Outstanding service! 🔥🔥🔥💯Michelle goes sbove and beyond any expectations that you may have. If youre looking for an agent in the Dallas area, then Michelle is your ONE and ONLY! She narrowed down a list of available units that meet our needs, called them up to confirm the availability and pricing and the video call us to show us the apartments until we liked the one we moved in to. Quick, easy, and very PROFESSIONAL! Living in Grapevine and moving to North Dallas was going to be a serious chore while working 10hrs/day six days a week AND putting in 20 hrs a week brokering on the side. I HAVE ZERO TIME. Kenneth Brands and his team do all the busy work for you (FOR FREE) and all you have to do is look at the list of apartment specials they send to you and you’re done! 1-2 months free rent just like that👏🏼😄
