My experience at STMH was nothing short of amazing! The housing staff are very professional and answered all my questions. If I had any (very few) issues with my home the maintenance team was on top of it.

I was stationed at NASCC for two years and chose to live in base housing because the value, Security, and size of the houses. I lived on Boomer in one of the smaller homes. Every place has its ups and downs. I am grateful to feel like the ladies in the leasing office had my back though. Reyanna moved me in and consistently went out of her way to make sure that I felt at home having PCSd from Florida… if you know you know. Brooke, the property manager made me feel as though I had known her for years because she was so welcoming. I really appreciated Angie always following up on maintenance to make sure that everything was taken care of and I got to meet the new assistant manager Adele right before moving out, she was super helpful. Corpus Christi would not have been my first choice in places to relocate, but this place made me feel like my house was a home.

Not enough people write a review to say something positive about housing here at NASCC. So let me start by saying these people are amazing and they do their best with the resources available. Corpus Christi is small in comparison to other bases I have been stationed at, but my family and I are happy to recommend STMH.

Best housing office experience we’ve ever had! Linda and Stephanie were absolutely wonderful: always answered all our questions, were incredibly accommodating, and obviously had genuine care and concern for how we were doing. Maintenance was quick to respond and fix any issues we had. Absolutely loved our experience with them. Highly recommend!!!

I love living here! The management is by far the best weve had since living in military housing! Jackie in the office is amazing!! Shes so helpful, friendly and very fast about getting any problems solved. Wish all of the military housing management like this one!

Absolutely loved my time there! We were there for all 4 years and it has safe, peaceful, quite neighborhoods. Pool on site, the ocean is walking distance, nor very beachy but you can put your feet in the water nonetheless. The NEX, Commissary, Post office are not far from the houses, just like one-two minutes away. Fishing areas on-base. Houses are cute, decent size, great curb appeal. Just overall a great experience. I will miss that place.
