    My name is Jonathan, and living at The Arch has been a wonderful and peaceful experience. The people, like Abigail in the office, are super nice, respectful, and helpful. Whenever there’s an issue, they are always there to assist. Maintenance is always prompt as well. I just want to thank you all for creating such a great environment.

    We currently have termites in our apartment, building 2, and this could’ve been prevented had they done their monthly pest control sprays properly like they so claimed they do on our lease. So I don’t know what I’m paying for here, but it obviously can’t be pest control. We are STILL waiting on new floors that very well might be damaged by termites as well, but will we get new floors? probably not. I have lived here going on 2 years and my roommate 3 and the printer and computers have never worked. Again don’t know what I’m paying for here, but it’s clearly not the printer or computers. We’re always under new management every time something goes wrong to avoid accountability, so who is the new manager is my question. I’m only staying here due to convenience.EDIT:The new manager personally called me to handle every thing that is going on and apologized profusely, for what has been happening. Jaylen, the new manager, is extremely helpful efficient, and professional with the problems Ive had here and had no excuses for what has been going on. He brought out exterminators that same day and they helped me with what was going on expeditiously. I am very pleased with the new management so far. Thank you again Jalen!

    The Arch is a great place to live. The new CM, Jalen, is professional, upfront, and communicates clearly. He truly understands what it is like to be in college. The staff always does their best to help with any issue. For a college student, this is an ideal place. It is affordable, luxurious, and designed with students in mind.The negative comments aren’t true. The Arch in Abilene has great rates, great people, and a really good living experience. Jalen is the person to talk to. Come sign at The Arch!

    Third year living here and I’ve had a great experience. Management and staff are very friendly and willing to work with you. Only thing I’d add is having maintenance more available. They’re usually get to you fast but if you have a random emergency on the weekends, they’re not available.

    Great apartment complex, 6+ year family tenants. Amanda and her team are incredible. My sister and I both stayed at Arch through college careers, Amanda makes it feel like home and the amenities are stealer. Night and day difference of older reviews and how management has changed for the better. Amanda is the reason I stayed for so long, she is the same person off the job as on the job. Love the community and I wouldn’t rethink of my leasing at the Arch again. 2017-2023

    Ive been living at the Arch for 1.5 years now and it has been a great place to live while going to school. The computer lab is very useful to be able to print stuff when I need to.I use the apartment gym almost weekly. Its very convenient and also nicer than most of the apartment gyms Ive seen.Since my time living here, I had a couple of complications but the staff here have been amazing and very helpful with accommodation as well as the maintenance crew coming and fixing things. Im really thankful for the staff and maintenance people here who have been very nice and helpful to me. This is a great place to live for any college students deciding on a location.

    The arch has been so amazing and is the most affordable apartment that comes fully furnished! The front desk people are amazing and the maintenance workers come quickly. I also love that you can still have the opportunity to choose your own roommates and if you don’t have one they will match you with great people!

    Can’t say anything negative about the arch! Their new staff is so welcoming when you walk through the office or see them around. It definitely makes me feel more welcomed and appreciated. Whenever a problem arises, they are always listening and so helpful. Love living here!!!

    OMG after numerous calls to so many not so friendly apt complexes, God shined a light on me and Miss Abigail was my ANGEL!!! She was very thorough and the sweetest to my situation. We got everything taken care of in 48 hours from our initial conversation to the wonderful in person tour! If your college student needs a home away from home this is the place. The apartment mgr Ms. Tia was the friendliest office manager I have ever meet. My heart is full and this mom gives it 10 stars!

    The Arch has been a terrific place for my college-age daughter to live. The apartment has always been fairly clean and well-maintained, but under this new management everything has even improved drastically. The building and grounds are well taken care of and tenants’ needs are quickly addressed. I feel at ease knowing my daughter lives at The Arch!

    I have lived at the arch for a year and a half. The arch is an amazing apartment for students that want to be able to be close to the school. I also love that the maintenance and portals were easy to access and to get ahold of. Overall an amazing stay and had great amenities to use.

    I’ve been here almost 3 years and I don’t have anything negative to say specially about the staff. When things get broken they come and fix it right away . Amanda the manager is amazing , she takes care of issues but you have to let them know otherwise they can’t help. Staff are friendly and professional. When maintenance fix something they don’t leave a mess. I like this place.

    I have lived here for over 6 months and I love it. When i moved in I received an Incentive that was over $1300, and now that I renewed i received an additional $400. I was able to live here for free for several months just because i signed a lease, i didnt have to do anything extra for FREE money.The furniture in the rooms and living room are great. There is plenty of space in the living room for the amount of people we usually have over (1/2 dozen - dozen). I live in a Three bedroom with my two roommates who i had never met before moving in to The Arch, but we get along great and when we all shower in the morning to go to school/work we dont run out of hot water which is a blessing!The gates close every night (they have remote opening and closing) and our front doors have electronic dead bolts that cant be picked so i feel really safe, especially since the only thing surrounding the complex is a grade level private school.The new management is amazing too! The office staff is always putting on events where they give away free groceries, gift cards, LOTS of free food, and things like rent credits (Im talking about them giving away hundreds of dollars worth of stuff A MONTH).They are constantly making improvements to the grounds, furniture, and how they treat the community that they are creating here. The best part is that they are always asking for input from the residents, no matter what it is. This is a great place for students that want to find a welcoming home away from home. I HIGHLY recommend leasing with the Arch.

