5 Stars for 5 Years…My family and I have lived at TWC for a while now and have witnessed both the great and the challenging. I was referred to apply to these apartments by a neighbor who still resides here as well.We’ve encountered many things while living here on this property, for various reasons.I’ve learned that you can make a difference in your neighborhood community despite what challenges you may face day to day. Here at TWC, the leasing office staff have been a delight to work with. Many have come and go but what remains is their overall understanding for what the working family needs,etc. My family and I are thankful to call TWC home. It’s conveniently located, and the neighbors in our building have been awesome and some have become even like family. Living at TWC is truly what you make of it. So, that means, yes, if the pool, entry gate and other amenities are out of order, it’s okay, it’s temporary. The front leasing staff is working to find resolution. They are consistent at resolving issues that occur in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is always working and waving with a smile (even in extreme temperatures!). I would consider TWC a pleasant place to live amongst many other rental properties in the area. The events they host for the community have been nice and only get better. There are just a few outstanding items that have been promised to us, that we haven’t yet received so we are patiently awaiting but we are glad that management checks in with us. We just keep doing the best we can with what we have. Although TWC won’t be our home forever, I’m grateful for the home it’s been to us and can be for you, too!

I am going on my 3rd month here at The TERRACE at Walnut Creek apartments & my kudos goes to the maintenance guys. I see the hard work they do everyday, they keep the community clean and safe. Their hard work gets overlooked by tenants who throw trash on the floor.Keep up the great work guys! I appreciate it.

I recently moved in and Teresa was a great help. She gave me an apartment where I didnt have to climb stairs which is what I asked for. Shes professional and answered any questions I had without pause.Working with her was a great experience and Id recommend dealing with her anytime. She didnt lag around after I applied. We have been here close to 5 years and it has been an extraordinary place to raise my family. The apartments are spacious and wonderful. They have withstood the test of time and there is no better place to call home. Special shout out to Theresa, Matilda, and Kimberly for their recent help. The staff has always been tremendously helpful, informative, and always willing to go that extra mile. The maintenance crew has been equally as wonderful. There hasnt been one issue that the maintenance guys didnt show up and excel at answering our concerns and issues. We are truly grateful to be residents here.

The Apartment complex is located right off of 290 on the outside of Austin a very good location. One thing that sticks out to me is how attentive the apartment personel are to the residents, any issue Ive ever had with the apartment were fixed in a very timely manner. Whether it was trash outside or problems with neighbors all were attended to. The apartment has plenty of events for the residents whether it be back to school events pool parties or even holiday parties at the main office. The pool is also really nice with plenty of space and cant forget to mention the apartments are pet friendly. I would definitely recommend living here. With the service I was provided and all the updates on events or policies via email that were sent ( yes the complex sends plenty of notification via email) I will for sure be here for years to come. Give this place a try I promise you will not be dissappinted

This is my first place that I have rented since I moved to Austin 5 years ago, it’s an ok place to live. The walls are paper thin. I really don’t have much to complain about, the only thing we have had several property managers, and not all of them were on the same page. Some managers enforced some of the property rules and others didn’t, then when the newest manager gives no warning about updating vehicle registration and then they expect you to take care of all of the situation with in one week or your car will be towed, that’s not right. Till this day there are vehicles that don’t have updated tags and there still parked on the complex, I did what was asked which I know it’s the law, but I have been there going on 5 years and this is the first of me hearing about updated tags, so it should go for everyone that have expired tags, crashed vehicles on the property, I had to sleep with one eye open just so my challenger wouldn’t get towed until I got my new tags, and their were and still are tenants sleeping with no worries about their vehicle getting towed, because I guess it doesn’t apply to them. This is my first place of residence here in Austin, so I only know about this complex, it’s up to people to see how f they would recommend this place, I still reside in the complex, but praying this is our last year here. To each his own and I am great full for having a roof over our heads, and that’s a blessing from the Lord.

I’ve recently move here at the beginning of 2024 I have not had any complications at all apartments are very spacious , the office helped me so much cindy specifically helped putting my application in the manage was also super nice and very helpful all of the staff at the office are very friendly and have never had a problem getting something fixed in my apartment i recently experienced a problem with the air conditioning but as soon as I put the request in for maintenance, maintenance for sure went an hour later and fixed the problem in 5 minutes they prioritize there tenants and I love that about them , probably applying here for another year !!

Omg I have to share a great review of this place, I found these apartments by mistake I was looking for an apartment and was going crazy because I couldnt find anything, well I came here and was greeted by a sweet lady named Teresa and felt welcomed and felt that this place was going to be my home. Her and Chelsea and jasmine are a great group of ladies and I cant wait to become a future resident keep up the great work ladies. They are all very welcoming and helpful and very sweet and make you feel at home.

When we first reached out to this apartment, we were absolutely astonished at how incredible the people in the office were. They had answers to all of our questions about safety, maintenance, & about the apartment itself. We got added to the waitlist for a 2bed & also a 3bed.The 2bed became available first, and after about a month & a half, we got a call saying we were towards the top of the waitlist! We started the process of filling out paperwork, working with Teresa & Ahkila (sorry if the name is incorrect!) specifically. At first, we were denied because of a miscommunication error causing them to double our income & include reimbursements from the job as income when they aren’t considered income. After about 3/4 weeks of emails and getting the HR from the job involved, we were able to provide the correct paperwork proving we were within the means of the income restrictions! Ahkila worked side by side with us to fix the error, & Teresa did an incredible job keeping us updated on the progress and what was needed from us.We moved in, and the experience has been very nice. They have multiple dumpsters around the complex, & maintenance goes around every other day cleaning up the trash that people just leave beside the dumpster. We’ve had a few maintenance requests since we’ve moved in, & the longest we have waited for a fix is 3 business days. Maintenance is super nice, understanding, and respectful!The office is incredible with helping us with small things, like loading our laundry card, and they never seem annoyed or upset by our questions or concerns.Overall, this experience has been very pleasant. The apartment comes with ceiling fans, lighting, washer/dryer hookups, a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, & heating/cooling! Coming from Washington State where fans/ac & heating/lighting were uncommon to see, it was an incredible touch to affordable housing!I would recommend Terrace at Walnut Creek to anyone looking for affordable housing!

I was the first person to move in 1006 actually the first person in the whole unit. Back in November 2017. I must say Beautiful property and can be well kept.if everyone help keep their unit clean. Stop dumping trash on the ground. And their kids under control. Besides all that it can be a perfect place to stay.
