Very well managed by Jackie and Jaiden, always very respondent to concerns. Maintenance team is awesome, always helps out whenever I need it. Been here for 2 years now and never had a problem. Awesome pool, very clean and well kept. Unlike other apartments, cleaning staff is very on top of things. Gym is also really nice and convenient to have when I dont want to work out on campus. Great place 10/10 recommend.

Once again I am amazed by the amazing quality of service at The Enclave. Jaeden, Kolton, and Corbin were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the process of finding the best option for my lease next year. Going on year 3, I cannot say enough good things about the team or the complex. The amenities are great and the price is the best youll find around the area (especially for the quality of the apartments.) Shoutout to maintenance and the great work they do!

Love this place!When my daughter decided to move to Texas in December 2023 (a plane ride away from family and friends), we scheduled a visit to see a handful of apartments. After our visit, she decided that she really felt comfortable with The Enclave. Not only is it a beautiful facility with a great pool and gym, the people we met were so warm and welcoming. One person really stands out, Jaeden! He was so helpful with the application process and always available via phone or email to answer any questions we had.Now that she has been living there for over half a year, we know she made the right decision. I was concerned with her living on the first floor (alone), but there has never been any issue. She loves her place and we both are so appreciative to know Jaeden and the staff. The Enclave staff are always willing to go out of there way to ensure that the tenants needs are met. I would highly recommend The Enclave to anyone wanting a great place to live! Check it out and say “hi” to Jaeden!

I have lived at the Enclave for almost a year (in a single bedroom apartment) and I think it is one of the most decent ones student housing. The location is good and maintenance are reasonably responsive. The customer service could be much better in terms of being more kind and welcoming in the leasing office. However, Jaden is super kind and will do his best to assist you. My complains are that the utilities and services is one of the most expensive ones. The electricity here is super high compared to other housing complex and that could improve considering that this is a housing complex for students. Additionally, they need to improve on terms of pest control. Since I got here, without even sleeping in my apartment I have been dealing with roaches issues.I used to lived in another place and I did not faced this issue due to the fact that pest control was a major concern. For the price that I am paying, that is one of the highest rents in the whole CS housing community, I believe that the staff (not the maintenance workers, they are nice and so kind) could be less intimidating and welcoming. Also, they could try putting individual meters in the apartment in order for the ones that truly care about energy saving, does not have to pay for the ones that does not care about their pockets and the environment and of course, the pest control.

Immediately after my son moved in, he said he wants to stay in the apartment until he graduates from college, and I agreed with him since it is the best apartment that he has lived in. I wanted him to have covered parking, and I appreciated the staff for accommodating him on the day of move in. I’m glad that he is satisfied with his apartment, so he can focus on his education. The staff was very pleasant and helpful😊

Ive been living in The Enclave for over a year now, and I can confidently say its been one of the best renting experiences Ive ever had. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating. Whether its the property management team or the maintenance staff, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of.One of the standout features of The Enclave is the promptness with which maintenance orders are handled. Whenever Ive had an issue in my apartment, whether its a leaky faucet or a malfunctioning appliance, the maintenance team has responded swiftly and efficiently. Its clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents.The amenities at The Enclave are fantastic as well. From the well-maintained pool and fitness center to the beautifully landscaped grounds, theres always something to enjoy. And lets not forget about the location – being within walking distance of both a bus stop and an HEB makes life incredibly convenient. Whether I need to run errands or get to class, everything I need is close.One thing that sets The Enclave apart from other apartment complexes in the area is the guest parking situation. Unlike many other places where guest parking is limited or non-existent, The Enclave offers ample guest parking spaces, making it easy for friends and family to visit without having to worry about finding a spot.Overall, I couldnt be happier with my decision to rent here. Between the attentive staff, fantastic amenities, and unbeatable location, it truly offers the best of apartment living in CSTAT.

I have been a resident at the Enclave apartments for 2 years during my time in college. I have never had a bad experience except one instance with another resident which the staff handled very respectfully and efficiently. The staff was always kind and helpful, I feel as I always respected their rules. They put on different themed events in the office through out the months and give out free refreshments to keep their residents engaged! Overall great experience with maintenance and staff! Thank you for being so accommodating!

Ive had the best time at The Enclave. Management, team/staff, maintenance, and specifically Jaeden, have been so helpful and welcoming. Ive never had an issue with this community, and it feels like home, especially because I can furnish it to my liking! AWESOME LOCATION, LITERALLY THE BEST IN TOWN. You will not get a location better than this, I swear! I recommend this property to everyone who is looking for housing in the College Station/Bryan area.

