I want to start off by giving a great thank you to Kametra. Kametra is so great and awesome that she went above and beyond to make sure my mom was able to move into their community. The kindness and how she was professional at all time goes a long way with me. This is not just a review on the apartment but on for the staff as well. Thank you so much Kametra for all you have done.This best part that I like about these apartments for my mom is the space. Even though it is just her, she will not feel so cramped like her last apartment. They have elevators. They have senior activities. So much more. You must check this place out. Yes they take section 8!!!

I haven’t been here very long but I can honestly say the office staff and maintenance staff have been wonderful. Abby went above and beyond to answer all my questions and my family’s concerns. My apartment is quiet and the residents are very friendly.I’m looking forward to joining in on the bingo and the other activities that are offered. I guess what I truly love is how safe I feel. I don’t hear any gunshots and I feel safe enough to actually get out and explore the grounds. I’n all, it’s been a pleasant experience. Thank you Cesara

I’m so thankful for ms Detra and ms Ashley, (I think that’s her name)anyway she helped me tremendously in getting me approved!!! It’s very quiet and the grounds are clean. I see ppl saying about the elevator but I haven’t any issue with it. I haven’t had to put in any work order as of yet but I’m pretty sure I won’t have any issues with that😊 They pick up the trash almost everyday or when it’s your trash day from your door which is great! I haven’t just made any friends which I’m sure I will👍 but so far the residents are very nice and friendly. I’m so glad that I’ve moved here and would recommend it to someone if needed😊😊

Still a lot of work that needs to be done, once it’s done it could be much better. Since the day I moved in my gate key has not worked, I’ve ask several times to get one that works and still have not gotten it yet and I’ve been here almost three to four years now, I put in a maintenance request months ago to have several things fixed and they still have not been fixed, people that do not live in the complex are taking up parking spaces for the residents this has been a problem for sometime now.I’m just waiting to see if any changes will be made because if it doesn’t get better you will lose more residents.

Started working with Maria, the asst apt mgr to get my mom on property there. She is very helpful and patient in answering ALL my questions (and believe me I had a lot of them). My mom has moved in and is happy with the apt and the floor plan. She is also happy to know there is a shuttle and on-site activities that she can take part in.

I love my apartment best spot in the apartment complex except for all the noise on the third floor. I did not pay for all the noise from on third floor every day. Its really annoying. Otherwise, it would be a 5 plus.(Every day noise)

I love living here. Maintenance is fantastic and just about everything I have reported have been addressed.Website says one can get a washer/dryer but thats not true.

I love the area, the complex, the staff. Everyone have been very pleasant. I would recommend them to all that are looking for a place to retire too!

I visit the complex in a shuttle 2 or 3 times weekly. Grounds are clean,well maintained and safe. I hear its not cheap for senior living but again you get what you pay for.

This community is very comfortable. Everyone is very nice and it is so quiet and peaceful here. I would recommend The Cesera to anyone that is looking for a great 55 and up community!

Called in because I was worried sick and couldnt get a hold of my mother, the manager took my name and number down and went herself to check on my mother. Maria immediately called me to inform me that she stated her phone had been down and she couldnt get in contact with anyone. She even let my mother call me from her phone while she was over there, such a relief!

A very nice place to live off youre 55 and older. Remodeled and very clean. Staff is awesome. The residents are very cool.

Thank you to the maintenance man at Primrose at Park Place for returning my call so late tonight. I called to check on the welfare of my mom and he confirmed she is OK. I appreciate the staff for watching over my mom when I cannot as I am in Colorado.

By far one of the most professional places Ive visited. We went in with my grandmother not too sure what to expect, but the assistant manager answered all our questions and made my grandma feel like she was family. 10/10 would recommend.
