This is my 6 months review of The Beverly at Denton Apartment. I was compelled to update this review today because in ALL my 25 years of renting, I have NEVER encountered Property staff members as Proficient, Efficient, Professional, and kind as the staff members here. Torri(manager), Shawanna (asst mgr) Kylie(staff). They are so helpful and kind, it almost feel like I am dreaming 😴 I don’t leave reviews unless I can be honest. I have nothing but PRAISE for them and hope they stay in office for the next 20 or more years. Anyone who gives them a NEGATIVE review are LIARS and need to get their brains checked ✅ 🤪I hope the owners read this report because they ALL deserve a whopping raise!!PLEASE KEEP THEM and NEVER replace them. I hope NEW Neighbors that move in are screened to the core because when RATS are allowed to move in who don’t care about the property inside or out they will destroy it!I have seen beautiful new apartments turn into ghettos because owners just care about money and not how the apartments are kept inside and outside and that’s so sad 😞I am happy to be here and hope this will be my home until I leave the face of the earth 😁👍

Hi there,I am very new to apartment life and found myself very nervous to enter into this phase considering I have two very large breed dogs.Kylie is who I worked with and she did a great job from start to finish with helping me and answering all of my questions.I am also a first responder and really appreciated the apartments new First responder program that allowed me to have access to a few benefits that were very beneficial.Dealing with the public/ people is extremely hard, emotions are raw and people may not be the nicest during high stress times like moving and I happen to be one of those people and Kylie and Shawanna did a great job answering all my questions and explaining thing so I could fully understand the ins and outs of not only the apartment but also the program I applied for.I am settling in nicely and any issues I have had are addressed promptly by the staff and corrected.

Just moved in a few days ago and the process was made so easy by Mrs. Kylie at the front office. She was the first person to sit down with me and treat me so kindly in regards to showing me possible unit options the very first day I walked in — she also insured me the unit I choose would be clean and ready for me just a few weeks later. She came through on every promise! Me and my ESA, Oscar are so very happy here and with the Beverly being pet friendly, it was very easy to apply for his ESA exemption and Kylie was insanely helpful with that entire process as well! I was also treated very kindly by other members of staff but Kylie went above and beyond to communicate with me even when she wasn’t in the office. When I call the front office I always and will continue to ask for Kylie! Loving it here!

Working with Kylie Hauge was a wonderful experience when applying for, touring, and moving into my apartment. She and the staff were very kind and helpful. With the help of Kylie, we had the application, approval process, and move-in done in just 2 days! Highly recommend!

I moved into the Beverley in early April and absolutely love it!! I was worried with the reviews about the management but the new management that started this month has been outstanding. Tori, Michelle, and Shawanna are the best in the business. Theyve answered every call, my maintenance work order was closed within 2 hours, and the pool makes me feel like Im on vacation. Also, you get free Parks ice nitro coffee. every. day. (my consumption might make them change this)

Out of the multiple apartments I have toured in the area, no one comes close to The Mark! This team was responsive, detailed, and dedicated. Chris really knows his stuff and made us feel like we were a part of the community before we even toured the units. Everything in this complex is top notch and the hospitality we received during our tour was exceptional. I did not feel pressured into anything and Chris worked to find us an apartment that met all of our needs. It did not take us long to decide this is where we want to be! Since these apartments are relatively new, we were told that we are going to be able to move into a unit that no one else has lived in before. This is a huge bonus and gives us peace of mind when it comes to the cleanliness of apartments.This review is written strictly based of our experience with the communication, tour, and leasing process we went through. I have high expectations and cannot wait to move in soon!

This place was immaculate! Such a beautiful property with a great vision for its guests. My wife and I took a tour with Chris Philipon who was great! He was more than professional when showing us around. We did not have any questions at the end of the tour because he was so insightful and provided every detail and all information about the apartments. The rooms were beautiful, nice yard for the bottom floors, big balcony for the above floors, tall ceilings, hardwood floors in the whole place for easy cleaning, large closets, beautiful bathroom, and an open kitchen. Also, huge dog parks and the best pool I have ever seen in an apartment by far. Just everything you could ask for and definitely the best place in Denton!

Management is prompt and takes care of us. Office staff is usually pretty nice as well. The amenities are great and the property is beautiful. 5 star management, took a star away for the sole fact that the attention to detail on the construction and fabrication of the apartments are horrific. Great all around though.

I had the pleasure of touring this apartment complex today with Chris and I was sold. Applied right then and there and didn’t even go to the other places on my list. Chris was so professional and polite and made the experience awesome. I absolutely loved the apartment and very excited to call The Mark my new home.

Moved in a few weeks ago. All was good until the bedroom fan fell out of the ceiling and was hanging by a single cord while my fiancé and I were in bed. Very scary & frustrating that a brand new apartment can have issues like this.After living here for about a year, I am updating my review to 4 stars. It was overall a pleasant experience and I enjoyed my time here. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the scary ceiling fan issue.

Application process was super easy. Gunner and his team were very helpful in making the moving process as easy as possible. The grounds are maintained very well, the people are great, the area is quiet while also being conveniently located next to the heart of Denton. Highly recommend this place to anyone in search of high end apartment living👍.

This apartment is beautiful and the staff was so wonderful! Chris Philipon was very helpful when my mother and I came to tour & sign a lease!! 100% have already recommended this apartment to multiple friends & told them to talk to Chris. So excited to move in soon!

Excellent customer service! I was having an issue with our move in date information and after sending a panicked email to my leasing representative Gunner I received a call less than 20 minutes later on a Saturday night! Got all the information I needed cleared up. Very pleased.

The Mark at Denton staff made a mistake a day before my move-in due to an understandable oversight, but they took responsibility, apologized, and went above and beyond to get me into an even better, more expensive, more spacious unit... All while honoring the price of the cheaper original unit. Furthermore, they accommodated me by refunding certain funds to offset the expenses caused by the mistake. The team seems to care about my experience here and thats assuring. Thanks again Liz & Chris! 🙏🏿

Loving every bit of the day I have been spending at this community. Lots of parking spots, excellent sanitation and beautiful swimming pool. Apartments are very spacious and well designed with higher sealings and contemporary amenities.
