Updated review.As a former resident, I had a mostly positive experience. The community is well-kept, thanks to Pete and his amazing maintenance team, and Sam, the manager, genuinely cares about residents. Madison, the leasing agent, is also great—always friendly and attentive.While I was never a problem resident and never late on rent, I had challenges with Paula, the assistant manager. Her responses were often rude, and she wrongfully charged me a hefty clean-up fee when I moved out.I often found her unhelpful when I sought assistance. For example, when I asked for clarification about my lease renewal, which had incorrect dates, her response was abrupt and dismissive.Additionally, rent was frequently posted late during holidays,creating anxiety about potential late fees.Despite these issues, I appreciated the overall environment and would recommend this complex!

As an outside sales representative I visit hundreds of multifamily properties in DFW. Madison Powell was one of my best visits ever! She was so welcoming and gracious with her time. She loves her job, and it shows. She was in no hurry to rush me out the door and engaged with me on several topics. Greystar is fortunate to have someone who is so committed to her job and does it with a big smile.

I am moving to the area and the Scenic by far has been my favorite. Paulas was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She gave me a tour and the few people we walked by knew her by name and smiled. You hardly see that in an apartment complex any more. Very encouraging! The apartments are very nice, but Paula hands down has moved Scenic at River East to the top of my list of places to move.

Beautiful apartment, so spacious. Love the people in the office, all the maintenance workers and grounds are beautifully maintained. Area a gated and I have had no problems. I’ve lived here for over four years. Wonderful amenities!

I’m not one to give reviews but I had to come out and say they the property is perfect, the location, it’s quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are super genuine and tend to keep to themselves. Madison from the front office was my saving grace she hooked me right up with the best apartment for the best price in no time and my acceptance process was easy and flowed smoothly. I am completely satisfied with my overall experience here at The Scenic.

Well I don’t usually post reviews but I feel it was well deserved for this property. I have lived in a few apartments and this is by far my favorite. Upon touring the community and meeting the staff I felt a very warm welcome, the team’s personality’s were on point. Pete the maintenance supervisor was in the office at the time offered me a water and chatted with me for a few minutes about what The Scenic had to offer and made me feel like family. This is the place I chose to call home. Thank you to The Scenic.

I’ve been here for 2 years and I will say I absolutely love this community. Although my building has had issues with key fobs , there is nothing else I can complain about. Maintenance is always on top of everything and I have the best staff at the front desk. Samantha is absolutely amazing and treats me like family every time I walk in the front door. When it comes to renewing my lease it makes it hard to ever want to leave! Thank you Scenic at River East! By far the best complex I’ve lived and that’s coming from someone that’s lived all over!

Coming up on my second year living at the Scenic and I absolutely love this complex. Rachel Laxson is amazing- Ive worked with her on two leases now and she is always excellent with communication and makes the process so easy and stress-free. Maintenance is wonderful and prompt- never have any issues getting help from them. Pool and fitness center are always clean and nice. Highly recommend living here!

This is a very beautiful property. I think what makes it even better is the welcoming property management. Samantha Canty is such a pleasant person, very helpful, and knowledgeable about the property and amenities they have to offer!I did not have a scheduled visit to tour this property, and although I could see she was extremely busy helping other residents, she did not hesitate to assist me with a tour of the property. It was definitely a great experience.

I have left the Scenic to be closer from my job, but I feel like I need to leave a review because I never had a bad experience with them. The manager Rachel helped me from moving in to the move out and made everything smooth as possible. The pool is great and across the street is a great place to walk your dog along the river and it doesn’t hurt that you’re minutes away from 7th Street and the stockyards.

I love these apartments soooooo much. I’m sad my leasing is ending but I did not have one problem living here. They are a little expensive but very manageable compared to other apartments nearby. I’ve never had a problem with the management team or maintenance workers. Everyone is very helpful and they create a relationship with their tenants. You’re so close to downtown and have a perfect view of the skyline which is my favorite part. They listen to problems the tenants have and always find solutions!! There’s also a lot of fun things to do at the apartment complex itself plus they always hose events. Definitely recommend.

I love living at The Scenic! Ive lived here for almost a year and I can say that its the best apartment community Ive lived in. The community is surrounded by natural landscapes, modern features, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently experienced a unique maintenance issue that took quite a bit of problem solving on behalf of the property manager named Kimberly and the maintenance team. They were persistent, patient and understanding of the circumstances, which was very much appreciated. Hands down the best property team Ive experienced. Additionally, there are a wide variety of floor plans available to choose from and an awesome set of amenities. I highly recommend The Scenic for those looking for a reliable community and staff.

My wife and I are from out of state and were very leery of living in an apartment community because we were home owners for a very long time. My opinion has most definitely changed. The office staff is amazing and very knowledgeable, the supervisor Pete has made us feel very welcomed and addressed our needs every time anything arrised.

