    I’ve been living here almost 2 years and It’s been the best! I’ve always lived in a House this was my first apartment and I was so nervous but my neighbors are great the community is well kept. If I have a maintenance issue they always come right away to fix any issues. Not to mention Quanesha and Krystal are the best always very knowledgeable and very professional!

    The entire staff is very helpful and professional. The grounds are kept very well. Its a nice quiet community and safe. I highly recommend this location!!!

    Mr Boyd here ,I have been a resident for 3 years and I wanted to come and let the world know what an AMAZING staff RoseMount has been to me in the last 3 years. Any concerns or needs they have always been prompt and has handled even the most complex situations with ease and grace.All of the staff that has been recently present has been nothing short of amazing , prompt , resilient , and effective .Highly recommended staff to run any company with top stars ! 🌟- Mr Boyd

    I want to show my appreciation to Ms. CC for being a very pleasant reception on a daily basis. Shes always smiling and she always greeting the people very respectfully. I really appreciate her because she brings joy and light to the front of the Rosemont apartment community. She is always giving service with a smile and is very appreciative that gives us residents at pleasant feeling.

    Office Staff is great. Apartments are priced fairly. Ive had family that lived here and I will be soon as well. Just like anywhere most bad reviews of a apartment can be true at times , but there are plenty that are just upset people that are throwing a fit and using reviews to do so. For these apartments , I would go in person to see them and talk with management , its a good place and they are respectful and go above and beyond to help you out.

    The workers are very nice. Krystal is extremely helpful and the manager, Quinisha, seems to be a fair woman with good character. There were times that she could have blown me off, but instead she helped. The maintenance is okay. They usually come within a timely manager. The staff’s efforts are very nice, I’m satisfied.Now the people in the apartment complex… that’s a whole nother story! Who raised you folks?!

    I’ve Been Here 2 Months Now. Everything Seems To Run Smooth Around Here, Of Course It’s Just Me In A One Bedroom It’s Very Spacey I Love It. Neighbors Can Be Friendly But Everybody Pretty Much Stays To Themselves. We Have A Drunky That Walks The Apartment And You Might Catch Him Doing Weird Thing At Times But I Promise You He’s Friendly. The Lady’s In The Front Office I Love Them. I Like To Give Them A Hard Time But They’re Kind People And Fun To Talk To If They Have The Time. Overall I Give It 5 Stars I’m Easy To Please.

    I was just here last Thursday trying to find a bigger and better place for me and my daughter. I would like say the management has been a great help and they’re so friendly. Especially Ms. Q she really has worked with me I’m very grateful that I’ve met her and that I can move into a better environment real soon.

    I am a new tenant here, and I just wanted to take time to share my process. That Mz. Jackie, that lady made me feel comfortable immediately. She conducted herself very professional. She seemed to be proficient in all the rules and regulations of tax credit procedures. She continued to be very nice and helpful.Thank you so much!

    All I have to say is dont believe the negative things about them because of their location. The staff is very professional and with great attitudes,and actually will go over and beyond to help you however they can. I highly recommend them as a safe caring place for you and your family.

    I have not moved in yet, but I have to give a 5 star for the customer service I received. I am a single mother with two children and trying to move has been so hard. However, I went to Rosemont and though they dont have anything currently available Maria was extremely nice and helpful giving me information. She put me on a waitlist and gave me all the information I need to be prepared. I have been going to several apts and most agents are so short with you like they are bothered that you are looking for a home. With all the stress this momma has been dealing with I am greatly appreciative with Marias kindness.

    Ive been going on 5 years living here and its been great! No problems at all, the office people are all very helpful especially Crystal. If i ever needed something fixed they fix it immediately! Honestly i have nothing negative to say about Rosemont Complex.

    I been living here for 10 years since they were built. I love the girls in the office. Good place my house always good all my work needed in the units get done fast. I give it 5 starts since there is not 10 stars as an option.

    Mrs. Krystal is amazing Very helpful .Ive never had any problems. Maintenance is up to speed although since the Covid-19 it has been a little slow. No complaints.

    So far so good application process was quick and easy Jackie and the other women I saw in the office were very pleasant (as to be expected in the beginning) I’ve called a few times with many questions because I always like to be proactive and have everything in order when moving and Jackie has been most helpful the grounds looked nice the pool looked immaculate as if it is always well maintained and kept clean I am actually really looking forward to moving in and hope to continue to have a great experience after move in but will of course update this review if anything changes bye for now
