I have been searching for a apartment for a while now but nothing really caught my eye. I went in looking on a whim to The Cortesin at Eilan not expecting much but I was blown away by the property! I had the pleasure of working with Dana, and she was absolutely amazing! She gave me a detailed and thorough tour of the apartment complex, making sure to highlight all the key features and answer any questions I had. Her professionalism and knowledge of the property really stood out. She was friendly, approachable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I felt like I was in great hands, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process. Highly recommend Dana for anyone looking for a smooth and informative tour!Give her a raise!!!

We stayed at the Elian Hotel for two nights and had an exceptional experience. Check-in was seamless, and the valet team was prompt, kind, and attentive. Our room was perfectly sized—cozy yet comfortable, striking a balance between luxury and warmth. The decor throughout the hotel is thoughtfully curated, creating an inviting and stylish atmosphere.My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. One of the highlights is the hotel’s prime location, offering easy access to numerous attractions within walking distance. If you do venture out, you’re just minutes away from La Cantera Mall, where luxury shopping and dining abound, Six Flags, and various restaurants and stores. But honestly, you may find it hard to leave the charm of the Elian Hotel! Highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

New apartment community in NW San Antonio. Loved that you could walk to several restaurants and a coffee shop. There is also easy access to IH10 and 1604 to avoid some of the traffic. Also easy access down La Cantera to get to the mall. Even though in a busy area this secluded Eilan neighborhood is quiet and feels very organized. The golf simulator, huge two story fitness area and large pool make it feel like a resort.

I have now lived here for 6 months and am so happy with my leasing decision. The office team is always so nice and welcoming! Can’t wait to see the gym and get in the pool once it warms up again. If you’re on the fence, stop by their office and meet Dana, Allison and Sabrina. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely one of the Best Locations in the NW/ UTSA areas in San Antonio. This New Build-Up is in a pristine area and has luxurious amenities. No need for fireworks - Fiesta Texas provides. I’m a vendor and I decided to stop in one day after seeing the gorgeous property come to life since last year. I was initially hoping to just see a model but Sabrina showed me all of the amenities and their 2 bedroom model as well! Very pleasant experience with the team and I am now hoping to call The Cortesin my home one day.

I had the pleasure of touring the Cortesin at Eilan and I must say , my experience was exceptional thanks to the leasing agent , Danalynn Regalado. From the moment I walked in , she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable , and welcoming . Danalynn took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the property , including its impressive amenities, the surrounding area , and nearby restaurants . Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made the experience truly enjoyable. The property itself is absolutely stunning . Although its still under construction, its clear that The Cortesin at Eilan is going to be a premier place to live. I highly recommend checking out the Cortesin and if you have the chance to work with Danalynn, youll be in great hands !

Have not actually lived there or seen the place in person, this review is for the office/leasing folks. Everyone has been super pleasant, and Skyler was fantastic in particular. She went above and beyond to help us figure out an out of state move and was extremely helpful with trying to show us the property and give all the info. Great start! Hopefully we’ll end up moving there this summer.

I am a RVP for another management company that is looking for a new Community to move my family to and I had to leave this review. Allison is a TOP TIER Community Manager. She is so excited about her new Community and her enthusiasm is absolutely infectious. She stays consistent in her poise and excitement, I have talked to her I believe its been 3 times now. She is very proud to be the manager and so has taken the initiative to be constantly engaged in the build out, following up quickly with her showings, seemed knowledgeable in the lease up process, and educated about about the different floor plans available, amenities that are coming soon to the community and the area it sits in. I am highly impressed by her character, enthusiasm, professionalism and drive to make this Community Best in Class! The community is going to be stunning and the location is top notch. Eilan offers a Luxurious atmosphere that I have come to adore. The communities are tucked back in the hills so much so that they feel secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the Rim and LaCantera. However, they are just right around the corner. The views are killer from the top floor homes. Eilan has super easy access to the highway, leaving in both directions and a brand new HEB just right down the road. The units amenities of the Community and homes are top notch, but I will leave that to the onsite team to tell you more about. Kudos Allison and Team, we will likely be coming to the community in October to pre-lease!

I recently toured the Cortesin at Eilan, and I had such a lovely time there, thanks to Dana who assisted me. She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about the property, providing detailed information about the amenities and the property.She took the time to show me multiple apartment options and the unique features of each one. Dana answered all of my questions thoroughly, never rushing or pressuring me in any way. Her patience and professionalism were truly impressive, and she went out of her way to ensure I understood everything before making any decisions.My experience felt personal and tailored to my needs. Dana and her team made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to receive such exceptional customer service these days, and I really appreciate how she made what could have been a stressful decision-making process so easy and enjoyable. If this level of service is standard at this property, I can’t recommend it enough!