I love this apartment, the layout, neighbors, location...you name it. My warning is that parking is consistently terrible at night if you don’t pay extra for a space or live near guest parking. I think the office’s hands are kinda tied on that, so just fair warning. The service seems to be lacking a little for the cost but totally fixable. I’m so glad I dealt with Brittany moving in because she really gets stuff done and seems easy going. The maintenance guys are excellent and fast. The security seems friendly and really trying to not bother you. Love that! There are mostly young, respectful professionals here, but it’s still a diverse crowd. You have to remember with these reviews, we all have our experiences. Reality is somewhere in between lol.

I love my apartment. It is so spacious and I have a stunning view of downtown and the river. The master bath had two sinks, a shower and a tub. Beautiful contemporary design in gray and white.The amenities are wonderful, beautiful pool, gym, secure mail room, garages and covered parking, gated, social areas everywhere and grounds are beautifully kept. The office staff, maintenance and security are just so nice and always helpful. I’ve been here almost a year and couldn’t be happier!

Very friendly, peaceful and clean complex. Management is very professional and thorough. Pool/ cabana/ picnic area are a major plus.I appreciate the new appliances not to mention having a washer and dryer included saved me money and the hassle of installing. Overall We love our new home!

Ive complained multiple times about the buildings themselves not being maintained. There are stains, cobwebs, bugs, wasps (and nests) in the stairwells and hallways of the entrances. On move in day, I had to ask them to come and get the nests by my front door as they started entering my apartment when we were moving the furniture in. They came quickly but have not come by at all since. It is September and I moved in at the end of May. I have not had pest control not once even though im being charged for it. Parking is a huge issue! The gate does not work so anyone can park in our reserved parking areas. The city decided to put up No Parking signs along the street so we cannot park there anymore but they are not taking any action in fixing the parking issue. It has been brought to their attention that cars that do not have the parking sticker are parked in our parking lot and they just stated that not everyone got their stickers when the office was closed. I moved in when the office was closed and still got my sticker so Im not sure how that could be valid. If youre home by 5pm youll find parking but anything after 8, good luck! Youll have to park all the way down the street just to avoid getting towed. I asked about renting a garage, they stated they would check availability and get back to me and I have not heard anything after 4 days. We have to sign up for parcel packages where we have to pay to receive packages, however the packages are just thrown in the mail room. Whats the point of paying if your package isnt even going to be secure? I love my apartment. The apartment itself is in great conditions, quiet and I have no complaints other than the things stated above. Maintenance comes and fixes work orders in the apartment quickly but the other things mentioned have not been addressed. I know that things wont always be perfect, things break down etc... but they seem to not be responsive to the requests of their tenants.

This place is amazing! The apartments inside and out are super modern and stylish. The staff from the office to maintenance are all super polite and take care of whatever you need in a timely manner. The complex is very quiet yet super close to downtown. I have lived here for 2.5 years. The only reason Im moving is for new location.

Beautiful, clean, trendy apartments with a cool view of downtown. The amenities (especially gym and pool area) are awesome, as is being located right across from the river and park... perfect for long walks with the dog. We have lived here for about 5 months and have enjoyed every minute of it! I purposely waited a while to leave a review until after the “honeymoon” period to get a feel for what the experience is. Noise from neighbors through walls is minimal (we live in the town homes and fortunately don’t have to deal with above/below noise). Interior design and finshes are great. Not a huge fan of the appliances because the quality of them does not match the quality of the rest of the apartment. Not in the best neighborhood, but we haven’t experienced any concerns with safety. Maintenance addresses issues quickly and the office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Rachel Laxson at Scenic at River East is awesome! Rachel has been helpful with the lease agreement, getting me settled in during move in, and orientated me on how Scenic works (the mail room is pretty high tech). When I got the keys to my apartment, I was welcomed with some Scenic swag to help me start my move. The entire staff has been helpful before I became a resident and after. I got to see them all in action during Snowmageddon 2021 when most of DFW lost electricity. Tenants received several emails each day on updates and the staff did everything possible to remedy many issues. I submitted an Emergency Work Order because my neighbor’s pipes busted and was flooding my unit and received a call from Management and Maintenance within minutes of reporting the issue. Building management addressed all the water damage very quickly and kept me updated on what was going to happen next. I have to say this is probably the best communication and most support I have received from Apartment Management throughout several leases I have been in. The amenities are really nice and the property is maintained well. I am loving it here at Scenic and have gotten to see how the business operates before and after emergencies. I highly recommend Scenic!

My husband and I looked at about 12 different apartment in FW and we finally stopped and came back to our first stop which was The Scenic at River East. Nothing came close to impressing us as much as this place.Move in day was EASY!Staff- by far the most professional, kind, and personable staff we met on our apartment tours of FW!We have lived here for a week and so far ZERO issues.Property is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN!Quiet!Buildings are brand new, many not even finished yet.Price is also a few hundred cheaper than comparable/safe places in the area!Maintenance responded to my request in 1 day w/ no issue.Some parking lots are gated, some are not.All building you must have a key fob to access.We feel very safe here! (I will admit I wasnt fond of the area you have to drive though to get here but you cant see much of all that when you are here.)Only thing I worry about is lack of parking when the building start to fill with more residents. May or may not be an issue in the future.Overall, So happy we are here!!

We’ve lived here since they opened in 2017. We’ve had a few issues but the staff has helped us resolve issues within a timely fashion. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