My daughter rented an apartment here for a year; I co-signed. The apartments are a bit dated, but my experience with the management is fantastic. They bend over backwards to try to help in any way they can, and they were very fair on checkout about assessing the right charges for the use of the apartment. In particular, I had very good experienced with Jaeden Yurk, helping me work through several issues; he even helped me move furniture once when needed. I think the on site management really works for the tenants.If you want a high tech new apartment, this may not be the place. But hassle free living? Tough to beat this place.

I have lived at the Enclave for 5 years (the first two years in a two-bedroom apt with a roommate, the remainder in a single bedroom apt); I think it is a good place to live. The location is stellar, and management/maintenance are reasonably responsive. The recent renovations to the gym and the addition of a basketball court are also nice touches. My only complaint is with security; while maintenance of the entry gates has gotten much better since I first lived here, it would be nice if there were hidden cameras at the entry points. With crime (such as car tire theft) targeting more College Station apartment residents, this may be necessary to prevent repeat offenders.

I have lived at the Enclave for about a year and a half and have had a great experience! I moved three hours away from home and the Enclave was the perfect transition into my first apartment. I did roommate matching and was a little nervous about it at first, but Maria did a really great job matching us based on our preferences. The office staff has always been very welcoming and able to answer any questions Ive had. If I ever have any work orders the maintenance crew has always taken care of them the day I put them in. They even helped my roommate put all of her furniture together when it was delivered. Altogether the Enclave has been a great environment to live in!

I would give 7 or 8 stars if I can. I have lived there for almost 2 years and I enjoyed every day there. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The pool area is fantastic that all of my friends who visited me kept telling me how my place is very nice and they enjoyed coming over for a barbecue party. The people there are very nice and diverse and what I liked about this compound is that they celebrate their diverse community by offering international dinner each week so you can meet people and make friends. The management team is very professional, nice, and responsive. Austin and Maria made thinks very easy for me whenever I needed their help and I really would like to thank them for the nice work and service they provide. Daryl the maintenance guy is the best maintenance guy that I have ever dealt with, he is very nice and would respond quickly for any maintenance request. He even helped me to move my stuff when I moved and this is one of the good things to live at the Enclave that you always can find people who help you to make your life easier. Finally I would like to tell that I moved because I got a job in other city, otherwise I would stay there for a longer time.

I have enjoyed my time at the Enclave SO MUCH! I spent almost a year at this complex. The pool area is kept clean and is usually quiet. The tanning bed and work out area are the same, very calm and kept tidy by staff. The apartments have good space (I live in a 2x2) for the price in this area, especially by HEB, Target, the bus stop, Starbucks, etc. The staff is absolutely incredible also. Natalie and Austin are always quick to help with any issue that I have had! I would recommend to anyone!

I moved into the Enclave sight unseen and I was a bit nervous, but it absolutely exceeded expectations. Everyone at the leasing office is incredibly friendly and super helpful. The maintenance staff is fantastic, great people, and are very timely and do work orders often the next day. All maintenance is done well and looks professional.I had a 2bed 2bath deluxe and the space was great. The closets are huge that they also work as suitable storage. Ive gotten numerous comments on how big the bathroom is relative to other CStat apartments. The only downsides are limited prep space and no pantry in the kitchen, but if you bring a wire shelf unit, youll be fine.The pool area is always very well kept and has a great new grill area that is perfect for events or just grilling for dinner. Another perk is being so close to HEB. Also the TAMU bus 27 picks up right across the street, no walking a couple blocks to get picked up by the bus.My advice is to be nice to the leasing office and maintenance staff and they will be sure to make you feel right at home. My reason for leaving is primarily to have a fenced in yard for my dog. I would absolutely recommend the Enclave to anyone looked for an unfurnished apartment in college station.

Every staff here is really warm-hearted. One time, i have already registered a wrong size of apartment. However, everything became easy when i sent emails to Austin who is a really kind manager in The Enclave. He taught me how to withdraw step by step with patience. Finally i registered my favorite kind of my apartment. The environment here is good. It contains a gym, a swimming pool which is not big but really clean as the water in the swimming pool is circular . When i moved in the apartment i chose, everything were in good condition.

I have lived at the Enclave since January and have continually been impressed by the leasing and maintenance staff. Despite a few bumps in the road when I moved in, the staff made up for it and more. The apartment is a nice layout and a comfortable size. The community amenities are also a huge plus because everything is kept clean. I also really love the location since its very close to the essentials. I will say my rating is mainly for the staff being so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this complex to prospective renters.

