I have lived here for over a year now and Ellayna is one of the best managers I’ve dealt with around this area so far. Both managers are great in office. I highly recommend this place. Maintenance is very cool dudes and very fast at work requests. I give this property a 5 star review.

I am a current tenant here at royal wildwood manor, I can say this it has been the best experience ever! The places are always on top of everything. They have beautiful town homes and apartments, the pool and views are amazing. My favorite part by far is how amazing the staff are here! They are extremely helpful, kind & thoughtful. They will go out of their way for you to help. Their kindness and gratitude along with how genuine they are makes the community here! With staff that care this much and want to help and be involved that’s the community and place I would want to stay! -phoenix

Ive visited a friend here several times now and am always impressed by how well maintained the grounds. Grass even looking pretty green for winter. The parking lot could use a bit of spot mending but with the traffic going entirely through and around the back end to exit on Plantation, Im not surprised. The place is a pleasant enough color. Nothing so much colorful as clean looking. My friend has only a 1 bedroom but its plenty big with even a small dining alcove. She said shes not seen any signs of roaches or ants even though the next door neighbor moved out 2 weeks prior. Itll be interesting to see how it looks in summer with the kids out of school. Hopefully just as well maintained. If I were single and looking for an apartment Id definitely look into these especially after hearing what she pays. Really reasonable in my opinion. Good location too.

The management at Wildewood is fantastic. Ellayna is the most helpful person in any apartment complex I have ever lived in. She helps everyone. She is very knowledgeable. One of the nicest apartment managers I have ever met in 15-20 years. I have lived here for 3 years and the maintenance I cant credit them enough! Get with Ellayna if you need assistance looking for a home.

Love these apartments! Office manager Ellayna took me on a tour and showed me 3 different floor plans she was so attentive and kind. They’re all big and nice within reasonable pricing.

I was in need of a washer and dryer and so I thought these apartments were a great deal! Veronica was really nice and helpful from day one!!! I was frustrated during my search because I was working and trying to get moved all at once but her and Megan remained patient withme and understood!!! So far Im loving my new place and Im glad to be a part of the RWM family!!

Office staff very friendly, very helpful. Veronica Rojas in the office has always done a wonderful job helping with our needs. Maintenace staff are wonderful as well, Alex is one who has always helped fix anything we needed done in our apartment. My wife and I love living here.

Honestly, probably one of the nicer more quiet areas in town. I feel very cozy here and have never had any issue. Staff is always nice, and things are always taken care of when need be! I’d say 10/10. Have lived here almost over 2 years now and it’s been great.

Extremely fast and responsive maintenance! Our AC went out at 9:30 at night, I called it in and within 30 minutes our AC was back up and running. I love these apartments and can’t say enough good things about them!

I had been having trouble finding an apartment suited for myself until I went to Royal. Unique was extremely helpful, sweet, and explained everything very well. She walked me through it , being my first apartment. The manager, AJ, is also very helpful and to the point. Maintenance was quick to fix something as soon as I needed it as well!

Maintenance has showed up on time since Ive moved in. The property is very clean, well kept and relatively quiet. The new makeover is nice. I live by the pool which is very clean and well kept. The noise isnt bad, mostly families with small children, but it doesnt bother me. The management staff are very polite, professional and accommodating.

I have lived here at Royal Wildewood Manor for two years. The apartments are older and not very spacious also no storage closets. I have a two bedroom with the washer and dryer connections so that does provide a little bit of storage. The apartments are a nice quiet place to live. They newly roofed the property and painted so it looks really nice outside the landscaping is always kept nice and neat. The management is very professional and always ready to take care of any issues. Maintenance always comes pretty fast and handles issues. Not a bad place to live. I just need more space and storage. Also I am not crazy about carpet in the dining room. Overall this is a nice place to live.

These are decent looking apartments, on the older side. The 1/1 townhouse is my favorite look from what Ive seen. Ended up going a different route, but these are centrally located and on the lower end of the scale price wise.

Have been here 5 years. Office staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenance issues have been fixed in a timely manner. Had a water heater leak few years back could really use new carpet. Quiet here except upstairs neighbors sometimes. Pretty outside renovations.

Ive lived here 7 months and I think it’s a nice place to call home. It’s very quiet. Sure I’ve had some maintenance issues(ac, water leak) but new maintenance men were right on it and made sure job was done and I was happy!! Compared to a lot of other apartment complexes around here Royal Wildewood Manor is definitely worth checking out.

I was in the area the other day and did lots of apartment tours throughout the day. Once we toured Royal Wildewood we were pretty much immediately decided that this was the best place for us. Unique was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out and finished up quickly!

Lived here since August. I am moving out in March ONLY because I have an animal that is really big and I needed to find somewhere that accepts big animals. I absolutely love my apartment. I live up front and it is so quiet. Neighbors and parking are great. If I have a problem it gets fixed immediately. It sucks I have to move out but if I didnt have an animal I would definitely renew my lease. Office staff is very helpful and has been amazing to me!

I have lived here For one year in July. Great place to call home. Management & maintenance ARE ALWAYS there when you need them , grounds are kept up to par AND JUST BEAUTIFUL ALL THE WAY AROUND . Ive decided to renew my lease this year and move from a town home to a 2b 2b .very very excited. Im not ready just yet to leave this amazing community .

Amazing apartment complex. Property is very well kept. I’m the type to ask lots of questions before making a decision & Noemi, assistant manager, answered every question I had with assurance. I’m a pet owner and knowing that this complex has plenty of space to walk my dog and also provides dog stations around the complex makes me feel confident that my fur baby and I are welcomed with open arms.

This place is absolutely beautiful new renovation very clean very quiet maintenance on site, townhomes Are super gorgeous with a fireplace and washer and dryer hook ups. Big bathrooms etc. Ask for Veronica she is super nice and very helpful. Come see your new home :)

Hello, good morning my friends, I tell you about my experience here in this beautiful place, I have lived here with my husband for 6 months, I really like the place, it is quiet, cozy, clean, my apartment is small because I chose it that way but well organized every one of its parts, there are no insects, there is no noise outside, in general a very good option if you, my friend, decided to come live with us, the girls at the reception are very prepared and pleasant. I highly recommend this beautiful place if you like to live in peace. Very good option, come to this site, you will not regret it.
