    “I am very interested in living in this apartment. The facilities here are excellent, and the environment is calm and quiet. I would especially like to thank Mr. Tom and the management team. Mr. Tom is always available to assist us whenever needed. My daughter and I truly do not wish to move to another apartment. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone. Thank you.”

    Everyone is soooo attentive, communicative, and genuinely want to get you in an apartment, and make sure youre comfortable where youre at.As soon as I walked in to get an apartment for my family, I met Wanda. She was extremely patient when I was getting the proper documents and worked hard at getting my family in. She took her time showing me the apartments I was most interested in and explained them in great detail, including the designer who decorated them. With the eloquent manner she would speak, it seemed to me like she had a good decade of experience, especially with the way she professionaly carried herself.As I was turning in paperwork, I would see a man come in and out of the office reporting in. It turns out this man was Mr. De La Garza, head maintenance tech, and I would soon have the pleasure in meeting months later. I see him buzzing around in the maintinence electric cart attending to everyones personal discrepancies which brings me to my next point. They are so quick to fix anything here. When something ends up being a little more complex and out of the apartment complexs hands, the staff always provides quick updates through text and email.I noticed these apartments are very inclusive to the handicap community because you have your handicap apartments downstairs with handicap-able accessories like rails to hold onto throughout the apt as well as close parking with nonslip sidewalk ramps.What surprised me were the electric vehicle chargers, which obviously are a huge plus. There are four chargers total; two on each side the entrances.I was trying out a Nissan Leaf for a couple days and absolutely loved the chargers. All you have to do is scan the QR code, click on the website, put your card info and thats it. The charger sends you a text when its complete as well as sending you a link to monitor it charge in realtime and control when to stop in case you only wanted to charge your vehicle to a certain percentage.Inside the main building, You have your very, very well equipped gym overlooking the beautiful and well maintained pool. I havent worked out in the gym, but Ive been in it many times in order to try and mentally dip my toe back in the water, so to speak. Ill have to post pictures of it later but trust me, its beautiful, and I never see it packed when walking by.The gym overlooks the pool which honestly is great because what better thing to do than take a quick dip after a strenuous workout. The common area in the pool has a cabana-like spot where there is a gas grill free to use in case you plan on grilling some food for your family.The pool is more family oriented because the deepest part goes up to 5ft and there are special wading areas for kids, disabled, and elderly.What I love about the residents, is that they understand the unspoken rules of using the pool amenities and leave the place as clean as they found it so Im glad I dont have to worry about cleaning after other people. The bathrooms by the pool are a huge plus because, the obvious; when you gotta go, you gotta go and who has time to walk all the way to the apt when you can have your kid hop out, do their business and hop back in with the family.In case you have a web-meetings, conference calls, tutoring, or home therapy sessions without setting foot in your apt, the main building has private semi sound proof rooms available so you can be at peace.The Elementary is right across the street, and the Jr. High & High Schools are less that three miles away. Our son is in 2nd grade and this apartment complex has the very first stop so hes on the bus no longer than eight minutes.The dog park is great due to location and size, so I wont have to worry about stepping in poop at random spots while I walk around with my kids.If this review helped you finally decide to give the go ahead and get situated in this peaceful part of town, feel free and reference my name when speaking with the staff.     Tom AND Lisa , are AMAZING humans. Thanks, Lisa for referring me to this beautiful community. You have been a major cheerleader in making this drastic move a breeze. You and Tom are always available to answer all of my questions no matter how many times I ask the same question. I appreciate the encouragement, patience and support. You both have been willing and ready to serve the residents and community. Im happy to call this property my new home. Thanks for ALL you both do and thank you both for treating me like family.     My wife and I love this place. The staff is always courteous and attentive to all issues. Wanda Ellis the Assistant Community Manager is outstanding! The rules are enforced and the property is well maintained!! You will be happy living here for sure. Refer friends,family co-workers. They will thank you later!

    Ive been moved in here for a little over 7 months now. I chose to wait until after this period to write a review to give a truly honest experience.The apartments are great, with a clean look inside and out. I did seen to find a few bugs and crawlers during the summer, but it seems to have resolved itself. (PS: you can either wait on the bug spray man or do something yourself, but spraying is included in your rent fyi). Office reception areas are nice and welcoming. My leasing agent Jayla was exceptional in helping me choose my apartment. Its got a great view of the running track. Its much more tucked away in the back than others, so its not too noisy or anything.The gym is accommodating enough with equipment youll usually find in apartments of this stature.Issues: the entrance gates - these have been a love-hate thing since being here. They sometimes work with the app, or they dont. Theyre sometimes open, meaning anyone can drive in, and that could potentially be a security issue for tenants living here. A few times, Ive been able to speak to someone in management about it, so at least I know its registered as a complaint.2nd issue: People dont seem to understand the way a round-about works, it seems. Getting into the apartment complex is pretty simple, but most drivers seem to think its OK to drive out going against the flow of traffic coming in. I wish they would make some sort of traffic flow arrows on the floor or some sort of signs to let drivers know you go around the round about to get out, especially those coming out of the watchman gate. Twice someone has almost hit me coming out of the complex from that side.Lastly: neighborly curtesy; Ive witnessed tenants from different buildings with multiple cars parking in the spaces meant for tenants in other buildings just because the spaces in front of their buildings are full. I dont know how thats fair to the actual tenants in those buildings. It blows my mind.I do appreciate it when management tries to do stuff like movie nights, yoga, and taco truck events. Its a nice way to meet whos around the apartments, so kudos to them for that.I wouldnt discourage anyone looking to move here, Id just rather advise get you a tour with Ms Jayla and see the place for yourself.