Nice, little bit expensive, front office staffs were slowThis apartment is good. They have plenty parking space so you wouldnt find a day when you cannot find one, even for your guests (if you throw a party). The floor plan is nice, my floor is very large I think, compared to most of apartments around us. Its clean, and smell fine, because some place smell so old and humid and I hate that. The maintenance when I lived there (2019-2020) was very responsive. I had a leaking problem once at the weekend night and the guy came to fix it. The ground and landscape are pretty and neat, they keep it very well. The pool is great. My only complain would be the employees in the office. Honestly, they all are very nice persons, like friendly and look very helpful. But for some reason they didnt really do their job, I experience several. Once, my parking spot (the one with roof) was taken by someone else, I came to complain to the office. One guy he will take care of it and leave a note to the other guy, but next day i came he said the same thing. Next day I came again, the other guy said he didnt know anything, so he took a note again. The next day I came they were all there and they said I have to talk to the lady (shes new I forgot her name). She finally took care of my problem thou... but it took me four visits... In general I will say the front office people were not the best of all. Especially because most of them were new. But the rest, I really enjoy it. I moved out because its too pricey.

Lived here for 5 years. Will give it to you straight. There are positives and negatives to this place. I love living on the first floor because it has hardwood floors and it is very nice. Places are generally clean upon move in. Each apartment can be different. There are multiple apartments in this complex, try to live away from the pool because it can be loud there. I lived in the back and it was nice. Maintenance was wonderful. I always write if I have something that is broken and they always came within one day or two to fix it. One time the water heater was leaking and they even replaced it. Cons you should know about: My apartment was broken into during my first year here. Left the window open and someone broke the screen and stole my friends stuff. If you have a nice tv/computer make sure to close the blinds if you live on the first floor - or live on the top floor. just fyi. There is a gate but its not always closed. I caught someone attempting to break into my other apartment on Nov of 2015. Scary and I wouldnt recommend living on the ground floor if you live alone. The area is generally safe but I have been unlucky. Just giving honest opinion. I dont feel that the complex is terribly unsafe. Honestly, its pretty nice. Pool and hot tub are great. Gym is terrible. Needs an update. Management was reasonable with me. Definitely improved once Horizon took over. I would recommend this place because it is close to everything and is easy to take the bus to Texas A&M. I would live here another year for sure.

Location, location, and SO MUCH MORE! The Enclave is such an awesome place to live. The location is perfect. I can walk to the HEB because its just right across the street! The office staff goes above and beyond. The office staff doesnt just make it feel like home they MAKE IT YOUR HOME by greeting you and helping you with absolutely anything you could ever ask for (They even help with homework if you ask nicely). The apartments are incredible too. Maintenance makes an apartment complex and the maintenance staff is the friendliest and take huge pride of their work. My complete experience with The Enclave is the greatest and I cant wait to live here next year!

I LOVE The Enclave! I have lived here since June and already renewed to stay here again next year! The office staff is so friendly and always makes me feel right at home when Im in the office. As a grad student, the location is perfect because its close to campus and all the best study spots, but theres also 2 study rooms on property so I dont have to leave if I dont want too. My favorite thing is the pool though, I practically live out there when the weather is nice. I was really nervous to move to College Station but having a wonderful place to call home has made the transition so much easier! Sure Ive had some maintenance stuff here and there- but they always take care off my work orders within a day, if not within the hour. Overall its a wonderful place to live and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter environment, but still with the benefits of student housing.

I recently visited the enclave for a tour. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. They informed me on the different options that were available to me and answered my many many questions without hesitation. During the tour I was informed of specials and accommodations. The apartments are beautiful. One of my favorite parts was the pool. Absolutely gorgeous. Overall I really liked the apartments!

I lived in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment here for a year. The staff here has been super polite and helpful with any questions or problems that have come up. (which there hasnt been many at all). Perfect location for a student at Texas A&M with the bus route right outside. Maintenance here is very fast as well! Definitely recommend living here!

Just wanted to give an update since the lease is ending. This was my daughters first year off at college and she felt very safe here and I felt it was as well which was one of the main things I was looking for when leaving my daughter on her own for the first time. Her roommate is moving out and we did not want to do the roommate match and she was asked to room with some of her friends elsewhere. This is the only reason we are leaving. I still recommend it to those I know who are looking and will come back here if things dont work out. Any maintance issue turned in was fixed within 24 to 48 hrs.The apartment was taken care of pretty well and we had no issues or horror stories upon moving out. I know people dont take the time when things are good to post but we all do when they are bad. I justed wanted to take the time to help those that are in the same position I was when apartment hunting for your first time college kid. You read the nightmare reviews and scares the crap out of you. If you visited here before Feb. of 2014 and did not like the experience with the manager then you have to give it another try as new management took over. Savanah took over as manager around Feb. and this was a big change in a good way from the previous one. She is very helpful and approachable. You can tell by the office personell that she is a welcome change to work for. Taking my review from 4 stars to 5.The apartment complex overall is in good shape and its location is next door to a HEB (with gas pumps) and Target which is convenient. So far I have not seen any issues with the Wi-Fi being too slow. We chose the bigger floor plan of the 2 bedrooms and there is a lot of space. We did have a few maintenance issues when we arrived. Mason and Kasey were very helpful in answering our questions and concerns during the weekend. Then on Monday the manager, Sharon, made sure the issues were getting resolved. She gave me great confidence that these items were going to get resolved and so far they have been addressed and fixed.

