He kept in mind my top priorities in an apartment throughout the process. He did deep research assembling a list for great choices--twice. He knew when to give more options and when I needed less--again staying in-tune with my top priorities (location, price, and community). And hes just a good person. Not only did he respond quickly and professionally, but he provided a great variety of apartments I’d be interested in, according to my requests.The searches he provided were so specific, that by the time I picked one with my fiancé to tour we we’re confident we got the best deal for our needs. We submitted our application for the apartment right there. On our first tour. That sounds crazy! I second guess everything and I like to do my research. In December 2023 she was able to help me coordinate a home hunting trip with less than 48 hours notice, days before Christmas. As I was getting off the plane, she sent me a list of rentals to tour the next day. She listened to my “must haves” and “wants” in my new potential home and I was able to sign my lease before getting on the return plane to fly back to SoCal. I clicked on the Social Earth ad and signed up for a follow up call not expecting much but I was blown away by how quickly and effectively the response was. I used Brooke to find an apartment in central Dallas and I couldn’t recommend her more.Look, I’m in finance and regularly pull 60+ hour weeks. I’m busy – but feel like I’m reasonably competent and finding a lease isn’t that hard. I thought apartment locators were a scam and I wouldn’t have been the first person to look for their services.I’m not even sure why I reached out, but I’m glad I did. At the end of the day, what would have taken me weeks on my own got reduced to a couple days of my time. I told Brooke my budget and what was important to me and received a detailed Google doc with numerous options within a few days. This wasn’t the impressive part – the impressive part was that every option was something I considered and fit my criteria. No places I immediately dismissed and no awkward tours that were a waste of time from the beginning.Not only that, but she has a database of apartment specials I couldn’t find on their websites, which completely changed the math for me. I’m not sure how she compiled this, but I would have completely overlooked the place I ended up leasing without this information.I went on just a handful of tours (with and without her) and found a great place really quickly. My time is valuable. Not all locators are scams. She’s worth it.TL:DR; call Brooke. She’ll save you a ton of time and effort.

I am absolutely impressed by the service I received from Haylee. She was always on top of things and provided the best possible options for my needs. I reached out to social earth apartment locators and received a response the very next day, although I was more than 2 months away from my moving date, Haylee was happy to provide me options and areas to look at in preparation for when units are available for my move. She took responsibility of locating apartments in the desired area and always provided clear and articulate information. Although eventually I was unable to make the move due to unforseen reasons, Haylee was very understanding and provided options for future reference. I would gladly recommend her, 10/10 you guys are the best!

2 STARS:I love looking at apartments but i thought I would get a locator just to have an extra hand and provide an easy commission for the locator. Maybe they could show me places or deals that I hadnt seen.Giving 2 stars because they did show me places i hadnt seen...also 2 stars because it wasnt at all what i was looking for. I repeatedly said i did not want to be in a certain area and yet still got recommendations in that area. I provided places that i wanted to see (that i found on my own) and asked that they at least set up a tour. They would get back to me a week later with no tours set up, but asking me what my availability was for the following week and then proceed to book no tours AGAIN. Near the end i started setting up tours for myself. The locator had a big life event happen in the middle of us working together, which is great for them, and they said someone else would jump in to help me. No one did and he continued to help very slowly. I get it that something big is happening in your life but take time off work or something dude. The market goes too quickly to take this long communicating.I would say I was understanding and nice the whole time. Even found my new apartment on my own and set up the tour on my own. Youre welcome for the commission.It would be easier to look for a place on your own.UPDATE:Adding 2 stars because the Owner reached out to make up for the experience. Cant speak to how the service works otherwise but I appreciate the customer service.

Had the fantastic pleasure to work with Luke to find our new place! I wanted to get ahead and have a good amount of options when the time came, so I started looking about 4-5 months before moving date. Luke worked with me the entire time providing endless options catered to what we were looking for. Went back and forth between different areas and he was able to come through every time within just a day or two.
