Ive only had great experiences at this property! In my experience, managements communications have been frequent/thorough and the amenities are literally always so clean. The hallways on the main level smell like cleaning spays because theres literally always a janitor cleaning. For this price point and the amount of amenities offered, the property is incredible all around

Been living here about a year now ,the staff here are really nice and professional! They handle things in a timely manner and are easy to work with, especially when theres been a system issue, which doesnt happen often. Residents here are mixed, a few families, a few college students, young and old. The amenities are good , big gym , nice pools pool with gril area, my apartment is pretty spacious and a good price. Also near by restaurants and bars .

My move in experience was stress free. There were only 2 tiny issues with the apartment and I submitted a work order and the issues were fixed almost immediately. Anytime I run into an employee of the property, they greet me and know my name and ask if theres anything they can assist me with. I would highly recommend living at The Bowery to anyone.

This community is a gem! I was looking for something different than the same old apartment complex and I found this wonderful place and immediately knew I had to become a part of this amazing, unique, beautiful community. The amenities are incredible, the entire property is so beautiful and clean. My move was made so much easier with Mackenzie, who was patient with my questions, and made my move in flawless!

Really great place to live!! Have been here getting to two years now. Management team is super responsive, put in a request for maintenance and you will see them at your door in no time!!. Great architecture , fantastic two room gym, club house is super great, pool area is the best all around , roof top area is classic with a great view of the city. BBQ lounge area is the best ever!! Restaurants all over!! , less than 5 mins to the heart of the city . My lease is coming to an end and I will be moving out of state for work I would have continued my stay. One of the best if not the best place to live in Fort Worth!!!

Living at the Bowery was a positive experience for my fiancé and I. We moved in right before the pandemic started and lived here for little over 2 years. There were a few ownership and management changes during our time here. Everyone was communicative and responsive to emails.Noise was rarely an issue, but I think we lucked out on the location of our unit. Management sent frequent reminders about noise and encouraged respectful consideration of surrounding neighbors. Maintenance staff was always friendly and responsive to service requests. Amenities are great and of good value. We particularly loved the outdoor amenities and two gym rooms.As far as location goes, we loved being in the middle of south main, having the ability to walk to our favorite places.When it came to moving out, management was flexible with our plans as we had to change them a couple of times. They were also accommodating with a few things after moving out, which made the process less stressful. This was greatly appreciated! They were transparent with the move-out charges and provided documentation.Overall, living experience here was a comfortable and positive experience.

This place is amazing! My apartment gets so much daylight flooding in all day. I love kitchen layout and the large single basin sink is so great. The appliances are all new and easy to use. As far as the amenities, that pool is incredible. Management has done a good job of keeping it clean. I really appreciate having it there to relax after a long day. It’s also nice having the small gym here. Management also has done a great job of making sure we keep the halls clean, and that we understand how to use and care for the building.

I lived here until recently (mid-2021) to put the review into perspective. Besides some initial issues getting the lease in order, everything else went very smoothly. The maintenance team here is amazing, not only do they get your stuff fixed quickly, but they also are just cool in general to talk to and see around the complex.The apartments themselves are quite nice for a cheaper price than many other places. I lived on the top floor, and didnt experience any noise issues save for the pool sometimes being loud. That didnt bug me unless it was past-midnight during the week, which only happened two or three times. The other residents are nice so I can say that I had a pretty good time living there. Great apartments.

I love living here! The apartments are modern and laid out well. Everyone that visits is jealous of my closet and bath en-suite. The amenities are the best I’ve seen anywhere. The grounds are always well kept. The residents are friendly. But above all, the staff is top notch. From the manager to maintenance, everyone is helpful, friendly, and just kind. Nothing but positive things to say about the Bowery!

I have lived here now for 2 years! Its amazing. The team in the front has always been super helpful! Andrea, Katrina, Destiny and Molly are always there to help! Maintenance is in and out very fast, Daniel is the best. I’m very happy at The Bowery and would highly recommend it to others!

I have loved every minute of living here! The community is wonderfully maintained, the office staff is always so kind, helpful, and responsive (even when I come in or call with odd questions), and my unit is amazing. Great quality. I have only had to have maintenance here once for simple routine things since I moved in, but they were timely in doing so. Let me know when they were coming ahead of time, and even left notes because I was not home at the time. I love it here!

I can’t say enough great things about the experience that I’ve had with The Bowery and it’s staff, specifically Jane. I am in the process of relocating to Texas from Ohio and this was the first place I virtually toured and right off the bat, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home; awesome floor plan, dog friendly, great amenities and just an overall aesthetic and cleanliness. Jane was friendly, polite and answered all the questions I bombarded her with. The communication was great on both ends, when I was approved Jane reached out to me to let me know and whenever I called, I always had someone answer the phone and greet me. Super excited to call this my home and I know my dog and I will love it, the only “ruff” part will be the long drive, but it’ll be worth it. Thank you again Jane, truly appreciate everything!

Moving to the area in few months I decided to scout properties in person this time around. First impression? From the landscaping & unit design to the pool & gym & I was sold. What really made me love this property even more was the staff. I was greeted by a lovely young woman. Drea. She took me on a fantastic tour of the property and had very direct answers for all of my questions, which there were a lot of. She gave me insight about the city and all of its local amenities which I really appreciated as well. Absolutely a 10/10! Looking forward to moving now more than ever!-Matthew H.

