A Thankful Thanksgiving;In July I was asked to evacuate my original unit due to major flooding during Hurricane Beryl, however, the management staff was very attentive and was able to transfer into a smaller (temporary) unit until a larger one became available. Now, I am moved into my new (larger) unit with no complaints and enjoyed a wonderful holiday with friends and family!Carly, Nancy and the maintenance staff have been very responsive and helpful during this process. So THANKFUL to the staff at Sendera for being such a great team!Wishing you all a very happy holiday season.

I lived here for a year and a half and enjoyed my experience. Great pricing for the location. The property is on the older side but, maintenance and Nancy and Carlie in the front office have always been personable and helpful with any issues i had.

So far AMAZING, Nancy Garcia was there from day one to help and she made sure I was taken cared of and helped me get set up and got me the exact apartment I wanted, shes awesome made sure I was comfortable and does great! Cant wait to see how it is!

Ive lived in three different complexes in Houston, and the staff here is the nicest and most responsive. I have a view of one of the pools, and I cant believe how often the pool is cleaned and maintained. Excellent work. I did have trouble using the gym (figuring out how to turn on treadmills, etc), but that could be me being clueless. Ive had two or three maintenance requests, all of which were handled perfectly. Q, one of the maintenance staffers, is so friendly, informative, and skilled. The admin runs a great community.

This review is strictly on my tour of Sendera at Greenway and my move in process. I found Sendera at Greenway online and as someone moving to Houston from out of state I looked at a lot of the reviews and photos. I decided to stop by Sendera due to the location and proximity to my job. The leasing agent was knowledgeable about the area and honest about the Sendera community. The apartment buildings have got to be at least 50 years old, if not more...so if you are looking for a sparkling new apartment with top of the line interiors this is not it. That being said the apartment I saw had been renovated a bit and upgraded and I liked what I saw for the price and location. I toured a few different places but what sold me on the apartment was the attentiveness and professionalism of everyone I met in the office, price, and location. Being that I was from out of town they also made it super easy for me to apply online and email my documentation. I was able to pay online and even sign the lease online. The property manager sent a personal welcome letter, which outlined everything I needed prior to move in and all the associated cost. This helped me out a lot as well. So on move in day all I had to do was pick up my keys. I really like my new place and yes I would recommend Sendera at Greenway.

Generally okay. The maintenance staff are very good and always responsive. The office staff are reasonably good. I have lived at the Sendera at Greenway apartments since 2014. My stay here has not only met my needs for a home with management and maintenance support but also the support of neighbors. There is definitely a community spirit here. People talk to each other. Management is always willing to listen to issues and responds immediately and appropriately. After submitting a request for maintenance, they respond within 24 to 48 hours. I had an emergency on Super Bowl Sunday three years ago when water entered my apartment. In spite of the traffic, the response was within an hour. The water was dealt with and a company was called to water vac the carpeting. Within a few days, my apartment was back to normal after housekeeping, additional carpet care and placement of my furniture was completed.I highly recommend people consider Sendera at Greenway for the location to stores, churches and services and most importantly the pleasant surroundings for walking dogs and meeting neighbors.

Im surprised at some of the comments about Sendera at Greenway. My friend has lived here for almost 2 years and loves it. I moved in three months ago, and Im definitely happy here. Its close to everything and everyone is so friendly here! The entire staff, management and maintenance are very nice and welcoming. I like all the improvements Im seeing around the apartments (new business center, pretty scenery, and nice gym). Pros are price, location, safe area, and great customer service. Cons minor parking issues but management sent out letters about opening up more spaces and giving residents parking permits to help solve that issue. This place is definitely worth checking out for yourself. My friend recommended this place to me, and I would definitely recommend Sendera at Greenway to my friends.

My husband and daughter and I visited the Sendera at Greenway Apartments while driving in that area. We met Ashley, the assistant manager, of the Sendera. She was phenomenal! She gave us a tour of the facilities and of an apartment. It was close to 100 degrees outside, so we rode in the golf cart to take our tour. The complex is fairly large. We were very impressed. Ashley was very informative, professional, and a delight to be around. The Sendera is a very nice place. Thank you.

Based on our tour , we loved these apartments. Only thing we questioned was the size of the washer and dryer . A family of three would have to wash and dry several times a week which mean using more water and electricity. Other than that, we loved the layouts , space , and location is perfect. No stainless-steel anywhere, but all appliances were nice whether they were black or white. Kitchen is a little on the small size, but definitely functional !

Ive lived at Sendera for a little over a year now and have been pleased with my experience. The new management has made several upgrades to the property and it seems like more is on the way. Maintenance is pretty quick to repair issues when I report them, and if its something they cant get to right away, they always make sure to communicate it so Im not just waiting around. Its in a nice area (no flooding in my first floor apartment during Harvey) and the price is extremely affordable for the amount of space you get. Most places youll find in Houston for the same price point are in pretty shady areas. Keep it up Sendera!

I have truly enjoyed living here and here’s why.*The staff and management is very kind and helpful, they always print return labels for me and even made key copies for me when I lost my keys on vacation.*The apartments are very clean and well kept.*The area is close to great restaurants, shopping and parks.*The monthly rent is very reasonable for the quality and service you get.*parking is great, never had an issue with that.*no pest issues*I have ZERO complaints about thiscommunity.

Older buildings but a great area and were very pleased. Our apartment wasnt in great shape when we moved in due to the last tenant being here a long time and not taking the best care of it, but Mark has come through on promises to get it a little more fixed up for us and Edgar has made sure that happened, literally just came by, listened to our list of concerns, and came back to let us know hes going to deal with all of them. Very happy.

Sendera has been great for me and my son to live at. I am single mom of a 3 year old and was so worried to live by myself. Sendera staff and the Maintenance team have made me feel safe and comfortable. Location is great and apartments are priced great. If you need are looking for a place , I highly suggest Sendera.

Edit: My initial review went over their policy changes to parking that didnt work well for the tenants, but it only lasted 3 or 4 days. Their new policy is much better. Overall, not-too-shabby of an apartment, and they listened and responded to my complaints.
