Fantastic property. We have lived here for 18 months and have renewed our lease. The staff is wonderful, Krista, Jesus and Evelyn are friendly and are quick to solve problems. Andrew, our mantiance man in always on top of things. Karen, our groundskeeper,is such a sweetheart and so is Mirna the housekeeper.

This building sold about a year ago and we finally got new management. Krista has done an amazing job trying to get this property back up to par with how it should be. She has gone above and beyond helping us with our lease renewals. I am confident that she is the right person to make this property better than it has even been.

Amazing apartments! My husband and I have lived here for six months. The grounds are beautiful and we love our floor plan. There are many great amenities too. The office staff, Krista and Jesus, always take the time to listen to us and respond to our needs. If we ever have any maintenance requests, Andrew responds right way. Not only is the location excellent, we enjoy the peace and quiet here.We highly recommend The Laurel at Preston Hollow.

I have lived at the Laurel since November 2021. I even tried to move at one point and ended up back here because of the location, amenities, and my neighbors. WeLove the pool, the gym, and the community rooms. I have spent many a work day in the shared office spaces.I recently celebrated my birthday at the pool and friends who were unfamiliar were so impressed with the complex.The staff are all trained very well- customer service is top notch.

I absolutely love The Laurel at Preston Hollow! Jesus Guzman helped my client and I out with this entire process, and made it very smooth and seamless! The entire move process was simple and efficient. the team in the office are incredible at what they do - Krista is an amazing team leader and her entire staff focuses on ensuring the tenants are happy and provided for. The maintenance team is quick to repond and are always happy to assist. Happy we made the choice to join this community.

I have been living at the Laurel Preston Hollow for 6.5 years. It is an amazing place to be at. Location, property, surrounding, safety, and our management team works very hard to make sure our needs are met. They respond right away to our calls. Krista, our manager is the best. She has a happy Spirit and it shows the minute you walk into her office when she welcomes you with a big smile. She won The Greystar Spirit Award this year. We were very excited for her. We have an Herb Garden that they planted for us, organic parsley, thyme, dill basil, rosemary, oregano and sage and they taste yummy. All I can say, Highly recommended.

My wife and I have lived at The Laurel since moving to Dallas four months ago. In this time of rapidly inflating rents and property values, The Laurel has managed to still offer a real value in terms of what you get for your rent. Id like to talk about three aspects of apartment life that I think The Laurel gets right: the quality of the apartments, the management staff, and the maintenance staff.We chose The Laurel before we actually moved to Dallas, based on their web site representations. I was really amazed when we actually arrived on the property. Everything was just as it appeared online! The common areas are elegantly furnished, the hallways are wide to allow ease of moving in and out, and the apartments themselves have first quality counters, cabinets, and fixtures. Our two bedroom apartment has spacious bedrooms flanking a large, open great room. The kitchen has LOTS of storage and an enormous island. The laundry room, just off the kitchen, is also loaded with storage and comes equipped with a high-quality washer/dryer pair. All of the doors are solid core, which makes for very quiet rooms. And the light fixtures are all LEDs to help with energy conservation. Even though the buildings front on busy thoroughfares, the apartments are amazingly quiet all day, and weve never been bothered by noisy neighbors!This is one of the best managed apartment complexes weve ever lived in. Friendly and attentive, the management team are completely on top of every issue. Weve only had a few times that we needed to report any service need or to point out some element of property maintenance, and each time the report was taken and acted on immediately. That management attention extends to a concierge on duty evenings and weekends, as well as an overnight security patrol.Finally, let me sing the praises of the full-time maintenance crew. They quietly go about their business, but keep the buildings and grounds in impeccable condition. They are always inspecting the facilities and either correcting problems immediately themselves, or arranging for the right maintenance professionals to come fix the problem. As with any building this size, there are occasional leaks during storms, but the crew is right there to contain the damages and make sure the roofing company is on site as soon as possible. There are a lot of elevators in the buildings, as well as security systems to control access to the buildings and garages, and these are all carefully and thoroughly maintained. The common areas, including the pool area, are scrupulously clean. And the grounds around the buildings are well landscaped and manicured.Whether youre looking for a place to live for a few months, or a few years, I think youll be happy at The Laurel. They have become the standard by which we will judge all other apartment buildings.

Excellent management . . . very understanding of and responsive to the concerns and needs of the residents. Compared to past experiences in other locations, we cannot imagine a better management team than the one currently at The Laurel!

Fantastic people and fantastic place. Just moved in a little over a week ago and have zero complaints thus far. Krista and Jesus were extremely accommodating during our move-in process and have made this easily our best moving experience to date.

I wanted to wait a while after moving in to write this review. RPM took over as management just after we moved in February 2021. To say that the previous management company left the place a mess would be an understatement.Bryan and his team have really done a great job in making this a significantly better place to live.They gutted the maintenance staff and installed their own people. Now maintenance issues get addressed in the same day or the next day instead of next week or never at all.They have had numerous community events that have all been really nice and well thought out. For the entire month of December they turned the community conference room into a wrapping paper room with excellent quality wrapping paper, tape, boxes, to/from tags, ribbons, bows bags and basically everything you could think of to wrap an amazing present.The location of this property to all points in Dallas is really a plus and the living amenities and quality of the building are superior.

I have lived in several apartments, my wife and I just bought a house. And I have to say this apartment was the best place we/I have ever lived to date. The new management is so accommodating, they answer questions, they dont try to nickel and dime. I cannot recommend the staff/ management enough. They really do listen and fix things when needed. The only negative is preston road can be pretty loud at night, but theres not much you can do with that. Just make sure you dont have a baby in a unit that faces preston or NWST HWY.

This project is still under construction but I see firsthand the care , devotion and pride that goes into the construction here .Certainly this will be a great building.VCC has done a wonderful job organizing and managing the work here and all contractors are working diligently to build a quality building.
