I was hesitant to work with smart city at first but so happy I did! Balee listened to all our needs and wants and gave us many options to choose from within our price range. She is very responsive and has made the apartment hunting process a piece of cake. Especially because we were not able to make it to Austin before our move! We were able to sign our lease and move in as soon as we arrived in Austin. So grateful that we had her on our side! I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment.We love our location as well, she really did great!

We started the apartment hunting experience from across the county because we were moving to Austin from Savannah,Ga. We flew into town in December to see areas that we liked and had that in mind when we started our hunt. We quickly learned that there is so many ins and outs of apartment hunting. Samantha from Smart city made it so seamless to pick out our favorites from across the country. We told her our non-negotiables and what we really wanted from our apartment, and she delivered tenfold. She was extremely professional and relatable. She took all of the stress out of hunting from across the country out completely. She gave us so many amazing options it was extremely hard to pick our favorites. She communicated so efficiently and always was quick to answer my 10 million questions. At one point we did a complete 180 with the location we thought we wanted and she provided so many options so gracefully. She set up the tours and even contacted the apartments for us with silly questions we had! If you are relocating from out of town or heck even in town I strongly suggest using Samantha . She is incredibly professional and will help you find you new home.

My wife and I had an extraordinary experience with Jennifer R. We were relocating from the Houston area and knew very little about the Austin area. I really thought smart city was too good to be true but I actually can’t imagine having to ever find a new apartment without their help. Especially Chandler — I was pretty blown away by he took care of every little thing: searching out all the different options, scheduling the tours, asking all the right questions, even following up after the fact to make the moving process as easy as possible. If it weren’t for him, I probably would have settled for somewhere half-decent instead of finding the place I really love. Not to mention he had such a great attitude the whole time I was actually able to be excited about moving instead of stressed. There really is no downside to the whole thing, I can’t recommend it enough!

Very friendly, helpful and overly accommodating. I love the constant communication she kept up. I wasnt always communicative and went silent sometimes, but she kept up the connection in a way that was goal driven, but not intrusive at all.It was unfortunate that the apartment I applied for didnt work with locators, but I will definitely be passing Vanessa to my friend who is currently looking to move to the Austin area in February.I would rate Vanessa an absolute 10 out of 10

I was in South Cedar Park and got a job downtown, and wanted to keep my budget similar but get as close to the river as possible. I signed for a new complex within days of working with Smart City!Ruben put together a list of apartments that would work with my move-in date, and let me access them easily through a portal & mark my favorites to visit & scheduled tours for me. I was even left notes from Ruben listing key deals, benefits of the different locations, and what he had heard from previous renters.Everything was via text, and all my questions and concerns were answered quickly, even on the weekends. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! He was incredibly informative and sent over apartments that had exactly what I was looking for and in the exact price range I specified. He was SO communicative and so prompt to respond any time I had questions, and he also pivoted quickly anytime my ideal future location shifted (which admittedly happened quite a few times). When I had trouble getting in contact with an apartment at the top of my list, Jacob made sure to find a way to get through to them to schedule tours and get my questions answered. He truly went above and beyond! Several of the apartments he connected me with were spots I didn’t uncover in my own Google searches or apartment app searches, and they ended up being my top contenders. Totally would’ve missed out on these otherwise. I can’t recommend Jacob and this team enough. If you’re apartment hunting, they will truly make your life so much easier.

I live in an expensive area, so it was amazing I was able to stay around budget, but also find a modern complex! He found an apartment that checked off all my needs and even more! My agent hadn’t listened to anything I asked for, sent me to an unsafe complex that was the opposite of what I asked for by myself, and then ghosted me. I worked with Chandler and he exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to make sure he understood what I wanted in an apartment and what is important to me. He made this process stress free, came with me to tour, and made sure to ask any questions I hadn’t thought of so I could make an informed decision. I would recommend smart city to my friends and if I want to move again, I will use smart city again (and hopefully Chandler again) in the future! But, since he hit it out of the park with the complex I have decided on, I don’t foresee myself wanting to move anytime soon.

So I never really leave reviews, but Smart City is an incredible service. I worked with Jordan Williams on finding a new apartment and he was fantastic. Response time was great and you can tell they care about each of their customers. They take in to account all of your preferences for an apartment and get you a list of good options very quickly. They help with tour scheduling and even help with questions to ask each different apartment complex. I can’t say enough about Smart City and I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to give it a try. And it’s free so that’s always a plus!

There is are so many positive things I could say about my experience with Smart City. Since moving to Austin, each move has always brought a ton of stress between insuring a new place checked off all the boxes and trying to find the right area. When it came time to move, I am so glad that I was able to connect with someone like Renee from Smart City! She took the time to really get to know all that I was looking for in a new apartment while keeping in mind a budget I might have and areas that I was interested in. She has now helped me find two apartments that my roommate and I have lived in and when the time comes, I know I can count on her in helping find the next. She has been truly amazing through the process and has been such a great help and I can not thank her enough!

I will say the process of moving between states is quite daunting, however Smart City was suggested to me by a friend and thankfully Cole A. was able to assist me the entire way. Not only did he find me the absolute best apartment but Cole offered the knowledge and resources needed to assist in a stress free move. Truly grateful for it all. Would 100% recommend AND work with again.

I had a great experience working with Amanda Becker! I’m moving cross country, so it was really helpful having someone do my apartment hunt for me. I sent her my price range and wants and she sent me a personalized list of apartments that fit my needs. She even sent me videos of the neighborhoods surrounding the different apartments that she toured for me. She was very responsive and gave me her honest opinion of each property that she toured for me. I will definitely be using Amanda for all future moves :)

I worked with Amanda Becker who was absolutely fantastic. I’m moving back to the US from abroad and only had few days to find an apartment. Amanda helped organize around 10 tours in 2 days and was indispensable. Her knowledge of Austin was super helpful and she had relationships with all of the places we saw which made the whole process of touring and deciding on apartment so much easier. Sent and email and within hours I had a phone call with an agent and within 10 minutes of our conversation I had several personalized recommendations. I am so impressed with Smart City! I worked with Clayton Jelinek on my search and he was fantastic. Once I submitted my request on their site, I received a text from Clayton soon after asking a few questions about what I was looking for. Then he gave me a call the next day to discuss more. He took the time to ask several questions to understand what exactly I was looking for. He then found me several potential options within the following day and emailed those over to me. They all were exactly what I was looking for! Then he did more research with the communities and asked them questions I had about their amenities and certain features. He left me notes on all the properties too. He was so enthusiastic and helpful the whole way through. He was thorough and detailed and really understood what I was looking for. At one point, we had to go back to the drawing board since I was looking for properties in a particular area with some very specific must haves and Clayton again found some options for me. I really appreciated his patience and communication with me. This really felt like white glove service. I would 100% recommend this service if you are looking for a new apartment in the ATX area.

I moved from San Diego to Austin and coming to a new city, you don’t know what areas to look for apartments that have what you’re looking for. I worked with SmartCity because a friend recommended them. They did not disappoint, not only were they super nice but helped me with stuff I didn’t even think of. They helped me find the perfect place and made the search effortless. Big shout out to Rachael Pollock she was so patient and so helpful. She technically found the perfect place and worked within my budget and my wants. Super recommended and can’t stop speaking highly of this company.
