This is a nice gated community. The staff are nice and understanding with great communication that get back to you the same day via email, price is reasonable for what youre receiving. I would recommend this place to anyone its a 10/10 has a park for the kiddos aswell and a laundry room springlake village has it all

I have lived here for about 8 months and have really enjoyed it. The price is very reasonable, and the staff is always kind, friendly, and happy to help with anything. Despite the age of the complex the finishes inside the apartment are very nice as well. The only downfalls would be parking (def recommend reserving a spot) and the water is affected almost daily due to maintenance. Other than that its been really nice living here.

Ive been a resident for two years and can say the management and staff are friendly and professional. They do a great job at maintaining the property. Ive had to have emergency maintenance twice and each time staff was prompt and the manager Lily was very considerate. The complex is consistently improving. During my stay they renovated many of the propertys aesthetics. The only thing I can knock is the parking. Makes sense for covered parking to be a premium but there arent many spots compared to the paid parking.

I been at Spring Lake for almost, 9 months. I have to say Lily, is the best at getting things done! She genuinely cares about her tenants. She tries her best, theres issues that are out of her control, like when maintenance doesnt perform to standards or things take longer to fix than expected. I had maintenance issues and I can say both, Lily and Cassie, have answered my calls while on Vacation. Yes, is a WIP community, which it gets better everyday. You follow the rules and pay your rent on time, you shouldnt have any issues. I would like to see more restriction on parking, I believe the issue with the parking is residents having more than 2 cars to one apartment. I would like to see, the parking area better; lines more visible, more info on guest parking when signing lease, where visitors can park is not visible or legible enough. I dont have any pests in my apartment. Thanks again Lily!

Really enjoying the place so far!- Clean property, trash gets picked up regularly, maintenance is always out working.- Low crime area, still close to urban business centers- Friendly and helpful work staff (especially Casey and Nora)- Management lives on the property and actually takes care of people- Sane pricing. I got an apartment here thats about $300 less than where I was at previously, and its 280 sq ft. bigger.- Situated neatly by Knapp lake with a fishing pier, so you can snag bass, sunfish, and I think Carp.- Frequent Friday events, its almost like being back in close knit, small town community I grew up in.- Friendly neighbors. Havent had any issues so far with noise and everyone seems pretty nice.Management, keep things this way and youre golden!

Casey and Shanice are amazing! Casey patiently walked me through the approval process. He was very detailed and upfront about how long it would take my apartment to be ready. Which gave me time to prepare. Shanice helped me with the renters insurance process which was also very simple. All of the staff are really great people! If I’m being honest, these apartments are NOT the best.The ONLY person that has been willing to help me since I’ve moved in (Aug. 1st 2020) is Lily! She’s an amazing soul and she has helped so much, especially in this year. She’s a beautiful soul with a warm smile and a kind heart and I appreciate her. She’s made this hell of a living situation much better through this time. She’s the one that helped me to get my work orders actually taken care of, she’s the one that helped me with resources so I didn’t get evicted. She’s the one that, when I was stolen from (3 separate times from maintenance 🤦🏽‍♀️) that came and made sure I was okay. No one else in the office has ever done that. This review is for LILY and LILY only. She is Great and deserves a pay raise for all that she does!

I have lived here for 2 months, everything is going really well. The apartment is a good size, especially for the rent. I havent had any trouble at all with the staff, everyone has been very nice. I especially like the laundry room with hook ups that is in the apartment. The pool is clean and refreshing, its been open for about a week now & its never crowded, which is good. Overall I really love living here :)

Things have finally changed around here. All calls have been returned and every maintenance issue have been handled. As a Resident on this property since 2013. I want Lily Nieves and Nora Mohammed to know that I really Appreciate their Professionalism and the Hard work that they do to make us Residents satisfied for choosing this Complex.

We lived at this property for a year and only moved out because we bought a home. Our apartment was facing the lake and we loved it! It was always quiet, even on the weekends. Beautiful view especially in spring. (Good fishing btw). Friendly office staff, always available to listen and help you as much as they can. When we had maintenance requests, not many, they always responded fast and fixed the problem. The new management has changed for the betterment of this community. One last thing, the upgraded apartments were leased at a great price. We were really happy to call Spring Lake Apartments our home for the year that we lived there.

Super helpful, thanking God for my new home right now. The Office staff was super understanding and helpful. Just let them know what your thinking and they will do everything in their power to help in whatever way possible. It is located in a nicer part of town and a very good area (at least that is my initial impression) They even accept debit and credit cards for rent payment. Something I never heard of before for apartments. Thanks especial to Zulema Gutierrez, Noor Mohammad Mr. Casey Pagan and Mr. Modesto and Mr. Angel maintenance Staff

The apartments managers always are looking out for your needs, especially Casey Pagan, apartment leaser for springlake village. He has always been super nice and eager to help whenever needed. They have good prices on renovated apartments with updated appliances, and just added a new dog park. The view of the lake/pond is beautiful and it is a quiet and safe apartment complex.

I get that you cant please everyone, so I dont always go by reviews. You did not disappoint!I just moved in Friday and I have had a good experience so far. Friday night while moving in, I noticed the fridge smelt horrible. I tried EVERYTHING to get the smell to go away. I called the office Monday morning and by the time I got home from work Tuesday, I had a new fridge. The first thing I did was smell that fridge like it was a brand new candle. Thank you so much for fixing this issue for me!

I have lived here a year and have just renewed my lease. These apartments are older apartments. They do come with issues. But John and Mark do their best to work with you. And you wont find apartments cheaper than these that sent full of crack heads lmaoThis is a very quiet conplex. I havent met a rude person yet. Parking is sucky if you get here late but Ive always found a spot. The only big issue is lack of communication between maintenance and head office people.But there is a lady up front (I dont remember her name but she is a sweet black lady) and she has changed my view of these complex. She is full of happiness and always making jokes. (JOHN KEEP HER AROUND!) all in all I give this place 4/5 stars.

Wasnt here much, turning my keys in tomorrow after a year lease. Given they are pretty old apartments Im pretty impressed with my experience. The aweful ratings and reviews are not showing you everything. Yes roaches exist not great living with them but if you keep a tidy living space they only become a problem with weather. They spray regularly and give you plenty of notices, its defintely something they are trying to take care of. No where else are you going to find a two bedroom two bath as decently priced as this. The management was never an issue for me. Any time i needed to address anything or pay rent they were very kind. Home is what what you make of it. And if youre wanting a high class apartment experience then pay for it. If youre humble and want a decent place to live with out paying ridiculous money id recommend the place.

All places have pros and cons, so dont take these cons as a beware. Theyre improving so thats what counts. I always recommend people to check it out and look at them. Because as for my apartment goes, I dont regret living here. And I also dont have nearly as many problems as these other people.Pros:I love my apartmentIts really quiteREALLY nice pool.The nicest lady works in the office and I hate that I never remember her nameMy rent is perfectCons:One month still waiting for my actual ac to be fixed. NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! Its a good place to live for the price range.They have been remodeling. The inside looks great now. there is nothing wrong with checking it out. If that happens on weekend then nobody will be there to fix it , they will send maintenance on business days!!!