Have to give a 5 star review for how amazing this place is, but especially with their maintenance team. They have always been prompt with helping us out and so courteous. What they did recently though was above and beyond. Our oven broke Tuesday night before thanksgiving. I put in a maintenance request right away, and they were able to fix it before thanksgiving. I am unbelievably grateful for how awesome they are!

Nikea, Drea, and Theresa are the best that we could ask for in a property management team. They all are very professional and helpful whether youre a resident already or a prospective resident. Living at The Bowery at Southside has been my best apartment living experience by far. The team take any concern you bring up to them seriously and handles them in an extremely timely manner, to include maintenance request . I previously moved into a brand new property similar to this one and this experience eclipses that tremendously. If you are considering living here, just know that they make it very enjoyable and comfortable.Edit: Just updating because Im dealing with issues pertaining to moving out. Just know that as soon as you move out, its hard to get a hold of the office manager. Which is an issue when they are unlawfully trying to charge me $1300+.Update: They have corrected the issue. I will upgrade my review accordingly due to the fact that this was probably one of the best experiences living in apartments until the end.

I am coming up on a third lease for a reason. The staff, amenities and location are top notch.Staff: Andrea was an incredible help and more than accomodating with negotiation of my most recent lease. She was communicative and timely through the entire process and I appreciate her so much. In general, any time I have a question or concern the office responds professionally and accordingly.Amenities: Sky lounge (my favorite), business center with printing, community area WiFi, pool, grotto and more are great features. Also, the property is beautiful and maintained. I love seeing the friendly maintenance staff on my way out to work!Location: The essentially downtown FW area is very walkable during the day and evening. With nearby restaurants, bars and parks this area is perfect for young professionals and families alike. The central city area is also a quick 5-10 minutes drive to places like Target, West 7th, the Trinity River/Trails and more.

I have lived at the Bowery for over a year and cannot say enough good things about the location, the management, and the maintenance staff. Specifically, Luis and Salvador of the maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to help out my wife and I and it is truly appreciated. People like them make Bowery living so awesome!

I live here and its a really nice place. Amenities wise It does get a bit noisy depending on which apartment used to like, but thats to be expected in this location. Its a metroplex so its loud sometimes more than others. The pool is amazingly beautiful. Plenty of all their amenities, including a really nice gym, a business center. No more running to Staples to print something out. If you dont have a printer, Its just a push of a button away. Anyway, its kind of expensive but right now I dont have much to compare to and lets face it. Everythings pretty expensive. I just have to say if I can do it again I would get a first floor apartment because of my dogs instead of a fourth floor because of the view. I thought with my eyes and my dogs werent with me when I rented the apartment. I need this to say its a jog downstairs in the morning to get them outside lol. What they do allow animals and I have no bad experience with any animals in the building, if anybodys curious. My personal experience here hasnt seen an aggressive dog whatsoever even outside and theres a dog park attached to the parking lot in the back and a dog walk and human walk area on the other side of the building thats city owned. Not to mention theres doggie daycare and boarding right across the street. I would like the rent to be slightly cheaper. I mean everybody probably would say that no matter what it cost, but I believe its a little high for what it is but not unreasonable. Close to a lot of local nightlife all fresh and new in a gentrified industrial area on the south side. Not much in the way of convenience stores or grocery stores in the immediate vicinity, but weve got permanent food cards and great restaurants and bars and on the weekends they got one of those music playing pedal trolleys where you get drunk and go to the bars. Thats pretty cool. Obviously not part of the apartment but part of the area.. I would say its really good for young to middle age, singles or couples. Not so much for families, but thats not to say that there arent plenty of family. Take it for what its worth, I guess Thats my opinion lol

This is the first time in my life I write a review and I’m more than happy to share my experience here are the Bowery and recommend Nikia 100%!!!I have really enjoyed my time here so far, even if the complex is not yet finished (the pool, but I think it will be ready mid July) . I love my brand-new apartment and the people at the leasing office is the best, they’re all really nice but Nikia is my leasing angel!Since I was touring the complex Nikia has been extremely kind and helpful. Every single time I’ve had a question or needed something she’s been there to help me.My leasing process was kinda complex because my apartment was not ready by the time I needed to move in, but she offered me to stay in a temporary apartment for a month and they’ll help me to move my stuff. I’m really happy I made that decision.Also, they welcomed me with a card and a cleaning kit (toilet paper, garbage bags, all purpose cleaner,dish soap, etc) that made me feel really special!I’m really happy. The Bowery feels like home. I’m looking forward to my year here at the Bowery. Thank you Nikia!!! ❤️

I’ve lived at the Bowery at Southside for about seven months and since I moved in Luis on the maintenance team has been amazing. He remembers everybody’s name and is always so helpful. Last week I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and had to wait for the leasing office to open the next morning. As soon as Luis was notified he was determined to find a way to get them out without calling the elevator company. About 20 minutes later he was able to fish them out with a pole and several magnets. He saved me about $500 on new keys! I ran into him several days later and during small talk mentioned that I had noticed that my valet key popped off of the fab in the fall (not expecting anything!). He took it upon himself to go back with the same pole with magnets and get my other key and bring it to my door. I couldn’t believe he went above and beyond to help me! This kind of service cannot go unnoticed. Luis is the best!

I loved these apartments. The people at the leasing office are phenomenal! Drea helped me with all the paperwork!! I would recommend it 100% Even though the pool and green area are not finish yet, soon they would be and they are coming out really cute and awesome!
