I was at Legacy for six weeks for temporary living with my daughter. We loved it there. The location and apartment were excellent. The front desk staff super friendly, as were the residents. The dog parks were great (though to those who dont clean up after their dog -- really? - dont be gross). Easy access to highways, shops and activities.

After six weeks now in the Kincaid at Legacy, we are very happy with our choice, not only the property but also the entire team that Chesney Perrozi, the manager, has put in place. Any questions we have are answered quickly and completely, the amenities are easily accessible, and each person has been friendly and willing to help on both large and small requests with a smile. Convenient access to the Shops at Legacy and Legacy West have been a plus. Were sold on our first experience with apartment living here after 42 years of home ownership.

We have lived in other luxury apartment complexes in the area and this is by far the best one. The quality of the apartment and the staff here are amazing. They make it feel like home and we feel like they are a part of our family! The apartments are well built and everything is always kept up well and clean. The other residents are very friendly as well.

Absolutely beautiful here, my husband and I toured and cant wait to become residents. The office staff made us feel welcome and at home Immediately . We ran in to a few of the maintenance staff while on tour and they were so courteous. It has beautiful views and is in a great location. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Best concierge (everyone, but especially Ravonda & Cande) and leasing team out there! Had the pleasure of living here for 5 years and only left because we moved out of state. If you are looking for somewhere new to live, look no further - the Kincaid and its Management team will give you the best living experience possible in Plano!

This is the best apartment rental experience Ive ever had. Everything about this place is amazing , the gym , courtyards , pools , lounge area , coffee , concierge service , parking garage and events . This place feels like home . All the apartments are modern with nice appliances, maintenance was always quick if something needed to be fixed. We enjoyed our time while living here and would recommend it to anyone who wants an elevated apartment life.

UPDATE 6 MONTHS AFTER MOVE-IN:The leasing and mgmt staff are very kind and communicative. The concierges are very helpful... And I get lots of deliveries. Maintenance team if very professional and fast.. Within 12-24 hrs. Well maintained property, great coffee and amenity space and its so quiet in my unit/floor... Good construction like a condo. I love quiet luxury. ❤️🤗This property, from the website and photos sent to me, is exactly what I was looking for in luxury high rises.. In the heart of Plano. The staff, Demmye, John and Tyler ( mgmt) are extremely professional and responsive. I cant wait to call The Kincaid home in a few weeks... And share my move on my social platforms🧳✈️🥰

We live here for over a year and our experience is fantastic. The building and the apartment are very well maintained. The amenities are high end. The service team is wonderful with the same personnel since we moved in. The management and the lobby team are always attentive and polite. We are really enjoying this unique place in Plano. The environment also makes it easy to meet with neighbors and create new friendships.Ringo’s bar just across the street is the perfect neighborhood bar. Restaurants, bars, services, stores and a lovely square are all a few minutes walking distance. PERFECT!

Great place to live! I have been a resident at Kincaid for almost one year. The managers, Tyler and John, are amazing! Tyler and John are always professional, caring and hardworking people. They are always available to help you or to assist you in any way they can. The managers are the face of the apartment complex and Tyler and John have been doing a great job of being true leaders. The maintenance unit, led by Shawn, is absolutely wonderful. They will accommodate your request in the same day. Shawn is an amazing leader for the maintenance unit and I could go on and on about how great he is at his job. The apartment building and the amenities are very well built. It is a great and safe place to live. The Kincaid is in a walking distance to a lot of great shopping stores! I absolutely love Kincaid and enjoy living here every minute! Highly recommend to all!

My wife, 5 year old daughter, and I have been living here for 1 month and we love it here. The front concierge staff is always pleasant and helpful. We love the amenities and the luxury feel. We sold our house in Plano and moved in. We have a great view from one of the top floors and have a wonderful view of the city. I read all of the 1 star reviews and I find it funny that most of those reviews are people that do not even live at The Kincaid. I would highly recommend living here.

Lived here for 2 years (during pandemic) and loved it. I wish I could take this staff everywhere. From maintenance all the way to the top with Tyler, the customer service was incredible and prompt. Concierge service will spoil you and ruin every apartment after. Location is great and both shopping areas has something for everyone (especially a movie theater if you are looking to watch Marvel movies without the crowd). Also having a dog instantly make you and your pup a superstar in this extremely pet friendly environment.Cons:- Its Texas, someone will be speeding in the garage- Dont know who built 20+ floors with two elevators. Most times you will be waiting for an elevator to stop hitting every floor, especially when someone has the freight reserved- Elevators did go out quite frequently. Feel bad for anyone over floor 10- If you live on the sunrise side, get your curtains ready because those morning are HOT

I just moved in today Aug 20th and Im already liking it. Theyve made the move-in process real easy and not only the staff were extremely nice and welcoming, even the neighbors were super nice and friendly. I feel like this community is filled with love and support and its worth every penny! Huge thanks to Demmye who helped me a lot and was very responsive to all of my inquiries. Its only been 1 day but Im already excited to live here!

We have had a very good and smooth experience in shifting our home. we have signed the lease a month back and are pretty happy with all the amenities . The leasing staff especially John is very caring , helpful and friendly . The leasing staff and Concierge are always just a call away. Overall we are 100% satisfied with our choice .

