrote in about it. He not only responded via email, he also called to go over the details with me. It was a nice personal touch, and felt like white glove service. I had an incident where I was being a....less than ideal....neighbor and playing music too loud without realizing it (I guess the HomePods bass hits pretty hard). He reached out letting me know there was a complaint. He was kind, and stern but fair. Ive worked with Management at apartment complexes in the past, and none has ever been as professional.All in all The Michael has really been a great community to live in. If I had to choose one of the three to be the person that sets The Michael apart itd have to be Madison. As mentioned above, she works really hard to make sure theres always something going on for the residents to enjoy. Food trucks, artisan coffee shops, snow cones, puppy painting....the list goes on and on. She set the standard from what I will expect from my new location after my move.

Just moved in 2 weeks ago, and finally have everything setup. Community is quiet, staff is helpful and respectful, plentiful parking, and the apartment was better than the photos we were provided. (We moved from out of state without seeing the apartment). Some minor complaints about cleanliness of the stairwells, but we love our new home and look forward to starting our new life in Texas at the Michael.

We have been living at the Michael for a year and half and only moving out because we bought a house.We rented this apartment remotely, but I could see even from the pictures that the manager at the time sent, how nice it is. I didnt see any other apartment complex that has that much of storage space, book shelf, a desk, very nice upgrades (only realized this when I had to choose own upgrades for our house LOL). When we moved in, we were pleasantly surprised with location, close proximity to all major stores and highways, and a train station (that we never used, but still good to know it was out there :))School district is also very good. Unfortunately, I cant tell how good the elementary school is, but the middle school is new and super up to date.

I have not moved in just yet to The Michael but I do have to make a review about the customer service and our experience so far. The staff was absolutely wonderful and asked a lot of questions about our needs so there were clear expectations about our budget, what floor worked best for us, where on the property we wanted etc. We were able to look at the model as well as empty apartment homes that could potentially be ours. We did get to pick which one we wanted and it was nice to walk in it empty. I cannot wait to move in and write another review about the living experience which Im sure will be great! Plus, the location is PERFECT!

I had a great experience today on tour with my leasing associate, her name was Melinda! She was very knowledgeable, witty, and overall you could tell she enjoys her job. If you come to tour here, ask for her! This place has nice rates for quality appliances and finishes. You should definitely consider this place and add it to your list of options.

The apartments are beautiful with lots of storage space, high ceilings, and upgraded appliances & awesome amenities. Thats not the best part of living it here though. I love it here because the staff who work here are the kindest, most thoughtful people ever! I fell the day I moved in and was really hurt. I couldnt get to the car so my daughter could take me to the ER. Lance, not only helped me, he carried me to my car! The staff have called to check on me several times. They also brought me a care package with soup and crackers, juice bottles, icy hot packs a candle and a bouquet of flowers! Where else can you live and get this kind of care? NOWHERE! Thank you to Lance, Dina, Corey, Elysia, Anna, Andrew Jada and everyone at The Michael at Presidio for taking such great care of me and making me feel so welcome!

Ms. Melinda was simply amazing. I was looking for homes within the area and I was a walk-in. She acknowledged me as soon as I came through the door. She answered all my question. She was also asked questions to get an idea of what I was looking for in a home...which I thought was pretty awesome and personable...the community is beautiful and the A1 floor plan was gorgeous. With the right price come September this may be the place I call home!! Thank you for the great experience Ms. Melinda!!

I relocated to the Michael sight unseen. I was able to set up a FaceTime virtual walk through with Madison. She was great! She made the application process simple! The complex is as beautiful as it appeared online. It’s a quiet community in a central location.Would definitely recommend living here!
