The Smart Living staff made my move in progress easier than I expected to be. I’m in love with my unit! Thank you ladies for helping through my move in process by being so professional and always having an answer to all my questions. It was a big help! Been living here since the end of July. Haven’t had any issues the apartments are new and nice the gated parking lot is wonderful. A reasonable sized gym with up to date equipment as well as a nice sized community pool with some grills available. An they actually maintain the gate well compared to other apartments I’ve seen in the area. Maintenance team is always readily available for any concerns or minor issues I’ve had. Would recommend giving this place a look if you need an apartment in the area. Management team is absolutely outstanding.

I enjoy how spacious our 1 bedroom apartment is. The staff has always been courteous and friendly to deal with. Any issues we’ve reported have been handled quickly.

Kim and Patricia were super nice and helpful throughout my entire application process, literally the SWEETEST. The apartments are nice and cozy, and The appliances are brand new So that’s a big plus. I am looking forward to living here!

10/10 would recommend . Elvia and staff made the moving process very easy , always informed us and updates on how our application was going . Office always answers . The apartments are new and very nice from the inside , if you ever have a maintenance problem you can just go ahead and call and they resolve it as soon as they can . Very pleased :) !

This apartment is really good. Everybody should go check it out. This is a really good apartment. Has good pools gym looks good. Inside is perfect. You should go visit or move in there or I don’t know if he’s go check it out it’s really good.

Good morning, first of all, cordial greetings to all. I have been in the apartments for 6 months and the quality is very good. The attention in the offices is first class. The ladies who give your opinions are very friendly and they are always up to date with the apartments. I do not have any comments. negative my comments are more positive a very quiet area and there is security all night in my opinion I give them 6 stars 🌟
