I’ve had the pleasure of serving the residents at Henry at Ranch Stone through my business, and I have to say, this community is incredible! The residents are friendly and welcoming, and the management team is professional and a pleasure to work with. Ms. Maria radiates such positive energy! She has a calm and welcoming presence that makes everyone feel at ease. The community itself is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is vibrant. I highly recommend Henry at Ranch Stone for anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with a strong sense of community! If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the place !

After visiting the community and speaking with residents, it’s clear that the new management has made a huge positive impact. Residents mentioned a noticeable improvement in the quality of life, with one person saying they’ve lived there for 12 years and are finally enjoying fun, engaging activities . My experience was pleasant, with professional staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The residents really appreciate the new management and the positive changes it has brought. The property was well maintained. I highly recommend living here.

Moving to Houston, I wasnt sure what to expect and had a little trepidation. However, the staff at Westbrook has certainly made me feel like this is my home. Even though the apartment complex is located next to a very busy intersection, the apartment complex itself is very quiet. You hear very little road noise except when there are emergency vehicles. Most of the residents are respectful and also quiet.Lily and Maria in the office are truly fantastic! They go above and beyond in their service to the residents. The maintenance staff is also top-notch. Most of my maintenance request have been completed within 24 hours.The apartment itself is a little dated, with older appliances. But everything works just fine. My only complaint is that I wish my bathroom counter was a lighter color. I have dark hair, and trying to clean my hair out of the sink is difficult, as I cant see it. LOL

So far so good. I love how timely maintenance is with responding to requests. The attitude of the women in the leasing office is so welcoming and reassuring. They are very considerate and understanding, they will help you in any way they can. Never had such a smooth application and move in process like I have when I applied here. The units are spacious and beautiful and the washer and dryer being included is a plus! Even having the option to upgrade my appliances is a plus. The community is quiet and respectful. Would recommend to most.

I have been living here for almost two years. I love it here. Its a small and quiet community, and i feel safe. The office staff from Maria the property manager and Iris the leasing consultant are amazing, if you have any issues theyre quick to respond. Maintenance crew Fabio and Jose are amazing too.When you put a request for service, they will take care of it the same day. I cant say enough.My lease will be up in October and i am planning on renew it.You wont regret it leasing in this amazing and safe community.So far its the best apartment complex i have ever lived in.Great job to the office staff and maintenance.

I have been here about 5 months, my apartment has beautiful natural light and it’s such a good location for everything being walking distance or drive since this is houston. Maintenance and staff are always reliable and responsive to help you. Some of the most kind and caring managers and staff, they work with you if you are first time renter and can show reliable income. Overall it’s been a great experience and perfect affordable place and location.

Great community! Ive lived here for two years and Im definitely going to renew. The apartment complex is very quiet and clean. The apartment itself has been updated and its a really great deal for the amount of space youre get. Most of my neighbors have lived here for over 5 years and I see why. Management is great. Maria and Jazmine in the leasing office are always so quick and helpful. Quick 5 minute drive to 290 and 25 minute drive to downtown. Perfect location!

This apartment community is the best one we have experienced in Houston. The ladies at the leasing office and the maintenance crew always have a smile on their face and always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The fact that people have been staying here for such a long time and calling this place home, should say something about the quality of an experience you get when staying here. We have no complaints whatsoever. This is truly a hidden gem of an apartment complex!

I have been living at Westbrook a very long time... 10 yrs plus a few. .. and while that should be review enough, I feel the need to elaborate after reading previous reviews. Do things break? Yes of course. Does maintenance always show in a timely fashion and resolve the issue? Always! Fabio and Jose are outstanding and I trust them implicitly while in my home. I have also seen many managers come and go and most have been great. But presently we have Maria and she is always a gem who handles anything and everything I may need. And she is always patient no matter how many times I may annoy her with my problems. I also cannot say enough great things about the newest office staff member, Jasmine. She is an oustanding addition who is also always ready to help. I highly recommend Westbrook for anyone looking to live in a community that truly cares about the needs and safety of their residents.

I DON’T KNOW WHY SOMEONE WOULD........ leave this apartment community. The front office staff, Maria and Jasmine, are awesome!!!!! They have been caring and full of great hospitality since the very beginning. If there is anything you need they will be there to the rescue like a super hero. Everything that you may need is in a close proximity to the apartment complex. The maintenance workers are always pleasant and hard working. If you are looking for a cozy, quite, and safe complex then this is definitely the place to be.