Staff is very friendly and apartment is really nice. Kind of pricey once you get the utility bill but the complex and apartment are very well kept. I had a couple problems with the heater and thermostat but they were fixed quickly by the maintenance crew who were very nice. Overall a good experience :-)

Living at The Enclave was everything I could ask for. Communicating with management was timely and easy and I wish all front offices were as easy and helpful as they were.The location was great (next to HEB, Target, 1 - 5min walk to the bus stop), and the complex was maintained very well. The complex has AMPLE parking. All problems (of which there were few) would be solved by the staff or maintenance quickly. The units themselves are not grandiose, but the experience living here was just phenomenal for its price!

I can’t understand the poor reviews. I’ve lived in many different apartments and this one was by far the best. It is safe, well-maintained, and spacious. Austin and Maria in the office are absolutely amazing and constantly go above and beyond. The pool and volleyball are great and well maintained too. Nothing bad to say about this place at all and am sad to have to leave for another city. I wouldn’t hesitate in living here again.

I have lived in these apts for almost 2 years, and have had a fantastic experience since move in. They are centrally located to pretty much everything you need in town, and just a short drive to other amenities. Shoot, It only takes 5 mins to walk across the street to H-E-B. Talk about convenience. Other than the stellar location, the office staff are all awesome. They’ve been Johnny on the spot with anything I needed, and went out of their way to help me out. They are pet friendly, and provide almost anything you need for your fur babies. There are a multitude of floor plans to choose from, and I’m sure you’ll find one that fits your lifestyle. The pool and gym are a couple other amenities they provide, and both are awesome. Big shout out to Austin for always looking out for me, to Maria for for going above and beyond, andespecially Savannah for overseeing all their awesome work. They really make you feel at home like a family member, and are always smiling/ happy to see and help you with anything you need. Makes you feel genuinely welcomed. They have a few new additions as well that add to the smooth operating machine that is their staff. Let it be know that the maintenance/ grounds crew need to be mentioned for keeping the apts looking beautiful, and running smoothly. I could go on for days about how awesome they all are, and you should come check them out. You won’t want to live anywhere else, I promise!

Ive enjoyed being here for a year. At first, i was cautious about student living.... (im north of 70, but a life-long learner). The place came so highly recommended that i thought Id give it a try. And very glad i did. The staff is first class: always supportive and ready to help. Maintenance does a superb job (not that this is a lot of maintenance to do, but when there is, they are responsive and effective). The grounds are well kept; the place is quiet, friendly, well located. In all, i enjoy being part of the community.

Great property, a little on the older side, but still sufficient! Management is really friendly and helpful - Austin & Maria were really helpful for me to secure a short-term lease for my last semester.Pros:- HEB & other stores very close by- Bus route 27 picks you up & drops you off the the MSC- Older, more family oriented tenants.- TV & Internet included- Gym isnt ever crowded- Updated washer & dryer unit (at least in my apartment)- They have free coffee in the lobby & throw lots of events with free food!Cons:- Wifi only, no ethernet. Wifi can also be slow, sometimes I can only get 2-3 Mbps. Might just be me, but I also cant get Google Home to work on the wifi network.- AC unit is a bit dated, and as such utility rates are a bit high.

My child has lived at The Enclave for 3 years and it is one of the better complexes in College Station. The location is great and the complex is fairly quiet and great for students. There are lots of graduate students in the complex too. Of course weve had maintenance and roommate issues but nothing that couldnt be resolved. As a parent I would recommend The Enclave.

I have lived here for more than four years. I highly recommend this place with the following reasons. 1. The location is very convenient (5 minutes walk to HEB and bus stop, 10 minutes walk to Chase bank and Starbucks, 15 minutes walk to Target). 2. The facilities are very good and clean. 3. The staff members are very friendly (Austin, Carl Strunk, Natalie, etc) and the maintenance is very fast responsive.

Good place to live in for student.It located in front of H-E-B; so, you can walk to get your grocery. Also, the new management has improved the security and no one can get into without a permission.

The enclave is a really great place to live. Great amenities, and very clean The staff is friendly and responsive. The one time I did have a problem, maintenance solved it quickly.
