Smart City is known to “…disrupt the real estate industry by choosing what’s right over what’s profitable.” What some may not know is they also 💯 support you after move in by providing you best options for your home service providers. I’m coming from out of state so he went to all of my viewing appointments for me and zoom called me so I could view the apartments in real time. I am so grateful to have found Smart City Locators before my move to Dallas. I was really struggling trying to find a place to rent that I could trust. It truly was providence when I came across Smart Citys website and began talking with Kealei, my Locator. She took the time to get to know me over the phone, set up and walked with me through every apartment tour (even the places that I found on my own), and was even there for me when the building I was moving into went under new management -- she stood up for me and made me feel so welcome throughout the process of moving to a new city. And then, my Connect Team member, Steven, was absolutely a godsend! He made setting up all the necessary things, like internet, utilities, and renters insurance SO EASY. And he was very helpful in contacting the lease management company for me many times to ensure everything was set up properly, so that, when I showed up on move day, I didnt have to worry about a thing! He even sent me a gift certificate for some tea when we chatted and he could hear I was pretty sick right before my move. Sophia was the best! She made this process so easy! I’m moving from a whole other state so I was very nervous and had little knowledge of the area! But Sophia helped do much! I told her what I wanted and She showed me listings at, under, and above my price range to really see what I could get for my money, and also what I’d get for a little bit more. She also recommended some places she was familiar with! I ultimately signed the lease for an amazing place which I fell in love with as soon as I walked in! Sophia was so patient and kind, I couldn’t have gotten a better locator honestly. I’m just so happy that I was able to find a place in such a little time frame. Sophia was super kind and relatable which made me extremely comfortable! She exceeded my expectations honestly I couldn’t have done this on my own, I’m so thankful for her. I had the best experience apartment hunting with Xavier Yancy. I moved out of state for a new job and needed to find a place in 2 weeks. I told him where I wanted to live, what exactly I was looking for and my budget. He put together a detailed document for me with all the apartments I might like and told me to choose my top 6. Once chosen, he scheduled all the tours for me and put together an itinerary, which was helpful. The communication throughout the process was also great as he checked on me and even came along to tour one of the locations that was on my list. I ended finding the perfect complex from the list and I couldnt have done it without Xaviers help!!!

I was blessed to get Angelica Bocade as my locator, and she was absolutely amazing! She was resourceful, attentive, and responsive. She even offered to come tour some complexes with me as needed. The list she created for me had great options, and I ended up applying to the unit she found for me at a complex! Steven from the Connect team also just reached out to me today and has already provided me some great options for things such as movers and renters insurance. Amazing customer service, will be using Angelica and the team again in the future!

Guys! I just had THE MOST phenomenal experience with ALEXANDRIA with Smart City!!! I have been stressing for 3 WEEKS trying to find an apartment as I was relocating from Florida to Texas. I put in my interest with smart city. Alexandria reached out to recieve my expectations in what I look for in a place that afternoon and that next morning I had a list of apartments. So many good options to look into. I Finally found one and I have been soo stress free since then. I truly appreciate her. Please please please ask for Alexandria! Her experience was too awesome as she is prompt with her responses whenever I had concerns. Should anything arise between the apartment she would reach out to the place to make sure we will all be on the same page. When I got approved I was sooo excited to tell her. I appreciate her. Smart city was an unexpected journey, when it came to looking for my new home.When I say unexpected, it was more like a pleasant surprise. Brenda Moline, my apartment locator was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding to me. She even took the time to really understand me, especially when meeting me and touring with me. And, after I went to tour home after home , she finally mentioned one I should check out. I was like okay, so the next day got up early and went to check this place out! It was unreal the feeling I had driving up to what I now call my new home! I walked in, and Brenda had already made an appt time for me. I was immediately taken care of! Israa and Christopher are amazing! I am a Virginia resident and I wanted to move to Chicago. Making a big move like that as a single woman isnt easy but thanks to Israa and Christopher, my move will be stress free. But the part of this service that BLEW ME AWAY was the care that was provided AFTER I signed for my new apartment! I had no idea that smart city not only helps you find an apartment, but also helps you move into your apartment! I was paired with an incredible agent, Becca, and she made my move incredibly simple! She not only sent me options for my internet, Electric, washer and dryer rental, and movers, but she fully setup everything and scheduled the delivery appointments! Smartcity sends you a link to security provide your payment info and Becca set everything up! I have all my amenities set up and paid for and I didn’t lift a finger! Becca was so quick to respond to text messages and questions! She found me fantastic, affordable, options for all my amenities! I can’t say enough nice words about this experience and you would be a fool not to use this service that is completely FREE!

I’ve worked with Smart City several times now, and with Garrison most recently. This time I didn’t end up needing Garrison’s services after all, but I was so grateful for the time and effort he put in with compiling a list of properties for me. I can be incredibly picky and hard to please, so Garrison was working with a lot. I was asking for a needle in a haystack. He made sure to put thought and care into his recommendations, and when I turned down all but one in the first round (lol), he went back to the drawing board because he wasn’t satisfied and wanted me to have more options to choose from. He was very attentive with following up via text and quick to check in with me to make sure I had everything I needed when I was preparing to tour some properties. Smart City has a team of amazing individuals, and I’ve lived in a Smart City property for about 8 of the 9 years I’ve lived in Dallas. So thankful for their awesome team—and I’ll definitely be using them when I move again!

Moving is hectic enough and having to do A-Z pushes stress levels beyond the ceiling! I had the best experience with setting up all my moving services and this made the whole process so much easier. Steven was there almost 24/7 to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best services at the best prices. I also worked with Dante who gave me so many options for relocating that best was fitting my budget and my needs. Both were very pleasant to work with. I cant say how much I am very satisfied and definitely would recommend to friends and family! Dont question it.