    Territory at Williams Way is the definition of a beautiful property you’d want to live in! The property itself is stunning, offering luxurious amenities like the fitness center, a resort-style pool, cabanas, lounge and work-from-home spaces. The Property Manager Tom is very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. The entire staff makes you feel good and at home. You always see a smile on their face when you enter the office. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else, thank you!

    I currently am a resident at this apartment. Beautiful apartment and usually quick to service. My problem I have is when I was given a tour of complex before moving in 5-6 months ago, I was told the clubhouse is open for rental to residents. I previously asked about renting the club out for a small Christmas gathering for the holiday and was told it’s currently being renovated. Mind you, I live in the complex, check my mail which is right next to the main office and club house and also go to the gym which is in the same building as club house and never saw any renovation going on at all. I feel like I was lied to even though I am a resident and I do not respect that. I was sold something that could not be delivered.

    This has been my favorite apartment!!! The pool and workout facilities save me a ton of money on gym membership. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful.It will be a long time before I even think about moving.

    Great location with easy access to main highways without being able to hear all that highway noise.I am relocating for work and this was one of my stops when I was new apartment shopping. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.I loved the energy they put into my tour and that is the reason I will be calling Territory at Williams Way my new home soon!

    I have been looking for a place to call home for a couple months now, the Territory has been by far been my favorite! I love to have friends over for dinner so the kitchen was probably my favorite! Don’t get me wrong the amenities were the cherry on top! Plus did you see that pool!?! Can’t wait to move in!

    First off, Wanda and Courtney have been super amazing! They have been amazingly friendly, personable, sweet, kind, professional, and helpful. I don’t move into my new apartment until mid-August, and they’ve already made this so easy for me! The complex is beautiful, and the amenities are awesome. Plenty of parking. Clean and safe. The complex is right off 59 and surrounded by so many stores. I think the best part besides Wanda and Cortney and the other young lady that greeted me is that the actual apartment I am moving into is brand new and never lived in. Plenty of cabinets, updated appliances, and the floors are wood-like laminate. I just love everything about this complex. I am looking forward to moving and living at Territory at Williams.     I have been living at Territory At Williams Way for a while now, and I couldnt be happier with my choice. The apartment complex is peaceful and calm, providing a perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The environment is incredibly conducive and well-maintained, making it a wonderful place to call home.Wanda and her team are truly a great asset to the property. They are always accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure that residents are comfortable and satisfied. She listened & answered to all my silly little questions while showing me around all the amazing amenities this community has to offer!The sauna is something you don’t get anywhere and the pool is absolutely stunning!     I toured the complex this afternoon walk-in, and all three of the leasing agents were SO attentive, extremely welcoming, and most importantly went above and beyond to help me with explaining the process, pricing, and even personal questions. I have looked around several complex’s recently and as for the apartment it’s self I was immediately relieved to find a place that fit all my wants/needs. I did not get the other two wonderful Leasing agents name but Wanda was the one I did get a card from! They are all amazing. ❤️ this is definitely a great complex!

    Jeremy Walker helped me from the moment I came in the front door to check out the property. He is great at his job, answering every question, making me feel welcome and comfortable.     This property is already stunning and its not even finished yet! I have always lived in nice apartments inside the loop, so I was so happy to have found something close to my aging parents that has the city feel that Im used to. I dont feel like Im in the burbs with this property. The amenities are top tier.On another note, Courtnie was super helpful showing me around and helping me make my decision to lease. She showed me so many units (in heels and in this August heat). She even went upstairs to stomp around to show me how well insulated the flooring was! Ive never received that level of service on a tour and am looking forward to that kind of service as a resident. Super excited to move-in in September and will update my review once moved in!

    Where do I begin???Exterior appearance- although just the bones are there, you can definitely see the vision of where the property is headed.But let’s get into the property experience…From walking I immediately felt the energy. The office is inviting, clean and I was greeted from every area of the office. Felt like I owned the building 🤗. The smell and the music also caught my attention, I could have hung out there all day honestly.All the amenities are exceptionally thought out and once the pool is completed, I just know that it’ll give the chefs kiss to the property.Of course all the apartments we viewed have similar finishes, I will say that in the area , Territory has one of the largest 2 bedrooms that I have come across and their pricing is what you would expect for the area.Overall experience is a 11/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you to the manager, courtnie , for cultivating a fantastic tour experience!

    I found the apartments through Apartment Locator . I have been passing by the neighborhood and at that point they were still building it and you couldn’t really see what it was gonna be like but I decided to apply in pre-lease anyway and I reached out to Wanda she is the assistant manager and from then on I knew this place was for me the experience she gave me the information that she gave me. Everything was so fluent and great the customer service from literally everyone in the office is amazing, I fell in love immediately off of virtual tour and I just knew this was the place for me. It just felt right she made And they were so patient so understanding they worked with me. I worked with them. It just felt like a good team and it just all flow together. I was super excited to move in and I haven’t regretted it since I can’t wait to see what the property is going to be like because I know it’s going to be amazing. Just what they have done now is amazing from the interior to the exterior of this place and I’m so happy that I found it and I can call myself for tenant here. This property is legit 10 out of 10 you won’t regret it.

    I fell in love with the apartment the first day I visited. From the first until the day I moved in Jayla was so amazing. The apartment is not only amazing but the staff especially Jayla are the reason why I decided to move in. They were so welcoming and friendly, and so helpful.     I stopped by and FELL IN LOVE. Not only were the apartments luxurious but the management staff was great. Except for CORTNIE. (JK) Wanda however, did a fantastic job in showing and made me fall in love. Cant wait to see what the future holds for me. If you are thinking of moving you cant go wrong stopping in at Territory at Williams Way.
