    I’ve lived at The Atlantic Stone Oak for a while now and it’s been the best decision. Upon seeing the facilities everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is enthusiastic and professional upon meeting them. They made me feel welcomed. They’ve always been available for maintenance issues and any other questions I have. With so many choices in SA to live, I’m happy I chose here.

    I want to foremost say that The Atlantic Stone Oak is by far one of the best properties ive been to since ive been on the hunt to move. The front office staff are very friendly and answered every question/ concern ive had. I asked about some of the reviews i saw on here and Shae took me around the property and showed me a few different floors plans i absolutely love this property and the front office feels like home when you walk in :) If you are reading this dont walk, RUN to lease at the Atlantic Stone Oak.

    I will try to give a fair assessment of what I have seen in the 3.5 years here. New management is better than the last. Maintenance repairs come slow, very slow unless it is an emergency. I will give a shout out to Edward B who showed up at my house at midnight to fix my AC and did not leave until 1:30 when it was fixed and he also cleaned it out and it functions better than I ever know it could. I do not appreciate the forced valet trash service, it should be voluntary. I do not appreciate that if you dont sign a new lease within a few days, it is automatically raised some more and when attempting to explain that I was sick and medical care and couldnt sign, I was simply reminded it was automated and he could do nothing. Also do not appreciate the decision to resurface the pool as soon as school gets out ans Temps are high, poorly planned and could have been during the off season. When I first moved in, I was promised the replacement of all of the broken blinds and holes in my screen. That never happened and apparently needs a new work order with new management. The staff are friendly, even when giving you bad news. Always polite. I am slowly starting to see the improvements they are making. Old owner could never keep these gates closed but new one does. They still break every once in a while but quickly repaired. Progress and change take time. Im happy here, there are nice people who live here. I have never had a bad encounter with another tenant. No place will ever be perfect so I choose to stay here. Im comfortable and feel safe here. One more shout out to Edward for working so late to fix a poor girls AC who can not tolerate this heat as I am from Seattle. I would never tell anyone to avoid this place. Its close to the freeway, safe, has garages and an ever improving maintenance team. More expensive places have worse review than here so Im good here 😁

    Thankful I found a home here. Love this place and all the property has to offer. Especially love the staff! So friendly and thoughtful since I’ve moved in, especially to my pups. Extra dog friendly!Maintenance is prompt and extra friendly as well!I feel SAFE here. Friendly neighbors and a well kept property. Walking trails near and amazing location/access to 281 N and stone oak areas.Units are upgraded and have amazing layouts for max space.My pups and I love our little home.The sunset and sunrise views are some of our favorite things here🤩

    I recently leased my first apartment, and shae made the entire experience amazing. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a huge difference for me as a young person navigating this process for the first time. shae took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease and confident in my decision. I highly recommend shae to anyone looking for a place to call home!

    I love living here. My apartment is so cute and I feel much safer coming home to a garage you enter in through, which most apartments charge extra for, If they even offer it to tenants. However here you get nice amenities plus garage included with most units. It feels more like a home than an apartment here. The manager Andrew has been wonderful , very down to earth, and very responsive to all my requests. Its been a pleasure having him here as the manager. The rest of the staff is friendly as well.

    I have lived here for roughly 2 years. I love the convenience of the elementary school, location, and the management of the complex. The units are up to date, work request is performed in a timely manner, and the staff is so caring and willing to help with any issue. I would highly recommend this place due to my experience being very pleasant.

    SHAE is the best leasing agent in the world. I cant say enough good things about her. I am going thru a terrible divorce and we are selling our family home. We were all devastated to have to move into an apartment. She has made this process so easy and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my unit. Se was always prompt in responding and answering any guestions or concerns. The apartments are beautiful spacious and well maintained. I feel so lucky and blessed to call these apartments home for this new part of my life. Thank you Shae for everything you have done !!!