    Tee and abby are very hard working and dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the front office. I walked in to the office to see Abby mopping the ceiling and was greeted by tee with a big smile and a warm welcome. All in all I enjoyed my experience checking for mail and would definitely go back

    Its a chill safe place to be at, the roommates are chill if you know roommate etiquette. As in mind your own business and dont eat their food and leave room for them within kitchen areas. this texas, so theres going to be bugs here and there. information on google will help you get rid of them yourself. Self sufficiency is key when living with people and on your own. management is alright. There are some times when respond with what you dont need but when they do they can be low quality at times too. but overall its a good place to live for the cost and an added bonus are the in unit washer/dryer. I aint gotta go get my clothes washed Infront of other people and or outside sources. Ive learned to live on my own since I left my parents place and this place has been okay for me for the 2 years ive been here. Going into my 3rd, theyve allowed me to save plenty of cash over a long period of time. if you want my advice, be an adult and take care of yourself, dont abuse the system and think you can get away with having management do everything for you, youre not the only one living here. mind your own, respect others, and youll live comfortably. Ive had previous roommates I wasnt fond with, the cops didnt do much for me other than agree with the saliences and shun me on my way but management transferred them away before things escalated. DOCUMENT everything also. as a first time renter, Ive learned that people will lie to every extent to get away with what theyll do to you or to the property, document everything and stay safe!

    I lived at the arch between 2021-2022 and I had a great experience there. The staff is very nice and always lending a helping hand. I recommend staying there, especially if you are a college student because they provide furnished apartments!

    The Arch Abilene is a fantastic community to live in, with the helpful staff, awesome amenities, and no worries about my bills other than rent. I fell in love with the place as soon as I walked in the clubhouse, because I was greeted with warm welcome from Andrew a Community Assistant, and the gorgeous steel chandelier hanging in the center of the sitting area caught my eye. I am so glad I decided to make The Arch my home away from home, between the amenities (gym, resort style pool, and the library with free printing!), events held by the staff serving free food or D.I.Y. crafts made acclimating to the new environment extremely easy.My room is spacious, and the closet is huge! I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that each room has their own private full bathroom , and the apartment was fairly easy to settle in to, after getting my bedding and a few decorations. With the room coming fully furnished I did not have to worry at all about getting a bed, desk, in-table, or chair for the room!I really enjoy living here!All I can say is Thank You to The Arch, and its staff for being on their game and making this community one of the BEST in the Abilene area.

    We stopped by today to look at apartments and Michaella showed us around. We were extremely impressed by the service she gave us. Michaella knew every single detail about the complex and did an excellent job of showcasing the amenities. She was super friendly and was accommodating start to finish. Will definitely be moving forward with a lease because of her great service!

    The free printing, free snacks/coffee/food, and 24/7 gym access are huge perks of living here! Its also great that all bills are included, so you dont have to worry every month about paying 5 different bills. The staff is super friendly and maintenance takes care of things in a timely manner.     This is an amazing apartment to live here if you are a college student! It is so close to the university and has lots of different amenities for the residents!     The apartments are very nice. The rooms are big and the living area and kitchen are also large. The included furniture is of good quality. The only issue I had was occasionally the maintenance staff would take a while to respond to do repairs, but most of the time they were prompt. Overall a very good experience.

    I looked at four or five complexes and none of them had staff that even compared to the staff here. Everyone is super helpful and explained everything I needed to know pretty clearly. The other places I looked at didnt seem to care about me at all. The apartments here are nice and the pool is pretty awesome too! Wish I could have stayed there and laid by the pool the day I visited! haha Definitely a chill place for students!

    The Arch at Abilene team rocks! Cara and the team are so professional. I highly recommend them. They’ll take care of you, they’ll take the time to find what you really need and best of all the service that they offer is off the roof.     I came to find the Arch through two friends that were looking to live together but the other roommates fell through, and they reached out to me. We found that the Arch had just the three bedroom we needed at a reasonable price of $465/mo plus tax! When we toured, we were greeted by two friends I knew from school, and they gave us a tour with additional information of common things residents do or experience on the property, making it super easy to find new friends! One of my roommates moved in sooner than the rest of us because of his job, and while the two roommates prior were utterly disgusting, the Arch team did an INCREDIBLE job of cleaning up the place for us and ensuring our apartment was ready when we moved in, not to mention crediting my roommate for some of the damages they caused, which we used to cover our first month of groceries! When anyone asks me for some recommendations for apartment housing in Abilene, the Arch is my first choice!

    Today my friend and I went to the Arch apartments in search of a short term lease for next semester. Andrew Brunson, the senior leasing consultant, was working the front desk and showed us around the complex. The club house is awesome with lots of amenitities. The model we saw was perfect and just what we are looking for! We cant wait to move in!!
