My husband and I LOVE it here!!! It’s like having a big family, everyone’s so nice. The staff is professional. The walks!!! Oh my gosh we love being so close to everything we’ll ever need to the point that we rarely ever drive anymore. We can actually enjoy music from the Pavilion while sitting on our balcony: )We walked through more than a few apartments in this area, they were equally beautiful with awesome amenities, but we ultimately chose The Lane, and I’m sooo HAPPY we did.

Wonderful apartment complex which is really set apart by its staff. Everyone who works there from the front desk to maintenance is extremely friendly and helpful! Location is fantastic as well.

Hoffman was incredibly helpful to me when I delivered a heavy liquor package that was meant for the building across the street. He kindly lent me the blue wagon he had available, even though I was delivering to another building. His courtesy was above and beyond! He helped make my experience in the area great. I delivered the package to the patron across the street who was incredibly rude and snobby. Thanks to Hoffman, I left the area feeling joyful because he showed compassion and care - the best of human qualities. We should all aspire to his example of kindness. ❤️

Overall this is a very nice place to live. The location and amenities are great and the staff here is very courteous and helpful. It is a newer building that has had more than its fair share of construction related issues. For that reason, Im subtracting a star. The maintenance crew is top notch, but we always seem to have a broken elevator or garage. Outside of that minor quibble, I recommend The Lane.

I’ll be here three years this September, and this truly is a lovely community. Most notably, during the recent power outage, the staff, and in particular leasing agent Jessica Wilson, were outstanding, tireless and helpful. The switch of management teams has made it even a nicer place to live. I would definitely recommend The Lane

Cannot say enough about this place. My family and I have lived here for about 3 months now and have lived in both a townhome and currently in an apartment (we enjoy moving!). The property is always clean and quiet minus a few that do not clean up after their pets but nothing horrible so far. The staff including maintenance are top-notch, friendly, professional, and accomodating. The area is perfect for walking and there are even a pair of bikes that are available for use in the lobby. Management even provides a small cart for residents to use when hauling groceries or packages back to their units. Details are a big thing for us and this place hits them all.

Came to tour with my mom. Will was super nice. He explained everything so well that he answered questions we forgot to ask. My mom is looking to maybe relocate to the woodlands due to her job. After coming here, we are HOPING she gets transferred to the woodlands just so she can apply here. We LOVED IT!!! Im even considering moving to the woodlands now.

My mother recently moved here. Its an absolutely beautiful facility inside and out. Mom has a gorgeous and updated apartment with an amazing view. The building is located in the heart of The Woodlands near the Pavilion amphitheater, the Woodlands Mall, countless specialized shops, numerous restaurants, and the charming Waterway and all its attractions. The staff members are amazing. Courtney, Jessica, and Robert are always courteous, friendly, and helpful each time I visit.

I have lived here for the past 2 years and this is hands down one of the best apartments Ive lived at. The common areas are always clean and the staff/maintenance teams are always so helpful and attentive. I also love this location because waterway and market street are all within walking distance!The walls are very thick and I never hear my neighbors, which I feel is very rare to find in new apartments these days. I also appreciate how this apartment building has gas stoves!!! The bike storage is also a major plus.The parking situation was a little stressful because it almost seems like not enough parking spaces were made for the amount of residents this building can hold, but I will say that in the past 2 years that my partner and I have lived here, weve only not been able to find a spot maybe 2-3 times total (but we were always able to find parking outside of the garage), so it really didnt affect our daily lives at all.Overall, I highly recommend living here!

I love living here, it’s close to perfect, I don’t have any noisy neighbors, the location is perfect, with a bunch of nearby restaurants and activities, and the waterway view! The apartment is beautiful, the amenities are very nice, everything is always kept clean, The leasing office are always making it a priority to help, the maintenance is very quick. Definitely worth the money to live here. The apartment does lots of activities during the month, good chance to meet your neighbors and interact with them! I’d say The only thing I don’t love is the parking, I am hoping that they can resolve this soon, sometimes there’s not spots available in the garage, but that’s not super inconvenient for me, but that’s the only complaint I can think of. Overall, I highly recommend coming here

I have enjoyed living here! Apartments are always difficult because there is constant change to the staff and residents who don’t care about the property. Newer properties can go downhill quickly just because of staff change and upkeep. The one thing I commend The Lane for is COMMUNICATION. It’s so nice receiving emails about what is going on ahead of time—events and issues. The staff has been so nice, the residents are very friendly, and maintenance is top notch. I appreciate how clean the space is and the second it’s not, I see an email going out to remind residents to be mindful. Something small that I also appreciate is taking the time to send the menus of the food trucks that come beforehand lol. I hope The Lane continues to stay this way because it’s noticeably different from past properties I’ve stayed at.

