    Let me just say Ashley is phenomenal if it wasn’t for Ashley being here on the day we came to see the apartment complex and we were still dealing with the previous manager we would not be 2 months in already leaving here. We love it here!!! Every time we have family or friends visit they always compliment us saying it’s so clean and pretty here. Thank you Ashley for being so amazing and welcoming to my family and I.

    My brother and I been living here for five years now we needed to update the apartment to larger apartment. The renovations was worth waiting for now. We’re in a two bed two bath and living comfortably, and I hope to see another five years. The management’s has changed tremendously. We have new great maintenance. The residents are saying that they are very pleased with their apartment.. Thank you staff for your hard work.

    My family & I have resided at the complex for 2 years, we have built a friendly relationship with all different staff that has been changing since we moved in, my favorite was Fatima very friendly, professional & helpful in any way. With all the new renovations since The Henry took over has been great to experience with all the new luxury, the new apps system with all the extra services we can pay to have at our home, the new parcel mail service keeps all packages safe, I like the new changes it keeps the area to be notified that civil people live here, no place is perfect to live, you make your home how you keep it clean yourself, appreciate & work hard for your home is the most happy & greatest investment!! If people had all worked individually to not bring roaches to the complex maybe the roaches wouldnt had built a village travel through the walls spreading all over the complex, of course its out of control over the years but there is a solution Im sure in no time The Henry will clean this place out with all the renovations alongside.Hopefully we all work together in making The Henry a peaceful place to live for everyones sake & children and pets.Remember you make your home sweet home how much you put work & love for it .Yolanda the new manager is a very sweet, respectful & easy to speak to in regards anything you may need help with. Its how you are as a person you will receive the respect in return.I am extremely happy with our place and the new renovations 😍Btw the pool is so relaxing 😎

    We moved to the property a little over a year ago. We were not planning to renew because the management was next to non-existent and the property looked awful. It was embarrassing to invite people to visit. Once Jessica started and hired new office help and maintenance it was like night and day. She has taken the time to meet with us and listen and has made every effort to resolve our issues. She has done so much to make the property better and to make us feel proud to call Fountains our home.

    We have lived here for 3 months and Jessica and Fatima are just amazing. We had issues with our hot water heater and it was a very stressful situation but these 2 ladies were outstanding. Ricardo did his job to the fullest and was so understanding about the situation. You have to be patient because all business get overwhelmed at times. We love living here and already talking about renewing our lease.

    Fatima was absolutely amazing and patient with helping me with the entire move on process. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. The day I moved in she made she the entire apartment was spotless clean and stayed on top of the contractors and maintenance to get whatever little discrepancies I did happen to find.     When we first moved in I wanted to move out immediately. The pool was nasty and the never mowed the lawn. As a kid you would want to go outside and go swimming but you couldn’t because the pool was always dirty and the grass was too high. But once Ms. Jessica became manager she turned it around. Now I love it here and I can call it home with a smile on my face. If I could rate it higher I could.

    Moving here has been an easy and fast process. There are good specials and the location is great to get onto the freeway right away. The complex is always nice and clean. Whenever we have needed something fixed, it gets done right away. My young son has plenty of friends to play with here. We enjoy that we can just walk over to Seabourne Creek and not use our car to leave and come back. The update on the apartments are very nice and modern. We enjoy living here.

    My experience at Fountains at Rosenberg has been great! I have been here for over a years and not once have I’ve considered moving out of my apartment here. I love the convenience of the stores nearby.     I visited the Fountains of Rosenberg with my cousin Brianna who is looking for an apartment. Vanessa, the leasing office manager, was impeccable!     Wow! Is all I can say! My name is Stephanie Crawford and I am relocating from Florida. I had a list of properties that I was interested in. When I say at that very moment, what had been an experience I was ready to give up on, changed immediately. Fatima made me feel comfortable!     This has been one of the better property’s Ive been to for the price it’s very chilled and laid back. I love the office staff because they go out of the way to help you out when you need stuff done. I would recommend this property to who ever is looking for quit place with great access to HWY 59 north or south !!!     Fountains of Rosenberg Apartments has been home to me for 2 wonderful years. I love their floor plan options. I was able to get a 2 bedroom 2 bath and opt out of a balcony for bigger bedroom space. This was perfect for my family, especially during COVID when we had to have a full office setup right there in the bedroom with a complete kingsize bedroom set plus a crib. Ashley, Vanessa and Herna were so polite and always helpful. Ashley and Vanessa ensured we had a safe kid friendly environment and Herna took care of the repairs when needed, these 3 have been professional and treated us like family. I enjoyed my time here and didn’t have any issues staying here.

However we were greeted promptly with a smile as soon as we walked in, We were offered a beverage while we waited.     My name is Nachanda I love it ,Mary the apartment agent was great Very nice and contagious attitude. I love the way she made sure I was ok wish me nice day at work when I see her always a smile on her face even when she sick. I just moved in on the 1st of the month and I love it peaceful no noise neighbor speak and wave so polite everytime I go in the office I ask for Mary because she treat me like a human and not a person that is bringing rent money orders. I have not seen her for a couple days last Week I was hoping she didnt leave like Kim because Kim was a little rude and rushed me office like I was Mary problem when I went to ask for a mailbox key but Mary got it handled for me I so love the complex and the staff well one so far which is Mary keep up the great job making everyone feel like familyP.S there pool is clean and gorgeous cant wait until summer time.I love my new home thanks again Mary if you ever see this Im shy cant say it in her face so I hope she reads this one day

Valet trash is horrible and a waste of $25.00 a month since they rarely picked up trash, but overall my time here was peaceful!

    We are an elderly couple first time living in apartments an over all have had a great experience with the office staff always resolve any questions we have. Have even referred to family and they have also occupied and living here. I would recommend.

    I just moved in I love my place it’s quiet in very peaceful even before I moved here I came at night in it was so quiet & peaceful that’s when I made up my mind to move here I made the best decision moving here my kids love it the maintenance guy Ricardo was very nice in helpful he is awesome everyone is great with positive attitudes

    Been here bout 4 years and seen alot of people come through here. Had some neighbors I didnt want to have. Probably would have given a 2 stars last year. But its getting better. Have some good neighbors to hang with. Seen some improvements. Almost 5 stars but no place is perfect.

    Hello I have lived at the Fountains of Rosenberg for a year as of August 3rd 2018 my Fiancé and I really like the staff here. Very kind friendly & caring lady’s.Maintenance Herman is very quick to get something fix when work orders are placed. Herman is very kind & friendly always stops to say hello or waves at you as you pass by.Couldn’t ask for better customer service care here at the fountains.we chose the Fountains of Rosenberg because of theMiles to Richards work in kendleton Tx is only 18 to 20 minutes drive for him. I moved from San Antonio Tx 3rd of August 2018 to Rosenberg it was not easy leaving SA Tx I flowed my hart prayed and we found a place to live & call home on the 3rd of August and moved in that same day.Thanks for welcoming us to The fountains of Rosenberg.
