I lived in this community for four years while completing my PhD. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. Its a quiet and convenient place to live. Although the management changed a few times during my stay, and the service had its ups and downs, I’m ultimately satisfied with the staff. Maintenance was always responsive and timely. One standout feature is that the electricity never went out during the past severe thunderstorms, floods, or snowstorms. Ill carry with me all the memories, both happy and sad, from my time here as I move forward.

Dont choose this place. They will ask for the money you dont even owe.I gave the property management company the required 61 days notice before moving out, as they instructed me to notify them two months in advance. However, they still charged me a fee, claiming I didnt provide enough notice. Despite this, I remained patient and tried to resolve the issue with them on four separate occasions.Each time, they would send an email requesting payment of the remaining balance, but when I replied, I never received a response. After several months, they would send another email asking for the same balance, and again, no one responded when I replied. I’m certain I was emailing Amira Robinson Lewis, not a no-reply address. Eventually, they sent my account to collections for a charge that wasn’t even valid in the first place.

Ive only lived here short of a month but I absolutely love it here! Ive found it to be very quiet and I feel very at home here! I absolutely love the office staff, namely Isabel. She is absolutely amazing! She is so very friendly, kind, and helpful. Very professional yet down to earth and easy to talk to and laugh with.I love calling The Grove my new home!

4.⭐️ It would be a 5 ⭐️ review, but after living here over 2 years now, I have seen no less than 3 major management staff changes. Along with the new faces comes new personalities. Currently, our on premises manager, Isabel, is fantastic! Very easy to talk to, understanding, yet able to handle the harder/tougher issues with professionalism & kindness. I appreciate having Isabel around, she has been doing a great job from where I sit, and I feel has opened up those lines of communication so everyone feels comfortable discussing difficult situations or sharing funny stories! Thank you Isabel.NEEDS IMPROVEMENT:1. ALL pet owners/walkers need to pick up their pets poop.2. All children in ALL commons areas need adult supervision present. The damage to the pool area is DISGUSTING. Yes, I have witnessed kids doing this.3. ALL PETS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE ON A LEASH.Thanks to Grove staff, all of you are making our residence safer & friendlier.

This is where I call home. Is it perfect No. Is it changing and improving? Yes. I have seen a lot of good changes in this apartment complex and continue to have improved interactions with the staff. Thank you guys! I’m sure you don’t hear that enough, but you are appreciated….that includes maintenance & ready made crew!

First let me say I gave this a 5 star so that it would be seen.My fiance and our room mate have lived here for about 2 years now. At first things were great and then things changed. We have put in multiple work orders for our AC because it keeps freezing and is always hot and they never seem to fix it. I had someone come out yesterday to fix it and today it is frozen again. We have also put in work orders to get our bathrooms fixed because the paint is peeling off the tubs and they lost the work order. They waited until a week before a deadline is due to let us know that we missed the dead line. They are so unorganized it is sad. I will never recommend these apartments to any one. They are over priced for the size that they are and management is rude and disrespectful to attendants. Do not wast your time or money!!.

I have lived hear for 2 years now and really enjoyed living here. I enjoy visiting with the current girls in the office they are so upbeat and always very friendly. The maintenance staff has really improved over the last year and repairs are done quickly and efficiently. It’s a quite family atmosphere with some college students but the quite ones!!

We haven’t moved in yet, but in a few weeks we will! We have been super impressed with the management company. They have always been quick to answer our questions in a timely manner and have helped us make sure everything’s in order for our move! We cannot wait to move to Texas and our new home!

Our experience with Renaissance Park Apartments has been fantastic. The office staff are always professional and helpful. Also have to give a 5 out of 5 to the maintenance members. They keep the apartment complex looking clean. The roads/parking lots are always clear of debris and maintain the garbage bin locations nicely (bulky items tend to appear at the base of the bins regardless of where they are at but they keep it clean). The pool is gated and is neat and orderly and the water is always clear.Maintenance requests are attended too promptly. Alot of the time within 1 business day depending if the request was sent it late in the day or not. The buildings themselves are bit older have been remodeled nicely.A special circumstance I need to call attention to is the above and beyond service provided that they legally didnt have to do. We were expecting our second son this past spring and it has been extremely rough. Our son was diagnosed in the womb with an omphalocele where the intestines protrude out into the amniotic fluid through a defect in the abdominal wall. Shortening the story a bit, my wife had to be careflighted to Temple for an emergency c-section to save the baby. They saved the baby and both are doing great. During this time, our lease was expiring. They allowed us to continue paying month to month basis after the lease expired and I cant describe the relief it was to us that no matter what we were dealing with in Temple we had a home to come back to in College station. They have been amazing.

Beautiful cozy apartments!! Maintenance is really amazing at what they do!! Especially Mr. David he knows exactly what he does!! Also the staff is amazing! Quiet around here thats great, also be aware that whatever bad reviews was in the past. Now they have great people and great neighbors to live with.

We had Laura Miller the leasing consultant helping us out. We were able to tour the place before and sit down and talk about pricing. Laura was very on top of making sure we had all the information that we needed and was able to answer all the questions we might have had. Highly recommended this place to anyone that wants a good price and apartments that are on top of there game!

I gave it five stars so people will read!!! But the young lady that showed me the property didn’t show the whole properties amenities, when I got into the conversation about pet rent, another lady interrupted and got defensive... even if I’m wrong about what it goes too, as a potential resident, manager nor office personnel should lack in ability against adversity... nor argue with guests...I wouldn’t recommend anyone here if you can choose where you live!

Very good indeed, I like it a lot. And the treatment and service of very good quality. Very good atmosphere, the neighbors are very friendly. If I could live here for the rest of my life, I would live it without thinking about it.
