    Being born and raised in California, moving to Texas was a HUGE step and change for me. Thanks to M’euri, the entire process of finding my first apartment was seamless and stress-free. I just so happened to stumble across the beautiful Arbors on Oakmont after touring an apartment complex down the street. From the very beginning, M’euri was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive.. making me feel like this was truly home and this was God’s plan for me. I’ve also gained a friend in her being that we so happened to be the same age and she’s just an amazing individual with a bright personality!Now that it’s been almost a month, I can confidently say that I absolutely love my apartment complex and the unit she helped me pick—it’s the perfect space for a girl like me! Her perfect balance of professionalism, friendliness and upmost dedication to helping me find the right place were unmatched. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time leasing experience, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and expertise.     Moved in last week the experience from when I first walked in the office was amazing. Got my keys last week and I’m in love wit my apt. It was more than I was promise very clean very detailed not a corner in this place that is not clean new floors and upgraded appliances smells good smells clean.     When I tell you that Miss M’euri Price does her job and does it well they couldn’t have a better person than our office when I tell you she helped me out so much finding an apartment. I had some family stuff come up. They were very understanding when I was ready to move in the same apartment that I wanted was available, overall, the Office team did a great job for this M’euri Price with beyond she is a really nice outgoing person she makes you feel really comfortable. She’s just an amazing person and I was happy to be able to work with her to get into my apartment if anyone is looking for and apartment please come here.     Where to begin??? This place is amazing. Truly an apartment complex that caters to nearly every want or need. They have a dog area, super nice laundry area, the pool and spa are incredible and there is even a little water fall feature. Some of the amenities include a weight room, pool table combo thing, and a nice common area. This place is walking distance if inclined to do so to Walmart, AMC theaters, a nail/spa business, fast food favorites like Taco Bell, Wendys, Dickies, KFC, Whataburger, etc. There is a Valero gas station on the corner. And, its a short drive from 20.All that being great, the best part of my experience was a young lady by the name of Meuri. (My apologies to her if I spelled it wrong) This young lady loves what she does and her enthusiasm is unparalleled. She patiently and thoroughly answered every question I had and took the time to help me understand the requirements, costs and fees associated with renting, lease options, etc. Any place can offer location, amenities, options, etc. but it is always... ALWAYS the staff and customer service that sells the product. And they hit a home run with this young lady.This place is a little far for my commute so I didnt sign immediately but my current lease expires next month and I will be back. Sitting here writing this review and reflecting back on my experience.... I know its the right place for me to call home next. And if the rest of the staff in the office and on the grounds are as helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly as the young lady I had the opportunity to interact with, I know I am making the right choice. Hope this review will help those looking to make the difficult decision on where to live.

    I love this place, I lived for 3 years and we bought a house more than 13 years ago and to this day we love going to visit and walk there the 2 super beautiful lakes the garden maintenance is impeccable in every season it is beautiful to walk there where you find squirrels beautiful ducks and fish, everything you find there is a unique place to live, excellent maintenance and always very friendly people... we have highly recommended the village and many of our friends live there and are happy, it is a wonderful place not only to live and rent if not have a space to spend with your family enjoy each place, they have it all in the Arbor on oakmont recommended Ashley is one of the very well attended Housekeepig that has areas such as the kitchen gym, London post office and exterior areas

    On Saturday July 6, 2024 I went to the Arbors on Oakmont to look at a few floor plans at that complex. I was met by Olivia, the assistant manager and let me tell you, she was so professional and very helpful in this process. I also met Emuri, one of their leasing agents and together they were able to show me several apartments and we discussed the terms and options for each with ease and clarity. These two women were such a pleasure to meet. They are very outgoing, super nice, and again, very professional. They know their business in every aspect. So if any of you out there are looking for an apartment and you want management that are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, then look no further than the Arbors on Oakmont. This property is clean with a great maintenance team as well. I’m overwhelmingly impressed and pleased with my interactions with Olivia and Emuri at the Arbors on Oakmont.

    I must say that this was one of the best apartments tours/viewings I have ever been on. Latoya was AMAZING. She is so kind and helpful. It felt like I was chatting with an old friend.     Ive lived at this property for about five years now. Its clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was a bit worried when we got new management last year, but the new team has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Jasmine is always quick to respond with any information or resources I need. The new management also brought new amenities and renovations that I really appreciate. I cant imagine living anywhere else in Fort Worth!

    The Arbors on Oakmont is a very nice. The laundry room washer and dryer are timely, but get your clothes clean. Management and staff are a 4.5 star service to the tenants and the property. Latoya, Theresa, and John are excellent at there work they do. I am grateful to live at a awesome place.

    I have lived here since June 2021, I moved out of state and had never stepped a toe in Fort Worth, TX. The original management and person who helped me- Beverly were absolutely lovely and made my move (1,000+miles away from home) so much easier and less stressful. Shortly after the new management took over, and at first it seemed a little different, new paint colors, two aged laundry rooms down to one updated room. However, the one item that really lacked for me was a fitness center, they completed a renovation with a pretty awesome fitness center and I found customer service has been very helpful. I had a random pest issue which can happen whenever you chop down an aging tree, little ants like to venture to the nearest home which was mine. But that issue was quickly resolved even over a weekend with Jasmine when I stopped by to ask for some help. I found the new group is very accommodating and easy going. I am only moving because of family and school districts. However, I have really enjoyed the pool in the summer time and my neighbors.

    Everything that Michael said in the post below is 100% true! Couldnt have said it better. The Arbors on Oakmont is the BEST place to live! They have far exceeded my expectations. The front office ladies make you feel like you are the only resident and the maintenance staff responds very quickly, while doing an excellent job. The apartments are cozy, well-kept, landscaped nicely and pet-friendly. The residents are very friendly and quiet. My husband and I planned on staying one year, but now we plan on renewing our lease when the time comes. I would recommend the Arbors on Oakmont to anyone that is looking to live in the Southwest Ft. Worth area!

    I would like to give a letter of recommendation for Beverly Scott. Complex apartments need more dedicated and helpful people as her. 5 is not high enough for the kindness and patience she has given. Hats off to you Arbor for such a magnificent experience by your staff. 10 is her rating.

    I have been living her at the Arbor for over a year I would have to think hard to find any major faults, but I am taking time to give Gumaro one of the maintenance crew This employee is always doing his job with no stopping or siting around he walks fast does the chore then on to the next one. When he is doing the least liked job cleaning up after lazy pet owner he is looking in all directions to see if he miss any but there is always a smile on his face

    I have lived here for 13 months now. This place is not perfect, but I have enjoyed my time here. I have lived at two different apartments here. My first apartment did have cockroaches (yikes!) but it was dealt with promptly. Maintenance requests have, for the most part, been handled quickly. This complex is also convenient to everything (downtown ft worth is less than 15 mins away on the adjacent toll road, Walmart is just a few blocks away with an aldi across the street, a nice gym, and a very movie theater are within walking distance as well). I would definitely recommend these apartments!!