WOW! The Woodlands has needed a midrise like The Lane for a very long time. I am so grateful we finally have modern, upscale living that makes me feel like I am in the city with the comfort of my home in the Woodlands. I absolutely love that this place is a bit smaller, it makes it feel more personal and is easier to get to know my neighbors. The office team and new manager Cortney are also incredible. I truly feel like I am part of a community. Amenities and location are top notch. If youre look for a spot in a great location, look no further!

Cortney, Hoffman, & Ginger are awesome managers of this great property! It’s a newer build with nice amenities. The location is quiet with very little road noise and perfect for walking access to the best of The Woodlands! I’m very satisfied with our decision to live here and the customer service we have received.

We love The Lane but more than that we love the staff! Susan and Taylor are the absolute best! Both are kind, responsive and super professional! Susan worked so hard to help us find the right apartment for our family. She heard everything I said even when I didnt think she could hear me from the other room! She discerned what was truly important to me and knew exactly which unit fit the bill!! Taylor put many miles in showing us all the options and floor plans we wanted to see. She was cheerful, patient and super knowledgeable! They both made us feel at home before we even called The Lane home!

Edit - Ive been here for a year now, and Im still enjoying my apartment just as much as when I first moved in. The location is unbeatable, and the apartments are beautiful. The maintenance crew responds quickly, and the leasing staff is super friendly and helpful. The Woodlands Waterway is basically your backyard, and you are within walking distance of the mall, restaurants, and bars. My lease is coming up for renewal pretty soon, and I will most definitely be renewing!

The land is a really nice place and it makes me feel like home. The inside of the apartment’s are simple and clean and that’s what I like. The lady’s at the apartment are very nice and friendly. Also they are funny to talk with. This is my favorite apartment I have been in. Good job girls at the office at the lane. Keep up the good work. You guys are the best.

Besides the excellent and outstanding service/ quality of the maintenance and management staff. The property is beautiful, you have access to a lot of different places. Ideal property to live at in the woodlands. It’s boutique style has character and is nothing like I have ever seen. I really appreciate Susan as she helped me through the leasing process. She goes above and beyond for her company. Stressing absolute fairness, and dealing with challenges daily. She has manners and is kind to each and every person who walks through the door. She truly cares about each and every person! I think you would love it here! I know I do!!

I just recently moved in to The Lane and have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone!Taylor & Susan are so incredibly kind, personable and professional! Never once have I felt like I have been inconveniencing them. They are always happy to help answer any questions… And give pets to my dogs.Today Angel was completing maintenance repairs in my apartment. He went above and beyond! He was so incredibly helpful and he addressed issues that I had not yet opened a request. The thing that stood out the absolute most for me was… He knew I just had surgery and noticed that I had been trying to put together a piece of workout equipment. He graciously offered to put it together for me. So incredibly kind and most definitely above and beyond!Can’t say enough about the team!

I have very high expectations when it comes to where I live. I am very critical of my living conditions. That being said, I am so glad I chose The Lane at Waterway. This is a small community and everyone from the staff to my neighbors have been very kind and considerate. Building construction is top notch. The *only* odd/negative things I can think of is there is no dog run or pool (the latter they have an agreement with the community next door, but still). It’s not a big deal, but I figure if there’s no pool, maybe the space could have been used for a dog area, but that’s ok.Overall, I think it’s pretty great that I get to be nit picky about things and I have to find something to complain about. I’m very happy with my decision.

My husband and I lived here for over two years and highly recommend this complex. Close in walking distance to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, Market Street and the Waterway. Management is on top of their game and are always coming up with immersive resident events. 5 stars! 🙌

Clean, safe, spacious, halls dont smell bad, and the security staff is wonderful! (I dont love the street its on- tight turn around - but no one gets hassled when you need to wait at the curb.).A bit on the pricy side.

Tayler and Brianna have given me 10 star service. From the first encounter with Tayler she was helping me land my dream apartment. She stayed in touch and let me know when an apartment came open. Brianna got envolved in the application process keeping in touch with me on a daily basis. In the end Tayler walked me through filling out the application at her work desk. I can’t say enough about how wonderful these ladies are. I look forward to my new home at The Lane at Waterway ❤️