    Everyone has been so helpful. I was having a hard time with some of the online paperwork and I had to call the office several times for assistance. The staff was more than willing to help. Their communication is great and everyone I encountered was so friendly!

    We LOVED living here!! We have lived in apartments in many states & are especially impressed with Regency At Lookout Canyon! The office staff is super kind & helpful. My two girls loved seeing them & they were so sweet to them! April went the extra mile for us several times & is extremely professional yet caring at the same time. The pool parties have food, great music, & games. Our apartment was stylish & practical with a beautiful view! The gym has the perfect range of equipment (the gym alone sold my husband on moving here) The grills look new & are always ready to use. There are beautiful walking paths & a new playground for young kids! Its also walking distance to the Elementary school. The grounds & dog park are very well kept. I definitely recommend this place!!

    Since the new management as taken over, my experience here as been absolutely amazing. Meghan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is truly the first property manager Ive dealt with that truly cares about her residents. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.Anytime I have any issues at all, it is dealt with in a timely fashion, and you honestly cant beat the floor plan with the four bedroom units. It is so spacious and plenty of room for larger families like myself.Many thanks to the best office staff Ive dealt with in my many years of renting and even more thanks for continuing to make improvements in making this an amazing community I can see myself in for years to come.

    Im giving the 5 star review based on the management. Since moving here a few months ago, they have been so good to work with. They are always very friendly and professional. The apartments are very nice too. Good facilities, nice pool, and a nice weight room. We had to coordinate our moving here from out of state and so it was done by phone and email and we had to call the management repeatedly to get things finished up and they were always very accommodating. Good place to live.

    I am about 8 months in my lease. I have never had an issue. The staff is very friendly and kind (especially Caprice), my maintenance request are always completed in a timely matter. I don’t understand how people complain about the gate. Are you expecting the office to sit and monitor the gate 24/7. The gate is broken by your neighbors. Unrealistic expectations, some people will find anything to complain about. Will do follow up review after move out.

    I have been living here for about a year and I love it! I love how spacious my apartment is and the fact that it has an attached garage is a bonus! The location is great and the office staff is always friendly and helpful! The maintenance guys are great too! I highly recommend The Regency!

    Ive lived here since 11/2017 and have no complaints. The office staff is always kind and helpful, maintenance has always been responsive and the neighbors are friendly. There is great communication between the office to all residents and I personally feel it is within a timely manner. We feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Regency at Stone Oak to others.

    I have lived here over two years and have had a very pleasant experience. There has been a change in staff in the last 6 months or so but I actually dont mind. The staff before was not as outgoing except for one employee. I have had a great experience with the new staff, especially Amy, the assistant manager.I have to say that there maintenance has dramatically improved as well. The old management took a very long time on work orders, so which never got done! When the new management took over, I have entered work orders and they have been taken care of immediately. New management has also improved the property as well---the pool, added landscaping, filled in with river rock in some area. This property is in a GREAT location, has GREAT floorpans, and is finally looking like it should since new management. The fitness center was improved as well! They replaced all cardio equipment and added as well!Thank you!NKA

    When we moved Here there was glass on the floor, and conditions were not that Good. Gym and Business Center were good. The parties were wonderful, a great place to make friends with neighbors. As we lived here things improved. They have good pool parties and sometimes free food!

    April White, the PM has always been pleasant to work with. We have been doing business with the Regency at Stone Oak for years and it has always been a pleasure. This property cares about their residence and always ensures they are taken care of and that they have a clean and beautiful place to live.     Been here for 5 years now and we have never had better management or maintenance then we do now since this new company took over. it actually feels like home now .-maintenance is always on top of everything and friendly-manager and staff are friendly and helpful-gym is big for the year it was built and the sauna is hot

    I’m here just to give maintenance it’s credit. Felton, the maintenance supervisor, stayed all afternoon and evening to fix our plumbing issue and is personally seeing this project through to the end. I really appreciate his concern and care that he’s put into fixing our leaky pipes!