*A TRUE GEM*This has been my favorite apartment that I’ve lived in. The property is so lovely, very pretty units, and clean grounds. Fabio and the other maintenance men are so sweet, hard working, and not to mention prompt! Maria and Jazmine at the office are wonderful. Quiet neighbors.Truly pet friendly place!My only complaint would be the parking situation (Usually overcrowded) but garages are affordable.Sadly I had to move but it was nothing against Westbrook! I miss living here! Definitely recommend :)

I have lived at this apartment complex for about 3 years and I have never ever had an issue. I recently upgraded to a new apartment unit, and Jazmine and Maria made it so easy. You guys are the best and so easy to talk to. Maintenance is great they came in a timing manner. Keep up the awesome work!!!!

Me and my boyfriend just moved in and our experience has been super. smooth and very welcoming. Maria and Pete in the front office have been more than helpful!Also, you get so much bang for your buck. Our apartment is double the size of what we were looking at previously and this area is super nice and safe as well.

This is a excellent place to live.I have been living here with my wife for past 4 months .It is a gated community and safe. Parking space is kind of tight but its not that bad.I have two cars and still able to find a parking spot.New management is better than the prior one and they do resolve maintenance issues quickly.Kroger,Food town and HEB is on walking distance and the tenants are very respectful to each other.

Hands down the best apartment complex I lived in while in Houston. I feel terrible on how i had to leave but i have nothing but great words for the staff, maintenance and my apartment. I had a family emergency (and loss of job) that made me have to move back home to Philadelphia. I allowed a son of a coworker (bad idea) stay until the lease was up. He decided to trash the apartment and skip out of not paying the last month rent. I did come and clean up to the best of my ability and the staff worked wit me a much as they could. Unfortunately I could not afford to pay the last month rent and now its on my credit. Thats all my fault. If I could do it all over i would in a heartbeat. I truly miss my little apartment and everything that came with it. I am sorry on how things ended.

The new leasing agent is awesome. Very helpful and always available! These apartments are tucked away in a nice area where everything you need is in close proximity. The units are spacious, up to date, and are being improved weekly.

Well Ive been here almost a full year and I must say I love it here the manager is straight forward and helpful. Maintenance is quick to fix or repair problems. Small quite on site courtesy officer that actually walks around. About the only down fall I have here is parking spaces are small/ tight but I got covered parking for this reason. Although parking spots are lol tight most people seem to pretty much park in same places. Thinking of possibly moving but not because we dont like it here , I can safely say I recommend this complex to anyone.

Proud to call Westbrook Home for 3 years. Although Im leaving, its certainly not due to anything related to the property or its amazing leasing and maintenance staff. Let me sing their praises for a moment. My dear Maria and Jazmine, what can I say about you two? Youve often been my ear after difficult work days (in meltdown mode), even while in the midst of having your own overwhelmingly hard days. Youve always resolved any concerns I presented (some outside of the norm) and came through to enhance my apartments conditions. Youve been consistent with youre customer service and Can Do attitudes. The list goes on and on but more than the list...youre all just wonderful ladies and gentlemen. To my Westbrook Family: Maria, Jazmine, Fabio and Jose, I will miss you all. Stay Well, Safe and Blessed.

I have lived here going on 4 years. In over 20 years of apartment living in Houston , it is the best one I have lived in. The staff are helpful and professional. The maintenance go above and beyond to ensure the service is done. simply put a great home to have.

Except the fact that my car got towed the first night. Apparently 70% of parking is reserved for paid parking. This was not told/offered to me at the signing of the lease. I had to pay $250 to get my car back but even that was a challenge because the office staff didnt know who THEY HAD CALLED to tow it. I also had a parking sticker. They could have left a warning or something on the car before towing it. Real nice way to say Welcome Home (now go find your car)

I haven’t been here long enough but what I can see so far is this place is Beautiful, quite, clean, feels safe, absolutely love it here, and the office personnel is amazing they are nice courteous helpful and so profesional. Parking may be a lil bit of a challenge but not a big deal if you can get an inexpensive cover parking spot. Or a parking garage.
