My quest for an affordable apartment closer to work initially felt like a series of dead ends. Despite submitting numerous applications, I found that most apartments either didn’t meet my needs, were prohibitively expensive, or rejected my application for the slightest reasons.Then, I came across The Ivy at the Galleria and received a call from Debbie, the manager. From the moment we spoke, Debbie stood out with her kindness and professionalism. She provided all the information I needed over the phone and even took the time to show me the apartment after storm Beryl passed through Houston. Her honesty and thoroughness were a breath of fresh air.Talking to Debbie was a wonderful experience—she genuinely understood my needs and desires in an apartment. Unlike many others, she was willing to give me a chance and approved my application. When she called to inform me that I had secured the apartment, I screamed “Yay!” in joy, and she enthusiastically joined in my celebration.I wholeheartedly recommend The Ivy to anyone seeking an affordable and pleasant apartment with exceptional management. We were looking into multiple apartments in the area and I’ll be honest, we chose this place not only based on how friendly the residents were but because our leasing office manager Debbie is such an amazing energy. You can tell she genuinely wanted to help us and I know the new management just got here but compared to a few of the apartments we checked out, she really won us over. 5 stars ma’am, you deserve a raise! -a happy new tenant

I have been here several years now, and I really love it. Its peaceful and well maintained. They recently installed all new AC systems to every unit as well as new roofs on all buildings. Debbie, the new manager is so nice, helpful, and courteous. Im happy to have her as the new manager!

Ms. Debbie is the sweetest and most understanding management we have had. Ever since she has entered the office everything was turned around. Maintenance orders were completed quickly and communication was on point. Being here for a year I decided to stay another 6 months just off speaking with her about my situations. All her paperwork is to the T! She is there early and stays late when it’s needed and that’s why she is so appreciated. She is what The Ivy needed!

I lived at this property for years. This place is very convenient to major stores and restaurants. New owner has improved the buildings by putting new roof and new AC, this alone reduced my electricity by 25%.Great neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. I still would come back to this property. The reason I moved I got a good deal on a retirement property. Norma is a very nice manager to work with and the owner is a very nice man he makes sure that your concern is taken care of.

Been here for 2 years. Many changes have occurred here I will say these Great apartments they look better than 2 years ago the gym is nice and the pool looks great. I will be renewing new manager is nice person. I highly recommend to lease here.

Debbie did a great job with the application process. She was nice and showed me around the complex answering any questions I had. I’m currently living here and it’s a quiet atmosphere, everyone seems respectful and friendly.

I have been a resident for about 2 years; & I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff & management team for everything all of you have done for me; from my first apartment here to now #81 what I consider my permanent home there are NO WORDS that can truly express just how grateful I am; the death of my sister June 7th & a week later my husband of 31yrs June 14th if this year has been truly DEVASTATING; &no one could have been more gracious & understanding than all of you; I ABSOLUTELY LOVE where I live I feel safe & the area is fantastic ; I will be here as long as all of you will have me! Just renewed going on sixteen yearsLove the new changes new management is making property manager. Miss Mary is awesome and assisted me with my renewal and maintenance. Staff is getting better. I hope they keep up the great work.

They are working very hard in renovating the complex to make it a luxurious living place.RecentlyI i submitted a ticket online on their website for a non working microwave ,the next day they replaced it with a new one.

I’ve lived at the Ivy previously The Gallery for years and finally with the new management company things are getting done. They’ve put a play ground, re done the parking lot and they’ve painted the building. Can’t wait to see all the great changes they make here. Mary in the office is wonderful as well :)

Having live here for years now. We are excited to see the changes in the complex. Turn the Ivy at the Galleria into a place you would like to call home. Play ground, gym, resting area for family to spend time together outside. Excited to hear about the coming attractions. Stop by and see the difference for yourself.
