Since the flats has new owners and management the issues I was having with the plumbing has finally been resolved. Theresa the apartment manager is a great person . She will go above and beyond to help you because she cares about the residents. Thanks your help

This place has really turned around since the new manager Teresa arrived, we had so many problems before with getting things fixed, but her new maintenance crew are freaking awesome and the manager actually walks the property and takes the time out of her busy day to talk to us and address any concerns right away

Im proud to call the flats my new home! They have great management and hard working maintenance. I couldnt be happier with my stay its very quiet at night and we have nice neighbors. If you looking for a great place to call home the flats is where u need to go!

It has gotten way better. Ive been here 2 years, stuff gets fixed now. Its quiet, fairly clean. Only real complaint is the laundry room is disgusting. The tenants that use the laundry room here need to clean up after themselves and watch what there kids are doing.

When new management and maintenance came in everything just took a whole 360, things began to get fixed faster, the grounds became cleaner, the staff became friendlier and more helpfu! Just overall the apartment in whole is a great place to live. We are family here

The new management was truly a blessing with the process of moving in it was a speedy response and a speedy move in I love my new apartment the staff that is very friendly and nice and concerning and they are doing their best to try to strive and make this community feel like home I just moved in and out I already feel like Im at home continue you guys great work it is wonderful and pleasant to have understanding people

I feel clare is really cleaning up the complex and it feels more like a safer complex I just moved in last year and now it feels more like a home now keep up the good work and keep making the property better

Since new management came the place has been looking better, I really like that fact that they covered our windows and repainted the whole place.. I like the staff management because shes very helpful and understanding.. She tries to work on your needs right then and there, unlike when I first moved in and my bathroom water wasnt working properly and once I told new management, it was like I moved into a new place all over again..

Am resident here and its use to be bad but the new manager is cleaning it up she very helpful thanks to having the hours much better and she help with all the problems some people dont like she is working hard to try and get the property up and right now she here i would rent there any time

At first I had my doubts but surprisingly it is a very quiet place, the manager speaks Spanish and they serve quickly, for the people we work with it is a good place since there are more things nearby and it also already had a refrigerator and stove which made me unemployed like you cant imagine. Yes, I recommend it and the truth is that even on the weekends I have a good time because I have never even had problems with the neighbors so I have always been able to rest peacefully.

Excellent apartment, nice Spanish administrator and they solve problems with the apartment quickly. quiet place without problems with neighbors.