This apartment complex is absolutely stunning. Having been in the industry for several years and having seen every high rise in DFW (no lie, every one), Kincaid is right up there at the top. Plano needed a high rise and this one definitely met all expectations. The leasing staff that runs the place is also the best of the best. The ladies in the office are there for any questions you need answered and are always in the best of moods. Its sometimes hard to find a leasing staff as dedicated and committed as this crew is. Have to brag on my girl Allison too. I have known Allison for several years now and she is by far my favorite leasing agent to work with. She cares about her property and lost importantly, her residents. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and I HIGHLY recommend the staff as well! My clients are going to love your property ladies!

Leasing agents and concierge staff are excellent. Engineers could use some training and development. Move-in condition of the unit could have been better but overall I’m happy with this facility and the team here. Great quality of life, tenant population skews slightly middle-age and higher income, and convenient walking distance to literally everything except a major grocery store and department store which are within quick driving distance. I recommend The Kincaid.

I waited until we had been living here so that I could give a thorough review and I can say with 100% certainty.... we absolutely love it!!!!! Holly was amazing with getting the paperwork ready and answering all our questions. Once we moved in the excellent level of service continued. We appreciate all the management and staff. All are very responsive and service oriented. The views are amazing and we love the quality of the finish out. TLDR: The Kincaid is a well-built, fantastically-run high rise in a fun area.Move In: John (the leasing specialist) is the best leasing professional weve ever met and provides top notch, personal assistance in finding the right home for you. Finishing touches - like walking into our sparkling new apartment and finding a celebratory bottle of wine - really make the move in experience excellent.Day-to-Day: The apartment itself is lovely. Its thoughtfully laid out, filled with natural light and quiet. The views are amazing, too! Residents so far have been respectful and courteous. My favorite part of living here, though, is the concierge team. Andrew, Will, Constance and the rest of the team (and Tyler, the assistant manager!) are always friendly, professional and proactively find ways to help if you need it. Packages, bikes and visitors are a breeze now. And in times like these, its just so nice to see a smiling face in the morning. In the hundreds of residents, they remember me and my dogs names!Maintenance: Our apartment was in near-new condition. The one time we called maintenance for something we thought was urgent - but turned out to be nothing - the maintenance manager himself was at our door within 5 minutes.Area: Legacy East is the quieter side, but I actually love that - its a great, safe area to live in, and Legacy West (constantly pumping with music and restaurants) is an easy walk away. As a millennial couple, its the best of both worlds.I dont know how you build or run a high rise better than this. Im not sure I want to find out.

My wife and I have lived in the Kincaid for 3 years now and so glad we moved here. It was time to downsize and eliminate the constant challenges of home ownership. We were looking for a residence that would allow us to walk to restaurants and shopping, included excellent community spaces, high end kitchens and bathrooms, and expansive fitness facilities. Beautiful well maintained building and units. Minor maintenance issues upon move-in were handled in a few minutes by Shawn. Downstairs Management staff has been terrific. John just handled a job on the computer that wasnt his responsibility, but he did it anyway with a smile.

I just recently moved in to this property and I have nothing but 5 stars for this place. The staff is amazing. Chesney is THE BEST and Shawn (with Maintenance).......could not have hand picked a better person. He is kind and patient and gets things done. The units that have been completed so far is nothing short of amazing. And when this place is finished.....well lets just say Plano needed a high rise like this. Love it!!!!

I have had a wonderful experience so far living at the Kindcaid. Taylor Rogers was my leasing agent and she went out of her way to make the moving experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend her as I was looking for a specific layout and, to accomplish this goal, she kept me constantly informed on unit openings. Having lived in various apartments throughout New York and Dallas, the Kindcaid tops my list in terms of amenities provided and service. I find moving to be an entirely stressful process and Taylor, in addition to the rest of the staff I have encountered, made the experience so much more pleasant and smooth than anticipated. Thank you Taylor and the Kincaid!

The entire Kincaid staff is professional and kind.Our apartment is pure luxury and not to mention the awesome amenities. They thought of everything. We love living at Kincaid!

If living in the building is going to be anything like the tour and communication from the leasing staff then we are going to love moving in. John was the most professional leasing agent we dealt with in looking for a new home moving from Austin. We looked at multiple communities in all areas of Dallas and nothing came close. If you are in the same position, dont waste your time looking and make you first and last stop, the Kincaid at Legacy.

I love it at Kincaid and staff is very nice. Thank you for providing adult supervision and enforcing the rules. I follow the rules and I think everyone else should as well. My only complaint: On Friday evening June 28, a storm filled the 7th floor pool with leaves and debris. Tenants cleaned some of it, but most of it was still there on Sunday night, June 30. The 7th floor mens room toilet was not cleaned between noon Saturday and 6 pm Sunday during the weekend of June 29 - 30.

The community and amenities are top notch. Chelsea and staff are friendly and attentive. The only concern is the noise from Scruffy Duffies, which is not good. It is more of a club than a bar And there is noise (music) and yelling from the customers late into the night.
